It’s in the heart of Paris where you can walk to the Eiffel Tower walk to many restaurants walk to tourist sites or easily catch the subway or an Uber. The restaurants around the hotel were amazing. The staff was great the room, although small, was clean, very cute and had French doors where you can open it for a French doors where you can open it for a fresh air! It was cleaned every day. I highly recommend including the breakfast in your package. It was a great snack to have before heading out to do tourist activities. Communication was great and responsive. The rooftop is great with great views of the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommend this place. All of the staff was amazing! Thank you for a great stay!!!

Best night's sleep of our trip! The view of the Eiffel Tower from the 7th floor deck is fabulous for daytime relaxing and the nightly light shows. Plus... breakfast in your room... WOW! For $550+ I expected a lot more. Get something cheaper. Also, the AC and fan don’t work. It is probably worth 150-200 Euro at best, with the view. Pick another spot
- Charlene (8/5): - TL;DR Nice boutique hotel, but the lack of overnight staffing of the front desk is a safety concern for this solo traveler. Overall, this is a nice boutique hotel in a great neighborhood. The rooms are very beautifully appointed (dark and moody if that's your thing) and quite large in my opinion (although take that with a grain of salt as I primarily travel to NYC and Miami), and even come with a kitchenette. The location is superb, just around the corner from Rue Cler. The street that the property is on is very quiet; I'm a very light sleeper, but with the blackout curtains and quiet road, I required neither my earplugs nor my eyemask to get 8+ hours of sleep every night. My only concern is that the front desk is not staffed overnight (from midnight to 8 or 9 am). As a single woman traveling alone this was of particular concern. There is a disclaimer regarding a "limited-hour front desk" under property details, but I was unaware of this until after my arrival (perhaps this is customary for boutique hotels in Paris or continental Europe in general, but as a frequent traveler in large US cities, I have not previously encountered this). Having known that now, I would not book this property again.

One street behind, Rue de Cler, offers several dining and food choices as well as wine, chocolate and so much more. And you can't beat the rooftop view of the Eiffel Tower, especially for its evening light shows

We definitely love this place, everything was very close, we could walk everywhere the restaurants very close. We had breakfast in the room every day definitely 10 of 10 we will be back soon. Don't forget to visit the rooftop has an incredible view to the Eiffel Tower.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Great outside, not inside - We booked a room on short notice, the property is a great location with a beautiful exterior and lobby - staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room was a letdown. The room was Advertised as sleeping 4 ppl, with a King Bed and a sofa bed. The sofa itself was very dirty and old, and the bed did not pullout despite our best efforts. The letdown continued when the shower overflowed - the drain was backed up and would quickly overflow all over the bathroom floor.

Unfortunately I can only offer 2 stars because the property had an electric outage all day from our arrival time around noon well into the evening hours. It was pitch black in hallways and stairwells. I could not get ready for my evening plans. I did request a refund equivalent to one day stay given this big inconvenience the hotel refunded me 50 dollars.

We booked this hotel to have the view of the Eiffel tower, and wouldn't you know it, we could ACTUALLY see the Eiffel tower. The view from the top was spectacular! There were just a couple things I personally didn't like: the elevator was small, myself being claustrophobic it was kinda hard to be in it. Also, we booked a "joining room" so the adults could sleep in one room and kids in the other. The only thing was, the doors weren't able to lock open so we kept having to use our key cards to get from one room to another. And there was a third door that blocked both the doors before getting to our door (I'm guessing in case we got too loud going in and out), but it made a tight triangle shape when inside all of them and again, claustrophobic.....Other than those personal feelings.... Would definitely recommend Rayz!

Very close to the metro if that is your choice to get around. Overall great place to stay and getti g around Paris.

The hotel was a boutique hotel and didn't have a restaurant but was near several and metro was around the corner. The rooms were very updated and we had a great view of the Eiffel Tower. Never heard any other guests. It was super quiet. Rooftop lounge provided great views!

- LINDA (8/5): Great location! - Jeremy, the manager, was excellent. Anticipated our needs and made sure we were happy. Rooms are small but there is air conditioning and an elevator. Roof deck with view of the Eiffel Tower.
- Cindy (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay at the Rayz. We booked a view room with a balcony. Had planned to eat breakfast on the balcony, but it rained each night and everything was wet. However, you could still enjoy the view from the table in the room. We arrived during a strike and the street below the balcony was closed off with loud music playing during the day. With the windows closed, we could barely hear anything. The breakfast was delivered and it was more food than we needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower roomy. Everyone was very friendly and the location was conveinent.

- Garrett (10/5): Excellent! - We stayed at the Rayz Eiffel during our honeymoon trip in Paris and it was incredible. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. We got the junior suite with view of the Eiffel tower and it did not disappoint. The breakfast brought directly to the room was also a major plus. The rooftop terrace also had an excellent view of the Eiffel tower. The location was great as well, very good walking distance to the tower and located near a metro stop for easy access.

A continental breakfast of perfect croissants and baguette with jam and butter was delivered to our room in the morning. A highlight was the rooftop seating area to enjoy a sunset glass of wine and wonderful views of Paris. We loved the convenient location near Rue Cler and easy access to the metro. I recommend this boutique hotel to anyone visiting the city.
- Susan (6/5): Stay in Paris - Everyone was super nice. Breakfast was to be served at 8:30 in our room. I had to go down at 9:10 to see where it was. It then came in 3 minutes. After a full day out- when we returned to our room at 9 pm- we had no towels. No one was at the desk so we had to call, Also only 2 outlets were working in our room and tv did not work. We did not report until 2nd night. It turned out a circuit breaker needed to be flipped. Very nice about getting things working. Again- very friendly staff. Great location for the Eiffel Tower!
