Personnel vraiment gentil toujours prêt à rendre service, ménage journalier, excellent emplacement avec métro et tramway à 5 mn à pied, multiples restaurants et commerces autour de l'hôtel. Rapport qualité prix excellent pour Istanbul. Je reviendrai ici lors de mon prochain passage à Istanbul Rien

A major plus was that the reception staff are fluent in Arabic, which made communication seamless and added a very personalized, welcoming touch to the experience. The hotel’s strategic location is perfect; it is situated right in the heart of the city, providing easy access to all the major attractions and business hubs. Despite being in such a prime, central area, I was impressed by how quiet and peaceful the room was. The soundproofing is excellent, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Furthermore, the cleanliness was outstanding. The rooms and all common areas were kept in pristine condition, showing a high level of attention to detail and care for the guests' comfort.

The location is very central—just a short walk from Marmaray, the metro, and the tram. Many historical and touristic spots are very close by, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. The rooms are stunning. They’re designed with real elegance and comfort in mind, combining luxury and style with a great eye for detail. Everything was spotlessly clean. The sheets and towels were fresh and crisp, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely warm.
