• henar (8/5): - La ubicación El acceso al hotel, calle muy tranquila pero muy sucia, por basuras y gatos merodeando.
• Guest (6/5): Ok hotel ako ostajete jako kratko. - Hotel se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji. U blizini su mnoga mjesta koja se mogu posjetiti. Blizu je i stanica za T1. Osoblje hotela je izuzetno prijatno, a posebno Emil koji je radio na recepciji. Sobe su male i niko ih ne sređuje dok ste tu. Dobijate samo nove peškire. Doručak je skroman, a pri tome kada smo silazili često se dešavalo da je sve prazno i dugo niko ne dopunjuje posude s hranom. Takođe, prostorija gdje se jede je jako mala, pa često morate čekati na mjesto.

• Guest (10/5): Great hotel in a great location - The hotel is in a great location in the old town and is literally 5 minutes walk from the main attractions. The staff are very friendly and our room had everything that we needed. A typical Turkish breakfast was included in our price and although it was not totally to our liking, they offered omelettes which was a good option. I would happily stay here again if I visit Istanbul again in the future. Nothing, everything was great.

• Sanja (8/5): Super - The location of the hotel is perfect. The apartment we stayed in on the 4th floor was excellent – I have no complaints at all. All compliments to the staff – they were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast offers a wide variety of items, many of which are not typical for a standard European breakfast. However, when it comes to eggs, only boiled eggs are available.

The hotel sits between Gulhane and Sultanahmet tram stations, right on the line, and Hagia Sophia is just a short walk away. At first glance, the place feels small and charming. We stayed three nights, but no one ever came to the room. Towels were not changed. The bathroom mirror was cracked, and the toilet seat was broken. Overall, cleanliness did not meet expectations. Breakfast was the weakest part. There was no water available, and on the first day the bread was stale and even had green spots. The rest of the options were not appealing.

• Mohamed (3/5): It’s Trap to book this hotel “based on other customers rating on booking , believe me it’s below than normal ” with a ve - The staff was friendly specially the reception guys ,they’re trying to help by all means 1-BREAKFAST was very very bad and disgusting “not clean ,has FLIES on some of it, not fresh, the green apple is brown, and most of the bakry tastes are not fresh and has a very bad taste . 2-Hotel location in a very small street with stairs which the cars cannot reach “if you have lot of luggage it’ll be hard to reach” 3-Also the location near to aya Sophia mosque and sultan Ahmet , but for other places it’ll take lot of time to reach , for me the location is not bad , but not perfect as some people says 4-It doesn’t has a value of money “you can book another hotel better than this”
• Petra (7/5): Below average and we would look for something else next time - Good location and stuff was helpful with arrranging the airport tranafer We had a room under the level of the street and there were cars parking and leaving all the time so it was hard to get good sleep. When we checked in we had dirty toilet. The towels were changed daily but everytime the new towels were still little bit wet. Breakfast items weren’t refilled often enough.

• INESSA (10/5): - В Стамбул приезжали в четвертый раз и решили выбрать отель Basilissis. Ориентировались на высокие оценки туристов, которые здесь побывали. Действительно, отель очень порадовал! Расположен отель в тихом переулке рядом с площадью Султанахмет. На площади - главные достопримечательности Стамбула - Айя-София, Голубая мечеть, Топкапы, Базилика Цистерна. Остановка трамвая Т1 -200 метров от отеля: Трамвай идет через все достопримечательности центральной части Стамбула. До станции метро Сиркеджи 400 метров (это линия Марморай, на которой можно доехать до пляжа, если это у вас в планах). Теперь об отеле. Нам достался хороший просторный номер на 4 этаже. В номере два окна с французскими балконами, шкаф, сейф, холодильник, кровать с мягким матрасом. Большой санузел!!! Хорошие зеркала. В номерах недавно сделан ремонт, и это очень большой плюс! Много света в номере - бра, светильники, люстра! Отлично! Хорошие завтраки (омлет, яйца; сосиски, сыры, овощи, фрукты, хлопья). Для завтрака достаточно много еды. Персонал отеля очень дружелюбный и ориентированный на гостей. Встречают улыбкой, во всем готовы помочь. Отдельная благодарность Эмилю! Он хорошо владеет русским языком и помог нам с некоторыми вопросами. В общем, ставим отелю самую высокую оценку, благодарим за гостеприимство и рекомендуем! Все в порядке.
• Murad (4/5): Never again - Terrible stay We booked a room with windows and a balcony for about €150, but on arrival, we were given a small, windowless economy room instead. I believe they were overbooked and decided to downgrade us. Thanks to Hotels.com support, we were moved to a smaller room with windows for the second night, but the first night was awful — no windows, no air, and my spouse and three kids struggled with panic attacks. It completely ruined our stay. Breakfast was very basic, and the hotel staff didn’t care or try to help. Without Hotels.com, we would have been stuck.

The service is very friendly and polite, the administrator gave us recommendations for restaurants, bars, activities. Breakfast was always cold, even food that was held in the warming metal dishes, was cold. As we asked the administrator, whether there is something to be done about that, the next morning breakfast was much warmer, but still not warm enough. E.g. pancakes were just put on the plate, not in the warming metal dish.

• Andrea (6/5): Ottima posizione e staff gentile, ma colazione deludente - Basilissis Hotel si trova in una posizione centralissima e molto comoda per visitare Istanbul. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare, e le camere, seppur piccole, risultano pulite e funzionali. Per un breve soggiorno rappresenta una soluzione confortevole e pratica. Quello che invece non ci è piaciuto è stata la colazione: le proposte dolci erano davvero limitate e la qualità complessiva del cibo non ci ha convinti. Inoltre, la sala dedicata era molto piccola, tanto da rischiare di non trovare posto, e sia il locale sia le stoviglie non apparivano particolarmente puliti. Consigliamo l’hotel, ma senza colazione.

• Juan (10/5): Pretty good) - Staff is really helpful and understanding, if you have any difficulties they are there for helping. Very kind admins. I can’t express how helpful and kind they are! Location, is a bonus very near to all attractions and even restaurants.
• Guest (10/5): Great location, even better service - highly recommended - We stayed 3 nights in Istanbul and initially chose this hotel exclusively for its location, as it was within walking distance of Istanbul's main tourist attractions. This was particularly important since I was traveling with a stroller and another child. However, while location was supposed to be the main advantage for us, the service exceeded everything and we would return here again, even if the hotel were more distant, because the level of service was excellent. The staff was kind and accommodating, dedicated to helping resolve any question or request, including assistance with the stroller. We had a crib prepared in our room along with basic refreshments. The breakfasts were fantastic, and even though we often arrived for breakfast at the last minute, everything was replenished and fresh, and we always had a full selection of all the delicious options available. Many thanks to the reception staff for their kindness and helpfulness. Nothing comes to mind, so I'll mention something trivial - perhaps the rooms could have teaspoons available

В нашей комнате не было холодильника, но это не критично, учитывая что мы целый день гуляли, и особо не нуждались в нем.

• Светлана (10/5): - Понравилось абсолютно все, от великолепного расположения в шаговой доступности к основным туристическим объектам, при этом в тихом месте, до отличных завтраков с фруктами и выпечкой. Доброжелательный, приветственный персонал, а в качестве бонуса - оказание помощи и очень приятное общение с Эмиллом на русском языке, что немаловажно для таких как "моя твоя не очень понимает". Отель однозначно рекомендуем для тех, кому не принципиально завтракать с видом на Босфор). До этого три раза останавливались в Стамбуле, в этом же районе, с завтраками на террасах и видами, но этот отель лучший! Ставлю 10 из 10, при наличии кофемашины смело можно было бы ставить11 отелю в соотношении цена - качество.
• Ieva (3/5): Daugiau negrįžčiau - Patiko kambarys su geru kondicionieriumi, karštom dienom greitai atvėsdavo, patiko, kad kambarys buvo kasdien sutvarkomas ir papildomi rankšluosčiai, vonios reikmenys. Patiko, kad viešbutis įsikūręs netoli lankytinų objektu, kam aktualu, labai patogu. Kainos atžvilgiu tikėjomės kokybiškesnio kambario viešbutyje, tačiau lova buvo labai minkšta ir nepatogi, pagalvės kietos, patalai keisti tik 1 kartą per savaitė, viešnagės pabaigoje, nebuvo šaldytuvo. Bendrai viskas nebuvo labai blogai, tačiau labiausiai šiame viešbutyje nuvylė pusryčiai. Nuotraukose, pateiktose internete, pusryčiai vaizduojami gausūs ir švieži, tačiau mes susidūrėme su kitokia patirtimi. Pirmą dieną pusryčiaujant pavalgėme nelabai skaniai, bet pavalgėme, tačiau diena iš dienos pastebėjome, kad maistas pusryčiams nešamas tas pats kiekvieną dieną, kas nesuvalgoma padedama į šaldytuvą ir kitą dieną padedama atgal ant pusryčių stalo. Po kelių dienų maistas buvo prarūgęs, virš maisto skraidė musės, bandelės buvo labai kietos, todėl didžiąją dalį viešnagės net negalėjom pusryčiauti. Pusryčiai nebuvo verti papildomos kainos, kurią sumokėjome. Viešbutis įsikūręs prie pat lankytinų objektų, tai aplink labai daug įkyrių restoranų padavėjų, kviečiančių užsukti ir bendrai kainos aplink labai didelės.

• Nikolai (7/5): - На самом деле хороший отель, который можно рекомендовать, если нужно жить в данном районе. Приветливый персонал на ресепшене. Вкусные завтраки, прям могу их рекомендовать. Остались положительные эмоции, но есть пару мелочей, которые отелю можно легко и просто исправить Достаточно среднее качество уборки, например когда заехали в номер в углу лежала салфетка, после повторной уборки ее также не убрали, плюс не пополняли воду ежедневно, но был куллер на первом этаже, не так критично. Как рекомендацию для отеля, это не хватает полки для шампуня в душевой, поставить шампунь можно только на пол, было бы значительнее удобнее с ее наличием и дополнительной вешалки для полотенца.

• Haliem (10/5): - The hotel is ideally situated between Gulhane and Sultanahmet (Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia stops) tram stations. 50m walk to Gulhane 100m walk to Sultanahmed It’s one of the rare hotels where all amenities are fully functional and the rooms are comfortable, not stuffy. Also, there are no basement rooms. The staff are friendly and communicate effectively. They offer triple rooms suitable for families, as well as singles and couples. Definitely a great choice for your stay in Istanbul.

El desayuno bueno y variado. Lo super recomiendo. No me quejo de nada

Большое спасибо за бесплатный апгрейт номера до трехместного (были с 6-летним ребенком, изначально бронировали двухместный). Расположение отеля является его сильной стороной: он находится вблизи основных достопримечательностей города, что позволяет легко и быстро добираться до интересующих мест. В непосредственной близости расположены трамвайная остановка и метро, что обеспечивает удобство перемещения по городу. В целом, отличный выбор для тех, кто ценит комфорт, хорошее расположение и доброжелательную атмосферу. Достоинства перекрывают несущественные недостатки

La chambre était propre, bien climatisée et très bien insonorisée, nous avons pu bien dormir. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait, beaucoup de choix très frais. L'hôtel est très bien situé proche du tram et des principaux lieux de visites tout en étant dans une rue très calme, si nous devons retourne à Istanbul nous choisirions sans doute à nouveau cet hôtel ! • Guest (3/5): Not a memorable stay - The hotel is located in the centre of the city. Walking distance to all the major attractions. Our stay was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was poor with no proper place to eat. The bathroom was very small and had an unpleasant smell. Our ground-floor room was noisy at night, and lights from the lobby disturbed our sleep. Housekeeping also refolded wet towels instead of replacing them. The location is convenient, but the overall experience could be improved.

• George (8/5): - Excellent staff. They did everything they could to make the stay great for us. The location is also excelent, the hotel is very closely located to the tram station, and marmaray station(the tube that goes under Narmada to the Asian side), so it makes moving around Istanbul easier. The room is older than it seems in the pictures and it is not properly cleaned all the time. The bedsheets had stains on them but they replaced them with clean ones when we asked the staff.

• Mariia (10/5): - Хочу выразить огромную благодарность администраторам этого отеля, за их доброту, поддержку, всегда подсказывали во всех вопросах. Номера не большие, но для переночевать очень хороший вариант, каждый день убирали, меняли полотенца, завтраки каждый день однообразные, но голодными ни когда не были, местоположение также прекрасное, рядом со всеми достопримечательностями. В следующий раз приедем в Стамбул и обязательно остановимся в этом отеле и буду рекомендовать его своим друзьям.
• John (9/5): A quiet comfortable place to stay in the old city near the main attractions - T the proximity to key points of interest. For older guests it would be nice to have a lounge to sit in during a rest period. But it did not take away from the stay
