• Grace (9/5): Great location and good value - It's so close to the train station, easy to move around. Beds are comfortable and in good size. Good view on the top levels of the hotel. Although the staff don't speak much English, they are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is alright but a bit old. It's close to the train station so it can be a bit noisy but it didn't bother my sleep. I guess I'm used to those white noises.

• Stephanie (5/5): Wouldn't stay here again - Affordable hotel, clean, friendly staff, affordable laundry services. Very close to the station. The restaurant at the top of the hotel is very nice and had good food, excellent views. The room was very small and bathroom small as well. The pillows were awful! We actually went to the store and ended up buying our own because we couldn't sleep on theirs. The wait for the elevator can be very long. Theres not much near this station; most things are around Osaka station which was a bit inconvenient, but live and learn! They don't have smart TVs, so trying to watch something at the end of our day was awful. Used the "sharing" feature our iPhone had but the streaming was extremely slow and glitchy.

It was simplified and had all the essentials a guest would need in a stay. The door was very sturdy which gave a sense if safety. They have buffet breakfast from 6AM on the 32nd floor--this felt like such a luxury. I was given a curry box as a gift. When I arrived I was directed by staff to self-check-in with one of the screens but the system didn't recognize my reservation with booking.com. This made me worry but the staff did very well to get me checked-in instead.

• YUKO (5/5): ホリデー割引がされていたので、お値段のことを考えるとお得で良かったが、ホリデー割引がされてないと少し不満かも - 御堂筋線から近く、コンビニもすぐ横にあり、とてもよかった 新幹線乗り場が少し遠い 回れば階段を回避できるかもしれないが、近道を行こうとすると長い階段があり、スーツケースを持っているので大変だった 清掃が、、、パッと見綺麗だが、携帯用スタンドミラーが前の方達が化粧の手で触っていたからか、手あとがついていたり、カーテンをあけたら、窓のサンが埃があったり、あと1番気になったのは折り鶴が落ちていたけれど、もしかしてアパホテルは折り鶴が1室に1つ床に置いてあるのかな？分からないので、なんで？！と思ってモヤモヤした

I'll definitely come back. - The breakfast was excellent, a good variation between Asian and Western food. The location was excellent, it's only about 150m from Shin-Osaka station, this was the main reason why I booked this hotel. The room I stayed had a great view over Shin-Osaka station. No universal wall sockets in the room. Not many TV stations available.

• 3d1295a47a3d71f208957920c5e52f6b (10/5): Schönste Hotel-Aussicht meines Lebens - Vom ersten Moment an, in dem ich mein Zimmer betreten habe, war ich vollkommen sprachlos. Ich befand mich im obersten Stockwerk direkt unterhalb des Panorama-Restaurants mit einem einzigartigen Blick auf die nächtlich-schillernde Silhouette von Osaka. Noch nie in meinem Leben hatte ich eine derart atemberaubende Aussicht von meinem Hotelfenster. Das Zimmer selbst war makellos, das Personal überaus freundlich und die Speisenauswahl im Restaurant mehr als zufriedenstellend. Zudem hatte ich hier am Mittelpunkt meiner Japan-Reise auch die Möglichkeit, bequem meine Wäsche zu waschen. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Osaka werde ich unbedingt wieder dieses Hotel, welches sich noch dazu in fußläufiger Nähe zum Shinkansen-Bahnhof Shin-Osaka befindet, buchen und dabei hoffentlich auch wieder dasselbe Zimmer bekommen.

• Maria Genoveva (7/5): - El hotel estaba bien ubicado. Fácil de llegar desde la estación y con opciones para comprar comida o salir a comer en la misma cuadra. El auto check out es muy cómodo. En el sector de lavado, el uso de los aparatos estaba bien explicado en inglés lo cual se aprecia. La habitación era muy pequeña (era esperable), pero de haber llevado una valija grande no había cómo abrirla cómodamente. Otros hoteles de la cadena tienen camas más altas y permiten tener espacio de guardado de equipaje debajo. Este no fue el caso. No poder manejar el aire acondicionado por habitación no es lo mejor. La habitación estaba muy cálida. Otra cosa que es solo por habitación era el wifi y para el lavadero era necesario tener conexión, hubiera sido mejor tener una red de lobby o similar como en otros hoteles de la cadena.

• Jacqueline (8/5): Jacky Osaka APA - La proximité de l’hôtel par rapport à la gare Shin-Osaka, à peine 3 minutes à pieds. Le service nettoyage était parfait. La chambre au 22ème étage offrant une vue magnifique super... Rien à dire... Et surtout, un coin lessive lave-linge pratique... Rien à dire de ce côté. Tout était parfait.

• Rook (8/5): Nice view warm room - The room and amenities where exilent and the staff where really helpful The air conditioning was stuck on central control and I couldn't turn off heating it was hotter in my room than in the hallway
• HATAE (7/5): - 駅に近く、ただ駅からの出口が難しかった… 設備も清潔さもスタッフも良かったです。 特にスタッフの対応は丁寧で良かったです。 わかってはいましたが部屋が狭い… 朝部屋を出ると真ん前に掃除道具が連なって置いてあり、あまり感じの良いものではなかったです。 チェックアウト後の荷物を預かってくれるので助かりますが、保冷は不対応で残念でした。 Booking.comでは、部屋の広さは記載通りでしたが、ベットがクイーンベットになっていてクイーンベットほど広くなく、ダブルベットではないかと思います。 サイト上の記載は、ホテルに問い合わせるとたまに、違う表現がされていて悪く言うと騙されそうになった事があります。 正確に分かりやすく記載して欲しいです。

• Iwai (7/5): 部屋の広さに後悔。 - 部屋が綺麗だったこと。 部屋が狭くて、脱衣スペースがなく、トイレも部屋に近すぎる。荷物置き場もない。 ツインではもう少しスペースが欲しい。 32階で団体客がいて夕食を外に行かなくてはならなかった。

• Romain (9/5): Excellent séjour - Hôtel récent et très bien situé (proche de la gare Shin-Osaka Station), avec un personnel très réactif et un petit déjeuner de très grande qualité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous le recommandons.
