• Robert Daddona (1/5): Disappointed - The code provided did not work. I couldn’t get access to the property as the code they sent didn’t work. The host later said they checked after I tried multiple times in the middle of the night and had to spend an additional $70 to get a last minute booking because I could not get inside. The host also did not respond to my message or call during my time being stuck outside.

• Heather (6/5): Comfortable and very clean but Wi-Fi almost unusable. - It was super clean. New fittings. The Wi-Fi was very poor. The signal was very poor and only lasted a few minutes at a time before dropping out.

Son cosas para que esté mejor, no quejas: -Poner servilletas en la cocina -No hay enchufe en el baño -Una basura más grande -Cambiar el mando de la TV que el botón de OK no va -Limpiar las juntas de la pared de la ducha.

• Agata (8/5): - Bardzo dobrze skomunikowana lokalizacja, zarówno pociągi, autobusy jak i metro. Kilka minut spaceru. Wygodne łóżka. Na plus bezproblemowy, bezkontaktowy check in, z jasną instrukcją, grzejnik w pokoju, i kamienica w angielskim stylu, z charakterystycznym oknem. Pani dbająca o czystość codziennie sprzątała śmieci z kosza. Generalnie bardzo czysta łazienka, chyba po niedawnym remoncie bo tak wyglądała. Okolica spokojna, czysta, blisko sklepów i restauracji, czułam się tam bezpiecznie o każdej porze. Może trochę przydałoby się odmalować ściany i lekko odświeżyć meble. W łazience działała tylko deszczówka, zwykły prysznic nie, zależy co kto lubi.

• Bambagioni (5/5): - L'appartamento era in realtà una camera molto piccola dove era impossibile abitare, tutto molto stretto a tratti claustrofobico, con valigie più grandi sarebbe stato molto difficile trovare uno spazio dove appoggiare. Se avessimo voluto utilizzare il piano cottura avremmo dovuto mangiare direttamente sul letto. Una nota positiva il quartiere molto tranquillo.

• Marta (1/5): Terrible experience - Location and the lady that was in touch with us all the time. We arrived at night and the studio was completely trashed, extremely dirty with bottles and cigarrette buts all Over the place. Strange people kept going in and out of the building, we asked to be moved to another place a couple of streets below and that studio was better, although still had strange people screaming at 1 AM in the morning.

• Andres (1/5): Terrible communication and unsafe studios - It was clean Terrible communication and the door didn't lock in the studio, so we had to leave our things there unprotected. On top of that, the windows were open when we arrived and were nearly impossible to close, requiring two people to force them shut. Messina Studios has no one there, and no one on the phones they provide in case you have an issue. Just really bad.

• Haya (10/5): Amazing stay with great facilities - Very clean and neat and very good for the price paid, definitely will be staying here again during my next trip. Stairs were too narrow
• Tahlia (1/5): Unacceptable room condition and extremely poor customer service. - Stayed on 1 April and had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, our room was in a disgusting condition, with food and rubbish everywhere, tobacco all over the bed and floor, and the room smelling strongly of weed. We called multiple times and initially received no response. After around 10 minutes, we finally got through, but then had to wait approximately 40 minutes to be moved to another room. We were also initially given the wrong access code, which meant waiting a further 20 minutes for the correct one. On top of this, we were woken up at 2am by a very loud fire alarm that continued for around 10 minutes. I contacted management afterwards regarding compensation and did not receive a reply. I then followed up again and still have not received any response. Overall, the condition of the room, the delays in resolving the issue, and the lack of customer service afterwards made this a very disappointing stay.

• Hannah (5/5): Overnight work stay - Overall the room was clean and tidy. There has been thought on how to lay the rooms out and it was comfortable for a single nights stay. It was reasonably quiet and the shower in particular was very good. Great pressure even at the top of the building. the kitchen was compact but well equipped. Check in was reasonably easy. Location is great for food and other things. The outside was filled with rubbish when I arrived, there was also someone smoking drugs in the lower room on arrival which was not ideal. As a lone female it was not the best impression. It could all do with a bit of a touch up as there are lots of marks and scratches. I know the other guests are a random variable when staying somewhere but being woken up at 3am by a group of guys trying to get into the apartment next to mine by shoving the door before setting alarms off along with the incident at the start of my stay didn't leave a great impression. I could also smell cigarette smoke in the morning from under my door which was unpleasant. Might be worth having a presence there to stop guests taking advantage of the unmanned space and make other guests feel a bit safer, along with a bit of a repaint.

• Marek (9/5): Bardzo udany pobyt. Chętnie tam wrócę z powrotem. - Świetna lokalizacja. Spokojna okolica, czysta okolica. Autobus 50m, metro ok 300m (szybkim krokiem 3 min), Obok metra duży M&S food. W druga stronę 500m całe handlowe życie na Kilburn. 3 sklepy spożywcze, ciuchy, sport. Czysto w łazience, pachnąca pościel. bardzo wygodne łóżka. Codziennie posprzątany pokój. Sejf. Dużo szuflad i szafek. Przydałby się choć 1 garnek w aneksie kuchennym. Była patelnia OK, ale garnek nie działał na kuchence. Ale wszystko pozostałe było OK

• Uxue (7/5): Agradable para una estancia corta - La ubicación, barrio tranquilo. Está bien comunicado con las diferentes líneas de metro y tren, además del centro. La cama muy cómoda y el baño nuevo y funcional. Nos tocó la habitación 2, era bastante pequeña y la zona de la cocina era bastante incómoda ya que a pesar de estar nueva tiene dos puertas para dejarla oculta (en forma de armario) y una de las puertas chocaba con la cama, lo que no permitía abrirla completamente y cocinar cómodamente se hace difícil. Además la habitación estaba al lado de la puerta principal y se oye muchísimo a la gente cuando entra y sale del alojamiento, los golpes de la puerta, escaleras…

• Anna (5/5): - Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και ο χώρος αρκετά καθαρός ως προς τα βασικά — τα σεντόνια, το κουζινάκι και οι επιφάνειες στην κουζίνα και στο μπάνιο ήταν σε καλή κατάσταση. Δυστυχώς όμως, δεν είχε γίνει σωστό σέρβις στο κλιματιστικό, ούτε ο απαραίτητος καθαρισμός στον εξαερισμό του μπάνιου, ο οποίος είχε πολλή σκόνη και μικρόβια. Από το πρώτο κιόλας βράδυ που κοιμήθηκα, ξύπνησα με κλειστό λαιμό και μια δυσάρεστη ατμόσφαιρα μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Επίσης, το δωμάτιο έχει κάποια ψηλά παράθυρα που δεν μπορούσα να κλείσω. Το πιο λογικό είναι ότι τα είχαν αφήσει ανοιχτά και έπρεπε να παραμείνουν έτσι, διότι ο χώρος χρειαζόταν σίγουρα καλό εξαερισμό.

• Alice (6/5): Okay, functional but not exceptional - The bed was comfortable and reading lights were helpful. The en suite was good. It came with a fridge, toaster, kettle, cups, iron, hair dryer. Convenient location near to West Hampstead Thameslink tube and train station. It was good value for one night to attend a concert at Wembley. There were a few marks on the wall where the wall had been damaged and a few dirt marks, the bathroom sink didn’t have a plug hole, no hand towel was provided, just two larger towels. Teabags were provided but it would have been helpful to have one or two small milk sachets as there was no point buying milk for one night. The room we were in was a lot smaller than the photos suggest, but overall it was perfectly functional and comfortable for one night.
• Solène (4/5): À vos risques et périls - Bon quartier, nous avions un concert à Wembley l’emplacement était parfait pour rejoindre le stade rapidement Nous sommes arrivés à minuit avec une arrivée autonome. La carte pour ouvrir la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons du appeler une personne qui n’a pas réussi à l’ouvrir à distance. Heureusement on nous a donné une autre chambre qui était disponible sinon je ne sais pas où nous aurions dormi…. Tout ça en anglais bien sur, je ne sais pas comment nous aurions fait sans un niveau « correct » d’anglais. Une fois entrés dans la chambre, tout est très basique. C’est très mal isolé, vous entendrez tous les bruits de la rue et des autres appartements de l’établissement. Bref nous ne reviendrons pas

The host was also a bit too strict, I need to check in about an hour earlier because I was coming in from another city but the request was declined -
• NIKOLAOS (6/5): - Ήρεμη και καλή γειτονιά. Ζεστό δωμάτιο. Άνετη συγκοινωνία. Έπρεπε να.ζητήσουμε να καθαριστεί το δωμάτιο, αλλιώς μόνο στρώσιμο κρεβατιών και πετσέτες. Το κτίριο μύριζε ύποπτα τσιγάρα συνεχώς.
• Noelia (9/5): SIN DUDA, REPETIRÍAMOS - Me alojé con mi pareja 6 días. La ubicación es perfecta, puedes ir tanto en metro como en bus para visitar todo Londres. Facilidad a la hora de hacer el check-in automático. El personal limpia la habitación todas las mañanas. No se escuchaba ningún ruido. Me gustó mucho todo. Si tuviera que decir algo, seria que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien.
