- Isabella (7/5): Regular and sufficient - The property has good structure to our needs during our stay. Besides some comments here, I liked the mattress. The crib was wood only! Super uncomfortable. The apartment didn’t have cleaning supplies to use like broom or vacuum cleaner. Besides the main information says that it has washing machine… isn’t clear that is in the building - outside the apartment. The communication with the host was very poor. I had to ask a native person to call him.
- Eckhard (1/5): Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war überaus enttäuschend, wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt. - Nachdem die Reinigungskraft, auf unseren Wunsch hin, das Appartement nochmals gereinigt hatte, war das Bad ok. Mehr hat uns im Appartement nicht gefallen. Gut war, dass der LIDL direkt gegenüber war, und sich ein sehr gutes persisches Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befand. Die Verkehrsanbindung an Bus, Straßenbahn, sowie S- und U-Bahn war gut. Diese Umstände haben aber nichts mit dem Appartement zu tun. - Der Eingangsbereich war ungepflegt, es standen 2 kaputte Getränkeautomaten im Eingangsbereich. - Der Fahrstuhl war verschmutzt, eine Spiegelscheibe kaputt. Er funktionierte nicht zuverlässig. - Das Appartement war schmutzig: Fußboden hatte fremde Schuhabdrücke, Haare befanden sich auf dem Fußboden, in der Dusche und im Bett. - Geschirr war schmutzig, es gab keine Geschirrhandtücher. - Die Arbeitsplattenbeschichtung in der Küche war aufgebrochen, lose Stücke davon lagen herum - Das Sofa wies "undefinierbare" Flecken auf, - Die Gardine hing an einem Ende aus der Schiene - Bei einer Nachtischlampe fehlte der Lampenschirm - In der Matratze befanden sich Brandlöcher von Zigaretten - In der Wohnung roch es nach Zigaretten / Canabis? - Die Eingangstür zum Appartement ließ sich nicht abschließen.

- Katrina (7/5): - Месторасположение Квартира в целом неплохая, минус в том что в ванной в потолке была дырка и оттуда очень сильно сквозило, раковина в кухне постоянно забивалась и вода не проходила, в туалете было грязно.

- Cristina Maria Grigore (7/5): - We had to wait for the apartment to be cleaned even if we have arrived a bit after the checkin hour. The cleaning lady only left 2 body towels, mentioning that she would come back with 2 more hand towels the next day. She did not come back with any additional towel. Therefore, we had to use only 1 towel/person. The apartment smelled like cigarettes. There was barely any soap left in the bathroom. I would have appreciated for the apartment to be cleaner, ready on time, to have the necessary towels (as per description) and not to smell of cigarettes. Apart from this I cannot say that the owner was very helpful especially with the parking slot. After sharing the WiFi password on whatsapp he did not answer my questions regarding parking costs. Luckily there is an underground parking slot at the Interspar nearby.

- Mikheili (1/5): - Nothing I had a reservation for 2 days. When I arrived, they told me they would have to move me somewhere else tomorrow because the electricity was going out here. At 11 am they told me they wouldn't be able to take me for another hour. At 1 am they told me to wait another 40 minutes. I was in Vienna for only two days, and I wasted that time waiting. Finally, I told them to cancel my reservation. I had paid $187 for the second day and they only refunded me $90.

- Aka (10/5): - Curat, cu terasa asa cum am cerut. Mici defecte la închiderea ușii de la terasa. Nu are loc de parcare dar se poate lasă mașina în fata. Relativ aproape de centru, se merge cu metroul cel mai ușor. Usa stricata la balcon, suntem convinși ca între timp s-a rezolvat.

Although the original property I booked had an unexpected issue, the team immediately arranged a larger property in an even better location, all at the same price. Their communication was excellent — they were always reachable and very helpful throughout my stay. The accommodation itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The quick resolution, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the hosts made the experience seamless and stress-free. - Sjaak (5/5): Het was de eerste keer dat wij hier waren, één ding we zeker, het was ook tevens de laatste keer! - Weinig Het verblijf in Apartement Christiano in Wenen was redelijk, maar ook niet mee dan dat. Kijk op het eerste gezicht oogt alles netjes en keurig, zoals op de foto’s is afgebeeld. Op het moment dat je binnen bent, vallen er steeds meer zaken op, die al dan niet bewust, zijn verzwegen of niet functioneren. In de kamer is uiteraard verlichting aanwezig die je op drie plaatsen kunt schakelen, echter de schakelaars (voor de kenners: wisselschakelaars en een kruisschakelaar) zijn niet goed aangesloten. Wanneer je dan een willekeurige schakelaar bedient kun je met de andere schakelaars de lamp(en) niet meer schakelen. Ik heb (een weinig empathische) medewerker hierop gewezen, maar hij vond dat wanneer je maar vaak genoeg een schakelaar bedient de lamp dan vanzelf aangaat, en daarmee ‘functioneerde de lamp’! We hadden ook grote moeite met het slot van onze appartementsdeur. We konden regelmatig de sleutel 6 keer ronddraaien, en dan was de deur nog niet open. Op enig moment hadden we het door, maar het slot is gewoon defect. Toen wij dezelfde ‘beheerder’ daarop attendeerden, ,kwam met de smoes dat dit een veiligheidsslot betrof en zo correct functioneerde. Het was zinloos om met deze man in discussie te gaan. Hij had overal een antwoord op, maar niet niet één antwoord sneed hout! De gordijnen in de kamer voor het raam hangen deels los aan de rails. De verlichting in het trappenhuis functioneerde niet of veel te kort. Bij ons appartement op de 4e verdieping bleef de trappenhuis verlichting welgeteld 5 seconde branden, Halverwege de trap moest je dus verder in het donker naar beneden. Op de begane grond was een kleine binnenplaats waar je van de zon kon genieten, en de rokers daar een sigaretje konden roken. Op deze binnenplaats stonden 6 tafels, waarvan en vier kapot waren. Veder stonden er 11 stoelen, waarvan er 10 beschadigd dan wel helemaal kapot waren en onbruikbaar om erop te zitten.

- Irina (8/5): Мабуть буду шукати інше помешкання. - Чисто . Навпроти будинку є автостоянка та магазин Lidl. 10 хвилин до метро і через декілька станцій ви вже у центрі Відня. Апартаменти на 5 поверсі двоярусні. Плюс- велика тераса на даху . Одна кімната велика з двоспальним ліжком. Наверху. А от внизу одне невелике ліжко на двох і одне на одного в кімнаті- кухні. Туалет внизу. Душ наверху. Якийсь гуртожиток. Як на 5 осіб мало місця. Кави немає . Чай три пакети.

- Dorottya (7/5): - A szállás szuper helyen van, 15 perc alatt benn voltunk a belvárosban. Van mellette több bolt is - Lidl, Spar, Aldi, Billa, DM - A tisztaság megfelelő volt, a teraszos szobánk kenyelmes volt. A kilátás szuper volt. Kiságyat külön kérésre - vissza is igazolták - nem keszítettek be a szobába. A férjemnek kellett felhoznia 2 emeletet és még az apartmannon belül a felső szintre felvinnie. Egy ajtó sem volt csukható, se a hálóban se a fürdőszobában. A fürdőben kényelmes nagy volt a kád de az ajtó belülre nyílt, kényelmetlen volt a mosdó -kád -ajtó szűkössége. A mosdókagyló el volt dugulva nagyon lassan ment le a víz. Mikrónk volt, de egy felső szekrényből kellett kiemelni és bedugni, ez kényelmetlen volt.
- Mohseni (5/5): Bitte mehr wert auf saiberkeit - Die Ausstattung und die Lage war gut Die Preisleistung stimmte nicht so ganz was das Thema Sauberkeit betrifft. Zwei Beispiele, Bettwäsche nicht sauber, aus dem Badezimmer (Abfluss) kam ein unerträgliches Geruch.

- Lisa (10/5): A great apartment, well located near public transp - East to find, 5 min walk from tram station. Clean and tidy on arrival - ours was on the 5th (top) floor but there was a lift to the 4.5 floor. Duplex apartment - well equipped kitchen area was great as we did eat in most nights. Toilet on thisevel. Upstairs was the bedroom leading out onto a shared roof top area (no neighbours to share with whilst we were there). Shower and sink on this level and a fab little area with axomfy chair and opening window/balcony - great roof top views from both here and the other roof top area. Would definitely stay here again.

- Mary (5/5): Passable - The place address is a good location but give me a wrong rooms , because I did asked is three rooms and paid fees was more expensive fees for luxury apartments for a big apartment, unfortunately I only got small size rooms and small rooms and no living room, it’s wrong the apartment for us! Should be refund the fees to me! It’s a very upset to me, not honestly for dealing this apartment, it’s a trick policy! I did paid a higher fees for Luxury accommodation for three bedrooms and living room, but it’s no living room and a very small kitchen in the corridors. It’s a cheating game, I am very not happy!
- Tracey (5/5): Would never return - The bathroom was good Location was terrible, didn’t feel safe to go out. The bed and pillows were too soft and felt very uncomfortable. Couldn’t go out at night as the area was rough.

- Nancy (6/5): - We had a great stay at this BnB! The space was big and very clean, which made it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed, making it easy to prepare our own meals. Having a grocery store right in front was a huge plus for convenience. While it’s a bit far from the city center, we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and had a nice day walking around the area. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable stay.

There's Lidl right across the street making if very convenient for us to buy our necessities. The room in the loft is big. Would be nice if two beds are in the loft room. The sheets for the sofa beds are too thin and rough.

- Mia (6/5): - Our unit itself was clean. For a family of 6 all adults, the beds were small and not comfortable. Elevator not working and we were on the 5th floor. Lights on 2 of the floors were broken, we have to use our cellphone lights . The inside of the whole building needs to be updated.

- Daryoush (2/5): - The most terrible place I’ve ever stayed in. People playing and fighting upstairs and you feel like the sealing is coming down on you at 2 am. The place is unfinished and loose-live electric cable are everywhere. No room service in 5 days. Loads of Flys and insects. Flooring is filthy and your socks gets black in couple of hours.

- Felix (10/5): Great stay - [Stayed from 27-30 December ] Good location, close to public transport into the city centre. Lidl just across the street for groceries. Friendly owner / staff. Great studio apartment for three people, even the sofa bed was relatively comfier than expected and excellent central heating for winter. Clean and organised. Check-in / out was smooth.
