Wel zou het beter zijn om in de omschrijving te vermelden dat je in de omgeving NIET gratis kunt parkeren , het is echt niet te doen wel via betaalde Parkeergarages in de buurt.
• shumskazwer (10/5): Could not have asked for a better base - Wanderlust Málaga Apartamentos 1 ticked every single box, and then some. The location is as central as it gets: step outside and you're immediately in the heart of Málaga's best shopping, restaurants, and cafés. And just like a happy coincidence, right in front of our building was a lovely little café serving the same granola with Greek yoghurt and fresh fruit that had become our breakfast ritual in Seville - we took it as a sign. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly quiet given where it sits. Fully equipped with everything you could need. The garage was only a few minutes' easy walk away, perfectly convenient. But the real highlight was Sonia. An absolute delight, and genuinely helpful with every question we had. When we realised that our garage was due to close for Semana Santa right when we needed to leave for the airport, Sonia made a few calls, sorted everything out, and pointed us to alternative parking — so we could leave completely stress-free. That kind of care makes all the difference. Highly recommended, without hesitation! 🌟

• Allan2796 (10/5): We were very lucky to find this excellent apartment!! - A really good, well appointed studio apartment with balcony in the Old Town near Mercado de Atarazanas and pedestrianised areas. On sunny days, the balcony is bathed in glorious sunshine. We were spoiled for choice of restaurants and shops in the area. It was only a 10 minute walk to the waterfront shopping and dining area which was lovely. The apartment had all you needed for your stay from kitchen equipment to towels, toiletries & good A/C. The communication from the apartment was responsive and informative. Nothing!!

• Martine (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf in en blinkend schoon! - Modern, licht, luchtig en schoon appartement; handdoeken werden op verzoek verschoond. Zeer attente gastvrouw. Zeker een aanrader! Het douchewater werd snel koud, en zó lang douchen wij echt niet. De tweede persoon had altijd lauw water na een paar minuten. En wij vonden persoonlijk het bed aan de kleine kant en te kort. Maar wij zijn dan ook lange Hollanders.

En voor hete dagen in de zomer zou een zonnescherm misschien nuttig zijn. Maar je kan ook met de balkondeuren open binnen zitten.

(8/5): The location of this hotel is what makes it impeccable! - - Communication with the host was good. - the location is 10000/10!! - Check-in was easy; check-out was punctual and smooth. - The room is clean (i have high standards for that!) - love the tall windows, you can eat at the balcony or just enjoy the views (which i did often) - The bed is great — I slept extremely well. - I loved that there are plenty of power sockets. - The kitchen has all the basics you need (no sugar, but there were other spices like salt and pepper), plus crockery and cooking utensils. - There’s space for your luggage. - A decent open closet. - A/C works great, shower was hot! (really important for the colder seasons!) - Even extra's like: extra cosy blanket, iron machine Main concern regarding noise: I had read previous reviews about noise and was aware of this before booking. As of February 2026, this situation has definitely improved. The restaurant that used to be on the opposite side of the ground floor is no longer there. It’s now a new takeaway coffee spot called "Mala Leche". The only noise you might hear at night is from city-cleaning buses passing by for a minute or two. That said, I’m neither a very light nor a very deep sleeper. This property is located in the centre of a bustling city - it’s important to be realistic about noise in general. I would consider booking again. The location is absolutely impeccable: couple of minutes away from Atarazanas Market, the main shopping street, Picasso and Thyssen museums. also walkable to Pompidou and Malagueta Beach. There are a loads of restaurants in the area! The express Bus A passes close by - handy if you are going or coming from the airport! Wouldn't doubt to book! - Regarding the bathroom: the shower space itself is spacious, but the sink counter is small. I personally prefer a bit of visible space for my skincare and makeup. There is a cabinet for those who are okay storing their items there. There was soap but no douching gel. - There’s no bidet (not an issue at all, just worth noting since it’s more common in places like Spain or Japan). - I personally prefer digital access codes. Check-in was easy, but the keys are picked up in person at check-out. This wasn’t an issue for me, but it could matter to those who prefer more privacy. - Having to go outside the building to take out my own trash wasn’t something I loved. These are all small things and should not stop you from booking here — it’s a lovely place to stay! :)

Op loopafstand van de haven. geen contact met de hostess. Het was gehorig. Buren gingen heel laat 's avonds de koffer in pakken en de volgende ochtend heel vroeg weg. Maar daar kan de hostess weinig aan doen.

• Stefanie (10/5): Sehr schön - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und sah alles noch viel besser aus als auf den Fotos. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, weil auch die Gastronomie direkt unter dem Fenster ein Frühstückslokal war und somit eben nicht bis in die Nacht Leute vor der Tür waren. die meisten Lokale in der Gegend um die Wohnung herum haben schon um 22:00 Uhr geschlossen oder 22:30 Uhr geschlossen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

• Viviane (9/5): Mooi, goed gelegen net appartementje - Zeer vriendelijk onthaald met mogelijkheid tot drop off van handbagage reeds om 10h30 met nadien een berichtje wanneer kamer beschikbaar was. Zeer netjes. Super gelegen in het centrum en toch weinig rumoer van buitenaf (sliepen met open venster). Dichtbij treinstation. Op een kwartiertje ben je bij de luchthaven. Zeker een aanrader. Enige minpuntje misschien... voorzie een keukenhanddoek. Komen zeker terug😉

• Vera (8/5): Geweldig appartement voor een stedentrip naar Malaga! - Hele fijne accommodatie in het centrum van Málaga. We konden al eerder inchecken en kregen een berichtje van Sonia met de instructies om binnen te komen. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, heeft een (klein) balkon met uitzicht op de straat, en een keukentje met koelkast en vriezer. Het is gemakkelijk om met het openbaar vervoer te reizen van/naar het vliegveld (wij kwamen heen met de bus en terug gingen we met de trein - was sneller en goedkoper). Tijdens ons verblijf was alles op loopafstand, heel prettig! Het gebouw is een beetje gehorig. Ook vanaf de straat kan je wat geluiden horen ('s ochtends de schoonmaak wagens en karren door de straten van leveranciers) maar dit was voor ons verder niet heel hinderlijk. De voordelen van dit appartement maakten het meer dan goed!

Great location and within easy walking distance to train and metro stations. Street noise late in the evening but ok if windows and patio doors are closed.

Ruime kamer, met alles wat je nodig hebt. De vriendelijke host reageerde altijd snel. Je hoort ‘s avonds en ‘s nachts de straat. Als je een lichte slaper bent, dan heb je wel oordopjes nodig.

Il manque selon nous une machine à café, rien n'est prévu pour s'en préparer un le matin. (Il n'y a que quelques dosetttes de café soluble)
