• BAShingleton (7/5): - Well appointed apartment. Great location. Everything you need for a short stay in Rome. Attentive manager (although we only communicated via Whatsapp). The wifi wasn't great. The signal didn't reach the smart TV. Also quite noisy although that's to be expected in a city apartment block.

La presenza del ferro da stiro, del microonde, del phon…c’è davvero tutto quello che può servire. Unica nota dolente, che non dipende dal gestore ma, piuttosto, credo dalla stagione, il forte odore di fogna in bagno. Peccato, perché il bagno è nuovo e bellissimo.

Banheiro excelente e cozinha bem montada para fazer refeições no apartamento. Limpeza impecável. O apartamento é no fundo do prédio, o que o torna mais silencioso à noite. Além disso próximo a supermercados também. Enfim, para mim localização super estratégica. Em relação ao apartamento em si nada.

The room had everything we needed And the Colosseum was just on the corner! I would highly recommended! And i would definitely stay there again! And the staff were available for anything we needed!

• adele (10/5): - The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, easy to access, well equipped and in a great location for walking to the major tourist attractions and the station, there is also a bus stop right outside. Very convenient to be able to leave our luggage in the hallway for the day after checking out.

Spacious, immaculately clean apartment with separate bedroom and living areas, large bathroom and shower. Everything is renovated and there is a lot of attention to detail that makes your stay very comfortable and convenient. Self check in/out is very smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Rome! Bed was uncomfortable and small for 2 people in my personal opinion, and the walls are thin so you can hear everything in the other apartments. But these were tiny things and I would nevertheless book here again.

• Frederic (10/5): Formidable emplacement - Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de Rome grâce à ce très bel appartement à hauts plafonds décoré avec goût dans le style italien. Une grande chambre avec TV et grand lit avec literie très confortable ; un salon avec grande méridienne, TV et kitchenette qui a tout pour cuisiner un minimum. Une belle salle de bains propre et moderne. Bien que l'appartement donne sur le côté de l'avenue Labicana assez passante, nous n'avons pas été incommodés par le bruit des voitures car les fenêtres sont très isolantes. Nous ne pouvons pas dire si l'on entend les voisins du logement attenant au nôtre car il n'était pas occupé quand nous y étions. On entend néanmoins pas mal les pas des voisins du dessus et les gens qui parlent fort dans le couloirs qui résonnent. Le logement est un appartement divisé en 2. L'autre appartement a une grande cuisine plus équipée avec machine à laver le linge mais pas le notre avec kitchenette. Cela nous suffisait pour nous 2 pour les 5 jours passés à arpenter Rome. Le seul bémol est la table qui est très petite pour manger et ce sont des tabourets, il n'y a pas de vraie chaise. Il faudrait une table plus grande. Il n'est pas possible d'y manger à 3 personnes. Côté quartier, nous nous y sentions en sécurité. L'emplacement à 5mn à pied du Colisée est formidable. On le voit en sortant de l'immeuble. Magnifiques promenades le soir autour du Colisée éclairé. Il y a le parc de la Domus Aurea juste à côté très agréable avec vue sur le Colisée. Nous avons visité les principaux quartiers de Rome à pied, peut être sommes nous de bons marcheurs.... Il faut 1h à pied pour aller au Vatican, idem pour la villa Borghese. Les autres quartiers, centre historique et forum sont plus près. Pour les moins bons marcheurs, il y a un arrêt de bus à 1mn presque au pied de l'immeuble, le métro Colloseo ou Manzoni à 5/10mn à pied et des trams. La supérette Carrefour market au pied de l'immeuble est hyper pratique. La table trop petite pour manger. Le bruit de pas des voisins du dessus et les bruits du hall d'escalier (le matin seulement quand les gens partent au travail et école)

• Blanca (9/5): Buen apartamento!!! - El apartamenti dispone de unas buenas Instalaciones, bien decorado, muy limpio, cama muy cómoda, un modulo de cocina muy práctico y un supermercado justo debajo muy surtido. Situado muy cerca del coliseo, foro romano ,Domus Aurea y del metro parada "Coliseo". Está alejado de otros lugares turisticos como plza Navona, plza de España, Fontana de Trevi ... pero al lado del Coliseo. Tiene cerca un buen servicio de autobuses y metro.

On aime bien marcher, alors a pu visite - Grand appartement, bien équipé, très joli ,très bien placé, pas loin de Colisée, ni des métros A et B, accès facile au centre historique même à pieds. Le bruit des voisins. Les murs sont fins.

The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the Colosseum, shops, restaurants, and the station. It was absolutely perfect, nothing to fault. Highly recommend!
• Corinne (9/5): - Das Appartement hatte eine top Lage, direkt aus der Tür links befindet sich ein Lebensmittel Geschäft und innert 10min erreicht man das Kolloseum. Die Kommunikation hat zu jeder Zeit top funktioniert. Die Räumlichkeiten sind eher hellhörig. Dies ist aber das Einzige, was wichtig wäre zu erwähnen. Wirklich top und empfehlenswert!

• Gabriel (10/5): Espacioso y con excelente ubicación :D - Departamento muy espacioso. Bastante confortable. El baño de buen tamaño. La cama igualmente grande y cómoda. Internet decente y una ubicación muy buena cerca del coliseo y justo debajo hay un mini super con todo lo necesario para preparar comida o comprar lo necesario. Lo único que me pareció extraño, es la altura a la que está colocada la televisión en la recamara, pero creo actualmente poca gente utilizamos realmente la televisión al tener un iPad o algo parecido. Estaría fabuloso poder transmitir contenido a la pantalla para poder ver películas comodamente.

Après nos journées de visite, quel plaisir de rentrer dans un lieu aussi élégant et confortable ! L’hôte a été remarquable : accueil chaleureux, communication fluide et petites attentions qui font toute la différence. Nous nous sommes sentis privilégiés du début à la fin. Locatiom was perfect as it was very close to the Colloseum and bus stops and away from the hustle and bustle which ensured safety and good nights sleep. The security in the building was excellent and the host was prompt with communication. The apartment was at good value. Would recommend and stay again in the future.

The place was well connected with public transport so it was easy to go to other tourist attractions such as Vatican. There was a grocery shop right next to the accomodation and plenty of restaurants at short walk. The accomodation was clean and reasonably well equiped. The best part was that the staff was prompt in responding to questions. There was no microwave or dishwasher which was extremely inconvenient. There was also no detergent supplied for the washing machine and there were hardly any kitchen items such as oil, etc.

Plenty of room to relax and be comfortable! - The location is great, very close to both A and B subway lines so it's easy to get to, and only a few minutes walk to the Colosseum! The online concierge was always quick to respond and very helpful if we had any questions.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - The apartment is big enough when compared to the tiny hotel rooms in Rome. Two big rooms and a great bathroom. Everything is renovated and clean and the location is fantastic. You can see the coleseum just along the street. Right under the house, there is a great supermarket that works 07:00-22:00 and has everything. And dozens of good restorans few minutes around when you don't whant to go to far in the evening. The self check in was easy and comfortable, and the communication with the owner was friendly and helpful.
