• Sarah (8/5): Plus and minuses. - Confidently located, close to everything, metro and tram and walking distance to most sites. Well appointed lobby and room. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. The bed is kind of soft, the shower closure is less than half the length of the bathtub, so very easy to get the floor wet if you’re not super careful. The pillows were quite ‘high’, if you like flatter ones, it might be hard, my husband made his own with his jacket.

The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. The rooms are clean, and I always sleep well here as a baby :-). The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is very friendly and profesional. And when I have time I enjoy sauna. I would like to highly recommend this hotel - I will definitely come back!

The hotel is fabulous, clean and modern and the breakfast is superb. A special mention to Jayani & Wella who helped make our stay extra special. Some reviews mention the location but there were no issues and we felt safe going back to the hotel at night. Prague is a beautiful city and we had the added bonus of the Easter Markets. Can’t praise the staff and experience enough. Will definitely stay again.

O café da manhã é bom. O quarto era espaçoso, a cama confortável, não gostei muito dos travesseiros. O banheiro é pequeno e como o chuveiro fica acima de uma banheira estreita, o vidro do box é baixo, o resultado é que após o banho o piso do banheiro fica bastante molhado. • Malibumags (10/5): Short break - Lovely hotel well situated for all of the sights in Prague. Very clean with service every day if you wanted this. The breakfast buffet was extensive with lots of choice for everyone. Staff very friendly and we ordered taxi service which was very good as well. If we return to Prague we will definitely stay here again.
• Thomas (8/5): Really nice hotel in a great location, but really needs to upgrade it's lack of Aircon - When we were checking in the very nice receptionist informed us that we were being upgraded to a room with a terrace. We did not ask for/expect this at all and we were delighted. The room was really clean, with a plenty of space to hang up clothes and the bathroom was really nice - the water pressure in the shower was great and the water temperature was really easy to adjust (not something you usually get). The terrace itself was massive but, for us, didn't add anything to our experience. Breakfast was really good, with lots of choice and good quality. Location was right next to the two subway stations that connect the different lines, so really easy getting around the city and to/from the airport. Contarary to the description in Booking.com, this hotel does not have any functioning aircon. There is aircon in the room, but it only blows hot air and is used as a heater. We were advised by reception that this system cannot be corrected and that they did not have a fan they could offer. The day we arrived it was around 20c and the room was hot - we had to leave the windows open all night but the room was still a little hot. The next two nights were cooler and we slept better. I just can't imagine staying here in the summer and I really think they either need to fix the aircon situation or, at a minmium, they need a supply of fans they can offer guests. If the hotel had aircon I would have given the place a 10 - I've knocked a couple of points off for this. The terrace we were given was at the front of the property and was overlooked. This made it pretty much unusable. It's only real function would have benfitted a smoker or vaper who needed somewhere to go for a smoke.

I could not fault this hotel at all. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by amazing staff who will go above and beyond, if you have any questions they are happy to answer. The room was clean upon arrival and was cleaned daily and towels were changed every day. If you are looking for a central hotel in Prague the K + K Fenix hotel has everything you will require.

• Murmel96 (9/5): Perfektes Hotel für Städtetrip - Schönes, sauberes und sehr zentrales Hotel, mitten in der Altstadt. Perfekte Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Das Personal ist super freundlich, das ganze Hotel und Zimmer sehr sauber & gut duftend. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat von allem etwas und war sehr lecker. Wir würden es auf jedenfall wieder buchen. Das "Fitness" ist etwas minimalistisch. Es ist ein Raum mit einer einzigen Maschine und einer Bank mit Hanteln. In manchen Ecken sieht man dem Hotel das alter etwas an. Zb im Badezimmer an der Decke hatte es bereits Risse und das Bad könnte evtl mal renoviert werden.. Jedoch nichts tragisches. Für Familien evtl wichtig; in der selben Strasse sind 3 Striplocale/Bordelle (man sieht nichts/niemanden ausser die Schilder/ Plakate. Es ist trotzdem ruhig und man fühlt sich keineswegs unwohl - aber falls das für jemanden ein Kriterium ist)..
• Bea (8/5): A well-located, comfortable hotel with excellent breakfast and amenities. - Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The accommodation is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the city center and major landmarks such as Charles Bridge, the Astronomical Clock (Orloj), the Town Hall Square, and the Old Town Square. The breakfast was outstanding and very generous. Everything was carefully prepared, from fresh pastries to scrambled eggs, with a wide selection of cheeses and cold cuts. There was high-quality coffee, sparkling wine, soft drinks, and an abundant supply of everything. The room was bright, clean, and equipped with standard hotel amenities, including a well-stocked minibar. The bathroom was also clean, with pleasant shower gel and soft towels. The hotel itself is nicely renovated, featuring a bar and a lounge area. Parking was available, and there was also the option for electric vehicle charging. Pets are allowed and can be taken into the room, which is a great advantage. However, it was not clearly indicated in advance how much the pet fee would be, and this was unfortunately our only negative experience.

• O816OCwilliaml (6/5): A perfectly good hotel for Wenceslas Square - Pros - Comfortable, well kitted out rooms. - Fridge and Tea and Coffee making facilities were a huge bonus. - Good Location for visiting Prague - Right off of Wenceslas Square and walking distance to the Old Town. Fantastic hidden gem restaurants nearby too. - Staff generally speaking helpful and polite. - If you get a room with a balcony, being able to chill outside is quite a cool feature and I’d imagine especially so in the summer. Cons - Experienced customer service issues prior to arrival. Requested late checkout on account of having a night flight back to the UK. Couldn’t do this on the website, however contacted the hotel directly, but it involved a lot of back and forth and more friction than necessary. - To add to the point above, one member of staff was quite standoffish and made us justify ourselves when requesting late checkout. - Took advantage to the hotels airport pickup service, however the car didn’t turn up -had to call on arrival to request it again. - Minor issues in the room, for example bathroom door didn’t close. Having the room to myself, it wasn’t a problem but if sharing it may have been an issue. It’s worth mentioning that all the customer service issues were sorted, including a free taxi back to the airport by way of apology which was more than fair. Things to Consider (i.e things which aren’t the hotels fault) - Whilst the location isn’t bad, the hotel happens to be next to a giant strip club and a brothel. We later discovered the street the Hotel on is quite notorious and attracts a lot of stag do’s etc. Going midweek, didn’t have any problems and saw the funny side of it, but if this sort of thing offends, then I’d look elsewhere. - There is a corner shop across the road for groceries which is very convenient, but they charge ridiculous prices - go to the big brand supermarkets to save some money. - The hotels a short walk from many sights but not near the trams. There is a metro nearby so public transport is there, but I’d recommend this to someone who’s happy walking a lot rather than relying on taxis and trams etc. Overall the hotel is good - a very standard, townhouse, touristy hotel. It was genuinely fine to stay in and the issues above aside, it was actually quite pleasant. The customer service issues weren’t great and I feel better staff training could have resolved those sooner. The only thing I’d say is there are better options out there offering better value for money, especially if you look slightly further out of town. Would I stay here again - I certainly wouldn’t mind - but I feel there are better options out there.

The location is perfect for exploring the city, everywhere is within walkable distance. Great value for a lovely city break, I would definitely recommend and stay here again if I came back to Prague! 10/10!!

The hotel is clean and modern with lovely staff (thank you wella and oksana on the front desk). The hotel is in a good location only a 10/15min walk from the centre of the old town. Breakfast was fine with enough choice and the choice of tea and coffee was also enough.

• Deirdre (10/5): Perfect weekend Getaway in a beautiful hotel with fantastic staff - The hotel was beautiful,we got upgraded to the most beautiful terrace room. The Staff were exceptional,especially Piyush who greeted us on arrival,very welcoming and professional,always more than happy to help with any queries,nothing was too much for him. The breakfast was really nice with a great selection of nicely cooked food. Location is perfect within minutes you are in the old town I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough,We will definitely return to this lovely hotel. Nothing

• deechad (10/5): Mabuhay si Wella - After a long, exhausting train ride from Berlin, arriving at the K+K Hotel Fenix was exactly the comfort we needed. We were warmly greeted by a fellow Filipino named Wella, who instantly made us feel at home with her signature hospitality. She went above and beyond by graciously upgrading our room to ensure we had the most relaxing stay possible. Knowing we were craving rice, she even recommended a fantastic nearby Filipino bistro alongside giving us great tips on the best spots to visit in Prague. The hotel is wonderful, but Wella's exceptional and personal service truly made our trip unforgettable!

Staff very helpful and friendly throughout our stay,rooms clean and tidy breakfast area well supplied and good choices bar area comfortable and well serviced. Special mention to Tarek, Wella and Piyush who were above and beyond what you normally expect from hotel staff. Will be returning next year because of this.

We took public transport from the airport 59 bus and then the metro , very easy 30 mins and £1.76 ….Bargain Hotel was first class , staff , room , breakfast all were amazing, would certainly recommend, thank you
• cms004 (10/5): Birthday Prague Long Weekend - We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel for 3 nights. Location wise is perfect, the hotel is situated 2 minutes walk from the old town which is perfect for shopping, restaurants and general exploring. We paid £15 in a Bolt taxi from the airport to the hotel. The room was lovely and clean. We were celebrating my partners birthday and the hotel brought some champagne and glasses to the room. The breakfast was okay with some variety such as different styles of eggs, croissants and break although due to some staffing issues over the weekend you had to wait for some things to be replenished but we weren’t waiting for long. Overall the hotel was clean, perfect location, lovely staff and would genuinely stay here again. Thank you for a great experience.
• 625alanb (10/5): Prague visit - We have just stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is perfectly located close to Wenceslas square, and is central so it's ideal for exploring Prague. The rooms and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and helpful, good breakfast selection, the porridge especially nice. Rooms are spacious and relaxing,with a fridge and safe supplied, and cleaned daily. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Would definitely stay here again

• Resort42686738590 (10/5): Thank you K K Fenix ! - We stayed there for three nights. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Prague. The rooms are simple but very clean. We received a very friendly welcome from the reception staff. A big compliment to the bartender for the customer-oriented service. We would also like to thank the reception for the body lotion they kindly gave us.
