• I TING (10/5): - 離羽田機場近，JR大森跟大森海岸站轉乘也都很方便，附近就有伊藤洋華堂超市可以採買，車站也有atre可以逛街。 房間跟浴室基本上都還算舒適，有洗衣機跟烘乾機很方便。 瓦斯爐周邊有點髒，打掃可能需要再用心一些，鍋具刮痕嚴重無法使用，還自己買了一個小平底鍋使用。

But... - Clean, close to 2 malls, 3min to Ota city mall & 7min to Atre Omori. 2min to NTT Omori bus station to Haneda airport bus for only ¥300. Room is small..The photos are quite misleading. Moreover the diagram map shows 2bedrooms + 1 tatami family chatting room + 1 dining room. But we got only 1bedroom. So coz we are 5pax, we have to make the tatami room bcom bedroom. No place to open our 5 big suitacases.

• WK (8/5): - It's very near train station, easy access to Haneda Airport. The apartment is equipped with washing machine and dryer, making laundry very easy for travellers. The pillows could have been better and more comfortable
• WK (8/5): Great location - The location. It's near Omori Station. Easy access to Haneda Airport. The pillows are too flat and no longer fluffy. We got unit 302. The ceiling light in bathroom changing area is faulty, so does the table lamp in tatami room.

• Jane (8/5): - Great location - we will stay in that area again. It was clean and had everything we needed apart from enough space. Very tight for 5 people - 3 teenage boys. Probably OK for family with smaller kids. We would stay again but only if we could get a bigger apartment. The bigger one wasn't available this time. Pillows were small and limited. Bed was quite firm.

Le - Nous avons apprécié l’espace et la proximité métro , restaurants , commerces Les futons inconfortables , trop minces donc mal au dos et mauvais sommeil . Il serait utile d’avoir 1 ou 2 torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle.

• Melody Anne (8/5): - It was a nice, local accommodation. Walkable to Omori (for Tokyo) and Omorikaigan (for HND) and a Seiya grocery store is nearby. Please keep in mind that Japan is a foreign country, so expectations may be quite different from your home country (noise/speech volume, manners, etc.), and humidity affects the cleanliness of certain areas of the accommodation. If you have any respiratory issues or allergies to slight mold, I would encourage you to consider discussing this issue with the management prior to reserving to make sure the rolm has been checked. Other than this, we had a very pleasant stay and appreciated this quiet, local accommodation.

• Priscilla (8/5): The location was good, washer and dryer was complicated to use however we figured it out. - It was very close to the train. We reached out to the property to find out how we can take out the trash and no one responded during our stay.

• YA FEN (10/5): 這次入住的感覺非常好，環境整理得很乾淨，跟照片一樣。並且交通方便~1樓就有垃圾場，丟垃圾很方便~ - 住宿前3天有寄如何辦理入住與退房的信件通知，到達時很快速地就領取電子密碼，民宿離JR大森站走路5-6分鐘，非常方便! 並且附近有イトーヨーカドー百貨，還有全家便利商店，非常便利~屬於鬧中取靜的民宿。

• Petr (9/5): - Good location, close to Omori station, nice flat for a family of four. Had a discounted price so overall happy about it. Checking in is quite an escape game - one must do an online pre-check in and then again in front of the entrance a visual and passport show camera check in for all four of us.
• Petr (9/5): - Good location near Omori JR station, nice flat with one double bed and one tatami bedroom. A bit tight for a family of four but passable. Could be cleaned better, but overall good equipment. Complicated online pre-check in with subsequent automated camera check in in front of the house where you need to show faces and passports of all people and have them scanned.
• Marilen (10/5): - Unit is spacious and has everything we need for a comfortable stay. The building is old though but completely functional. Washer is the unit is handy. Grocery store and lots of dining options within walking distance. Overall, we had a great stay!
• Lucas (8/5): - Conveniently nearby a number of places for shopping and eating. Very quiet for the city and moderately equipped for longer stays. Definitely not for as many people as advertised though.
• Sam (9/5): This is a great place to stay for a group wanting to spend a few days in Tokyo. - Self contained & not catered. Fully equipped & we could accommodate 6 people. It is handy to station, shops, eating places & a pleasant residential atmosphere. Secure storage for luggage before & after accessing the apartment. A dish cloth & teatowel would gave been useful, but otherwise is was excellent.
• Daniel (8/5): - Although small, it was good enough for a place to sleep at after a long day’s schedule of events. Close enough to walk to the nearest station. Market (food/items) also has a food court. Everything you need within a five minute walk. The dryer took a long time to dry (unless I didn’t have it on the right setting—their instruction book didn’t have a page on the dryer). AC was quick to cool the entire room. It was great!

• Yaxuan (7/5): An aged property but a good stay in general - The location is convenient, surrounded with plenty of convinioence stores and eateries. One of the large properties that we can find in Tokyo. It has 3 bedrooms. Good for families and groups. Had a serious hassle with moving large luggage around. The closest station - Omori - only has stairs and escalator, no lifts. The property’s lift is also small and shuts down fast. The main bedroom’s ceiling light appears to be dusty and shaky. The toilet flush is weak. But given the age and the price of the property, the flaws are acceptable.

• Emma (9/5): Lovely apartment in a lovely location - The apartment was great for my family of 5. We had everything we needed. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Omori station. Very comfortable! The park outside is really nice too! The second room was quite tight for 3 of us but we managed without any issues
• Hui (7/5): Great location and nice place. Could be cleaner. - Great location. Very close to the train station which connects to most major area in about 30 mins. Good basic amenities for long stay and it was a cozy stay. Loved the tatami room! I wish the cleaning job could be done better, especially the bathroom drain. It did not look very clean and clogged up easily. Hot water boiler was also not cleaned as I could tell previous user had used it to make coffee or something.

Every night around 8pm there would be constant stomping around until midnight. Maybe it was a child but it was quite annoying. I would stay there again with the hope of having quieter people above us.
• Kimberly (9/5): Highly suggest!! - Great place with all you need for a wonderful stay. Kitchen was wonderful to cook in. Washer/dryer was super helpful! Great local area. Park/playground across the street which my child liked. Train was super close. We loved the bathtub /shower option. Wonderful after a long day of walking. Many restaurants and cafes nearby as well. Highly, highly suggest! The main bed had springs that stuck out. I reached out to mgmt who laid a topper on which helped. I would suggest they get a new mattress, but otherwise the place was amazing!!!

Enough supplies, kitchen utensils and fridge was good. Loved the good quality Rice cooker . Lots of shops around however , still in quite residential area. Finding property first time can be challenging . We had to spend 45 mins on the road to figure out that property. Once we figured out .it was the easiest process to check in and out. I suggest to owner to amend the give better instructions how to access the property please. Simple add the line that property has two street fronts one with shops and one opposite to the park. Add the map of property.

• PEI YA (10/5): - 優點：這次有五個大人入住，空間夠用，飯店配置兩個房間，讓兩個家庭能各別有隱私空間，這點非常棒，住宿離JK京濱東北線（大森站）腳程大概4-5分鐘、離KK京急本線(大森海岸站）腳程大概7分鐘，伊藤洋華堂及西友超市腳程大概都是3分鐘，交通方便、生活機能佳 缺點：煮湯的鍋子太小、平底鍋有刮痕無法使用、廚房沒有提供抹布、有洗衣機但未提供洗劑，這些如果能夠改善將會是接近完美的住宿地點

• Anthony (6/5): - The location is fantastic, but be aware that this is a Japanese apartment. Walls are paper thin and the heating is poor in these units (like many Japanese apartments). This is okay, but the need to take several redundant photos of passports before an iPad issues the room code is not very welcoming after a long flight. Just be aware of what you’re purchasing if you choose this location.

• gen (10/5): - Getting into the property was just slightly confusing as I didn't read the part about the tablet being at the side entrance. Really great place though - close to the station, super market, convenience stores.

• Shoko (8/5): 家族連れに良かった - 二つの駅、ショッピングセンター、コンビニ、お弁当屋さんやレストランカフェが近くとても便利でした。子供は目の前の公園で遊ぶこともでき大変よかったです。 ただ、チェックインの手順がわかりにくかったこと、ゴミがいっぱいになった時の指示はなく(指定のメールにメッセージをしたが返信なし)最終数日はゴミのやり場に困りました。
• Geraldine (10/5): - Love the property. Within walking distance to a nearby mall as well as 2 train stations. It’s a quiet neighborhood. The apartment has all the necessary amenities, is clean and comes with 2 bedrooms suitable for a family.

It's conveniently close to a supermarket, convenience stores, and the train station, making it very easy to get around. A great option for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!
