- Rachelh0304 (8/5): Basic but good location for airport, beware of snacks not being complimentary - Basic and small but comfortable room, in good location for getting to the airport for an early flight. Shuttle bus is available but this didn’t work for our timings and we easily got a grab instead. Our room had the bathroom inside it, separated by glass rather than a door which may not suit everyone. Please be aware, you will be charged for any items you use in the room including noodles etc. You also need to allocate additional time for them to check the room before you are able to leave at check out.
- C-Value (2/5): Was fine till they hassled me for a bottle of complimentary water on check out - I actually had an adequate stay for one night in the small room provided at this hotel. No frills no windows. However, upon check in I was told I was entitled to two complementary bottles of water. On check out when I was ready to head to the airport, the staff told me that I had to pay for the one bottle of water that I drank (not two). The reason? I drank a cold bottle of water. Only the room temperature bottled water was free. I said well I only had one, not two, so let’s call it even. They refused and hassled me until I paid for the one bottle of water with my credit card. The result? One star rating. Hope it was worth it, owners.

- SpeedyG-7 (10/5): Cheap hotel suited our needs since we had early morning flight. - Stayed here 1 night (only for about 12 hrs) before early morning flight out of Saigon. Stayed in small windowless room but got a really good price ($28 cad all in). Room was clean and it suited our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are steps to the reception area/hotel, and door/security person was quick to help carry our luggage up the stairs. Didn't really get a chance to explore the neighborhood but it is very close to the airport.

- Phillfone (2/5): Absolutely Disappointing Experience at Prague Airport Hotel - I rarely leave negative reviews, but our recent stay at the Prague Airport Hotel in Vietnam was such a frustrating experience that I feel compelled to share it. We booked a room for our family, which includes young children, and were completely let down. Upon checking in at 16:30, we immediately noticed that the air conditioning was not working. Instead of being transparent, the hotel staff dismissed our concerns, insisting that the aircon just hadn't been on long enough. Given the unbearable heat in the room, we decided to leave for a while to have dinner at a mall, hoping that the room would cool down by the time we returned. Unfortunately, when we returned, the room was even more unbearably hot. Upon further inquiry, the staff finally admitted that the air conditioning for the entire building was broken and wouldn't be fixed until the next day. With the oppressive heat and humidity, it was simply impossible to sleep, especially with two small children and a 20-hour flight ahead of us the next day. Left with no other option, we had to pack everything up and find another hotel at 22:30. This was not only inconvenient but also added unexpected expenses to our trip. Despite this major inconvenience, the hotel management has refused to refund our money, offering a series of excuses instead of a simple apology and refund. The service we experienced was miles away from the typical hospitality we have come to expect in Vietnam. I cannot stress enough how poor the quality and service at Prague Airport Hotel were. There are many other hotels in the vicinity that offer better facilities, free breakfast, and reliable air conditioning for a similar price. I would strongly advise against staying at Prague Airport Hotel - it's simply not worth the risk.

- raczac (10/5): All good! - We chose the hotel for our last night in Vietnam because we had to move on to the airport the next day and didn't want to spend a lot of time travelling to the airport. Had a very warm welcome, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is more than ok for the low price - we chose a room without windows on purpose because of the traffic (it's located in a busy street). Everything was clean and working properly. Absolutely no complains.

Das Hotel liegt recht nahe zum Flughafen in einer Umgebung mit vielen Minimärkten und Essgelegenheiten - die Straße vor dem Hotel wird von vielen Mopeds genutzt was uns jedoch nicht sehr gestört hat! Leute mit leichten Schlaf sollten vielleicht besser ein Zimmer OHNE Fenster wählen für entspannten Schlaf? Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Freundlichkeit und auch die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals!! Als meine Frau gesundheitliche Probleme hat wurde uns geholfen wo es nur möglich war! Vielen Dank dafür….

If you need somewhere to stay, this place is spot on! The bathroom was spotless, complete with shower gel, shampoo and an amazing shower.

I’m a jogger & there was a perfect park nearby to do so, very interesting & friendly people to interact & people watch in the morning before it’s too hot.

They went out of their way to help with cabs and booking tours. It's really close to the hotel but out of the more upscale touristy type areas. Also, the price was very good. I'd stay again.

The staff is very helpful: shows the way to the room and helps with the luggage. There is elevator in the hotel and all things you might need are present in the room. There is no window, but we didn't even notice that fact, in the first place.
