- Ali (1/5): - I paid before check the room and I made a mistake however I didn't stay and left the place and find somewhere else. personally I didn't like it, wasn't clean, was smelly and facilities old, and it wasn't as photos show.

When we asked about some of the needed itemz, One of the staff answered, for the price you have paid are you expecting 5 star facilities.... We know what we paid and we know what we asked whether its within the guven facilities or not. But as a guests, we expect dignity and politeness. Please teach that staff guy how to talk to the guests. Apart from this everything is amazing.

- Amin ghavamian (7/5): - I can say about this accommodation that you feel comfortable.The location of the Hotel is good. Yerevan Mall and metro station are nearby. You can also take a bus line that is very close to the accommodation to get to the city center. What I can say is that there is a kind lady working there, her name is Anna. In fact, she takes on both the management duties sometimes and the cleaning of the rooms. She is very cooperative and a kind and polite lady. You can have tea or coffee and tell her to prepare it for you. This means caring for the traveler, which Anna does very well. I hope the management of N1 Hotel will always keep her by its side because she can have a lot of influence on customer satisfaction. The beds in the hostel or dormitory make noise and this is annoying at night when sleeping.

- Аnna (1/5): - Хороший матрас, персонал отзывчивый Фотографии не соответствуют , завтрака нет( на фотографиях он есть), мебель старая, сантехника требует ремонта, свет включается и выключается только у двери( можно было бы добавить настольную лампу). Отопление только через кондиционер( висит над кроватью, дует в голову, очень шумит). Без кондиционера холодно. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ тут останавливаться даже на одну ночь

Ещё из плюсов - кондиционер. Было бы неплохо добавить крючки возле душа и небольшие светильники над спальным местом.

- Daria (7/5): - Отличное месторасположение,центр города, поблизости все достопримечательности, через дорогу парк, до площади республики примерно минут 20 пешком. Очень понравилось гостеприимство, нам все подсказали и рассказали, угощали нас бесплатно вкуснейшим кофе 🥹 В номерах проблемы с вентиляцией, у нас были номера без окон, а вытяжка работала только прт включенном свете, из-за чего было очень тяжело спать, вторую ночь оставили дверь открытой, чтобы поступал воздух 😁 но цена была ооочень демократичная для центра города, поэтому мы и не рассчитывали на комфорт высшего уровня, а доброжелательность персонала перекрыла все недостатки 😌 на пару дней для тех, кто приезжает гулять по городу, а не отсиживаться в номере, вполне подойдет)

- Siavash (5/5): Fair enough to choose and have realistic expectations that meets the Price. - The staff were great and provided any Help needed. There is a refrigerator and a kitchen where you can prepare meals. The bus stop is right at the door of the hotel. There is a beautiful park for walking and exercising right in front of the hotel. The bathroom of the mixed dormitory are in urgent need of attention and repairs.

- Nicolas (9/5): A convenient and budget-friendly base in Yerevan. - Clean, affordable, and not far from the metro (15 min walk) and the Republic Square (25 min walk). You can park for free along the sidewalk in front of the hotel, security cameras are watching over the area. The staff is very friendly, and the manager, Hayk, goes out of his way to make everything smooth and comfortable. Enjoy with him an Armenian coffee! Room 8 is the best — it has great mattresses and a spacious bathroom. - It would be great to add some cutlery, cups, and glasses in the kitchen. - It can be a bit noisy in the evening for light sleepers.

- Hustler81 (5/5): Passable - The staff could not understand or speak English which is essential for hotels/hostels to communicate with international travelers. Additionally, no cleaning service was provided throughout my 3-day stay at least asked to throw the trash granted I had my room. What is worse there are hours in place to use the kitchen and the front door is to remain closed overnight. I feel like a trapped person with these rules. I have traveled throughout the world and never encountered these silly rules. What's the point of staying at this hotel/hostel if you are not free to use the amenities provided? Even their website states no curfew people are free to come and go as they wish. This is far from true. I can't forget no water kettle was available in the room which is a necessity for all rooms as this has been the standard for hotels/hostels. Lastly, the staff could be more customer-oriented. They always look grumpy and lack customer service. P.S. The room I stayed in had broken furniture and a shower knob. I suggest keeping up with standards.

- Tianlan (1/5): Worst owner terrible bed - The public transportation is convenient. 1.The mixed bed room was dirty and smelly. 2.Only sheets on the mattress, like sleeping on Exposed spring 3.The owner's temper is like his room, smelly and rude. There was no heating in the room one of nights I was stay, I woken up by the cold at 3am and kept my eyes open and waited until 7:30am until intolerable, I went to owner to ask him to add a blanket he got furious and said that I shouldn't wake him up so early and asked me to get out of his hostel,then he very rude to kicked me out again during the day,as I was packing to leave, he told me to cancel the order myself or he wouldn't give me my money back,however, it is impossible to change the date and cancel the order after checking in, which is the rule on booking.
