Das bei der Abreise niemand Vorort war zwecks Schlüsselübergabe.Wisste erst nicht wohin damit aber ein Gast zeigte mir wie es gemacht wird.

• Rosemarie (10/5): Exceptional - The neighbourhood is fantastic with great shops, I loved staying in a suburban place for the authentic feel of Berlin, I love older buildings and this was a delight. I loved the balcony as well Thomas was so helpful as well There wasn't anything I didn't like

• Ciric (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was super nice and comfortable, and it's located in a really cozy nice looking neighborhood. It has a pretty good train connection and late night transport as well. The bathroom is shared but since there are only 3 rooms it's not an issue at all, and toiletries and hair dryer are provided so it's really good if you're a light packer. Honestly, no complaints everything was as excpected.
• Aleksandrs (9/5): Superb - A large and comfortable room with everything one might need (a sink, a wardrobe, a curtain and blinds, an adjustable heater, a table). A small shared kitchenette. The owner was friendly and helpful. The location was very good for my purposes. Everything worked fine for me. There is only one shower/toilet, and if there are guests in all three (or four?) rooms, I'd guess it may become a bit uncomfortable. Just a guess: I think I was the only guest, so I did not experience any problems.

Small kitchen makes you independent of the local catering facilities, which are very nice anyway. This is exactly what I was looking for. Recommended wholeheartedly.
• Ruben (9/5): Superb - Lovely, spacious accomodation in a quiet neigborhood just south of Tempelhofer Feld. Ideal if you want to get out of the city for a good night's sleep. Friendly staff, clean room, superb! There was also a nice seating area out front. Ideal for coffee and breakfast. Just book it.

• Torsten (8/5): No-frills with All You Need in Relaxed Alt Tempelhof Kiez - Located in quiet street in Alt Tempelhof, a “normal people” and middle class neighborhood, safe, relaxed. Small pension with 3 rather rooms, all rooms on ground floor, access from street through mini garden (big enough for one table and chairs to enjoy breakfast in the green) entering a kitchen which is for shared use (well equipped - you may prepare your own meals). Key handling well organized by friendly owner. Shared toilet/shower facilities okay. My room was a bit spartan, but anyhow I had an small in-room washbasin. For me the only real concern was the parking situation (most critical in late evening, no parking fees evening and night and Sundays, but you pay from 9.00 a.m on at the parking machines), no park house or similar nearby.
