• Ivani (7/5): Affordable price; a safe place - A safe place to stay. Hardworking staff made everything possible to satisfy guests. Noise in some rooms. Breakfast was not satisfying.

• Picciola (1/5): Nightmare hotel with creepy crawlers - Location. That’s it. There were roaches in our room!!!!! MULTIPLE ROACHES. SOME ALIVE. SOME DEAD. The room obviously was not cleaned before we came in! I did not feel comfortable staying in our room, so I left and stayed at a hotel across the street. Have yet to hear back from the hotel regarding a full refund.

Conveniently the coffee machine was out of order. I chose this place for mainly the breakfast so we could eat before we traveled back to Indiana

They put us in a room that someone was already in. They were very angry when we tried getting in the room as we checked in after midnight due yo our flight. There were people sleeping on the tables in the room where they serve breakfast. Horrible.

• DeeAnn (4/5): Would not stay again - It was close to Universal Studios and most of the personnel was nice. Dayshift tried their best to use air freshener to keep the smell down in lobby. Floors in the room turned our feet black, reeked of people smoking marijuana in their rooms and walking down the halls, outlets in room did not work (only 2 out of 6), stains on linen and pillows.

Enfim , sugiro que o booking repense esta hospedagem ou avise que seria só uma ana para dormir ! Pois as demais instalações são muito ruins pra usar , banheiro e cozinha nem utensílios tem .

People were loud walking in the hallway & it seemed like a lot of people knocked on or hit our door walking by. It may have been kids playing. However, I didn’t tell the staff & I don’t blame them & I dot want it to affect their rating.

• Andrea (1/5): - Close to Universal Studios Cockroaches, no kitchen utensil for cooking as promised, no clean towels for bathing, unsafe as security doors never locked and anyone could come in and out of the facility and did. Very dirty facility, garbage in stairwell and hallway. Uncontrolled front door after hours. Lots of activities with lots of noise and no one to police the area and instruct to move away and quiet down. We don't recommend and will not use them again
• chantefearless (2/5): Unsafe and disgusting - Disgusting, unaccommodating, and rude staff. Our first morning we come down for the “grab and go” breakfast, as you see a bare counter. Grab what? Go where? We ask the front desk and very confidently “reminded” us it wasn’t a hot breakfast but grab and go and proceeds to offer a muffin to my friend. maybe don’t promote a “grab and go” breakfast when it’s just a pot of coffee and muffins you had hidden. Then when we called down and asked for extra towels and washcloths to be told they are out and was asked to bring the current down for washing- which were already in poor stained condition. We had to go buy towels and washcloths from Walmart and a breakfast. Morning 1- we’re a little irritated but we managed. The next morning, our toilet overflows the kitchen and we had to use hotel towels to sop the water up. My husband runs downstairs to get maintenance to be sent up with 1 of 2 plungers (they called later asking for it back) and DIRTY used towels from other guests. We left the bag of towels and sopped towels outside our room because my husband was told housekeeping was coming up. Front desk woman comes up knocking asking for the keys plunger back after calling up our room and us telling her we were about to come down. She then proceeds to tell us “we aren’t supposed to do that” putting the towels out on the floor. I’ll tell you what we’re not supposed to do. We’re NOT supposed to be exposed to the unsafe conditions of this hotel but go off. OH!! And those towels set there for TWO days. Checked out yesterday and dragged them to 3rd floor elevator and I bet they are still there. Those need to be thrown out. Kitchen drawer and closet broken (pics attached). Unsafe- stay away.

Will not stay here again... - location for universal. that is the only reson why i stayed there. the location to parks are good. the stove did not work. no coffee pot in room. no kitchen supplies. no pots pans, plates. no dishes in the room . if you needed anything you had to ask for kitchen items. most of the time they did not have any supplies for the kitchen. not enough towels in the room. The room smelled musty. We smelled pot all the time in the hallways and outside. Dogs running in the hallway at night.

Hadn’t been properly cleaned in years, no towels - had to ask for some from reception- and the kitchen was falling apart, not that you’d use it given how dirty the surfaces were. The soles of my feet were so dirty from just walking from the bed to the bathroom. Disgusting.

• ata475 (4/5): If loud music/bass disturbs you, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO SLEEP. - Every night of my stay around 11:30pm or midnight, there was extremely loud bass music coming from somewhere. Super annoying when trying to sleep!!! And front desk closed at night, so no help there! Also, breakfast ends at 9:30am, so sucks for those that sleep in.

This type of hotel brings a different kind of clientele, but it's located by universal, it has a mixed crowd!! Some locals, some workers and tourist too!! I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Assistant Manager Héctor Figueroa. Not only did Héctor treat me with respect and compassion, but he also made sure I had what I needed to feel a little more human during a tough time. He personally arranged for kitchen equipment and provided brand-new bed sheets and linens — small gestures to some, but to me, they made a world of difference. It’s rare to find someone in hospitality who truly embodies the word. Héctor isn’t just doing a job — he’s taking care of people. That’s the kind of leadership every hotel should be proud of. To the management team: you’ve got a real gem on your hands. Hold onto him, promote him, clone him if you can. Thank you again, Héctor. • vainetem (2/5): The worst hotel experience - It was worse than a motel. No one came to clean the room or give us fresh towels on any of the days we spent there. We had to go to front desk and ask for toilet tissue and they only gave one roll for 5 people. Then we were told that we had to bring our towels to front desk if we wanted them cleaned and had to pay extra if we wanted our room cleaned. The complimentary breakfast was garbage and all day and all night, there were people smoking. The smell is awful… I’ll never come back. Spent too much money on a terrible experience.
