You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Information of 28th of September: there will be renovation works as from the 1st of October to renovate the facades of the building ONLY in the street. This means that the scaffolding will affect the visibility ONLY in one bedroom and in the kitchen. The visibility/lights in the living room and in the other bedroom will NOT be affected. There are also some renovation works in the courtyard and in the staircase. The works will be for a period of around 2 months. The work will take place only during weekdays from 08:00 - 17:00. Additional information on the 11th of December : due to the continuously bad weather and strikes, the building syndicate is informing to all owners that there have been massive delays and the work is expected to be over around end of February 2024.
