- Ivan (1/5): Horrible - There is no Air conditioning, I had to change room because it was really hot, and the other one was the same. I had to pay 200 € extra to be located in the main building, because they wanted to locate me on an annex building which would have been worse than the main building. On top of that , you can hear the steps of people in the room above!!! Really difficult to get some sleep. The elevator is really small, me and my wife barely fit with the luggage, I would not recommend to book this hotel. I will never go back there.

Unfortunately the lack of elevator and being 6 flights up was too much and ruined t - Loved the location, the staff ; specially house keeping and kind gentleman taking up our luggage all the way to the attic, with no lift. Room was absolutely spotless; and so was the entrance and stairs; 5 stars for the housekeeping team! Being all the way at the top with no lift. We are fit, energetic people but even for us that was a lot every single time getting up those 6 sets of stairs. Such a shame.

- Marit (5/5): - Personale og beliggenhet Rom og resepsjon på ulik adresse, 5 til 10 min. gange mellom. Brannfarlig! Dårlig heis.
- Matthias (6/5): - Läget, otroligt bra för att ta sig till de olika sakerna att se på Vi hade flygmyror på rummet, fanns inga lediga rum så rummet städades och då försvann dom. Wifi-mottagaren på tvn funkade inte och vi hade ingen duschtvål första dagen.
- Suzy (8/5): אם אין בעיה של התניידות המלון ממש בסדר עם מיקום מצויין - מיקום מצויין, קרוב להכל. אנחנו היינו בבניין המשני שהיה ממש אחרי שיפוץ והכל היה חדש ונקי. יש למלון 2 בניינים, יש מעלית רק בבניין המרכזי, בבניין השני אין מעלית והחדרים הם רק מקומה 2 ומעלה כמו כן אין בבניין הזה חדר אוכל אז אם הזמנת ארוחת בוקר צריך ללכת לבניין המרכזי שהן במרחק 2 רחובות.

Coffre fort qui ne ferme pas, peu d'éclairage dans la salle de bain, robinetterie détachée du mur tout comme la porte de la douche.

Veľa kvalitného personálu, ktorý bol veľmi milý a ochotný. Skvelý personál na recepcii a super barman, ktorý robil fantastické drinky.

- Natanel (2/5): אכזבה היינו עסוקים בכאבים של אשתי כל הטיול - אנשי הצוואת היו אדיבים לכבוד צוות שירות הלקוחות של Booking.com, אנחנו רוצים להגיש תלונה רשמית בעקבות חוויית אירוח מאכזבת מאוד. ביצענו הזמנה למלון Hotel 55 Fifty-Five - Maison d'Art Collection, אך בפועל הועברנו לבניין אחר לחלוטין, בסגנון דירות Airbnb, שלא תאם את המלון שהוזמן ואת התמונות שהופיעו באתר Booking. בתחילה קיבלנו חדר בקומה הרביעית, שבפועל מרגישה כמו קומה חמישית בגלל מבנה מדרגות כפול. לאחר שהתלוננו הועברנו לחדר אחר בקומה השנייה, שגם היא בפועל כמו קומה שלישית. חשוב לציין שלא הייתה מעלית כלל בבניין. אשתי נמצאת בהריון בחודש מתקדם, ונאלצה לעלות ולרדת מדרגות רבות לאורך כל השהות. מאז היא סובלת מכאבים שלא פוסקים, ואנחנו ממתינים לחזור לארץ כדי לבדוק את מצבה הרפואי. בנוסף, החדר שקיבלנו היה קטן מאוד, ברמה שכמעט ולא ניתן היה להתנהל בו בנוחות. החדר והמבנה שקיבלנו אינם תואמים כלל את התמונות, התיאור או הציפייה הסבירה מההזמנה שבוצעה דרך Booking.com. אנחנו מרגישים שהייתה כאן הטעיה משמעותית, ופגיעה ממשית בחוויית האירוח שלנו, במיוחד לאור מצבה של אשתי. ברשותנו סרטונים ותיעוד מלא של החדר והמבנה. נשמח לקבל את התייחסותכם בהקדם ומצפים לפיצוי הולם על עוגמת הנפש והפער המשמעותי בין מה שהוזמן לבין מה שקיבלנו בפועל. בברכה, נתנאל

- Luo (4/5): Keep it up! There's still a lot of things for improvement. - The room is very clean. The facilities inside are quite good. The location is excellent. The air conditioner works very well. The sound insulation was particularly poor. I could clearly hear the snoring, talking and coughing of the people next door, as well as the sound of the corridor being cleaned. Moreover, we were assigned to stay at a hotel at a different address (not far, just a two-minute walk, but there was no elevator), which made me sleep poorly and feel very tired.

- Manuel (3/5): Sehr gute Lage, aber sonst wirklich recht enttäuschend für den Preis - Lage ZimmerGröße, Zimmer Ausstattung, all die Dinge, die nicht funktioniert haben im Bad. zb undichte Rohrleitung im Bad, kaltes Frühstück, hauchdünne Wände, knurrende AC die gesamte Zeit, etc. Wir hatten die Junior Suite, aber es macht wirklich nicht den Eindruck. Die Extra Couch zusätzlich zum Bett war alt und schaute direkt auf die Wand. .. Zumindest ging aber das Fenster in die Fußgängerzone:) Jedes Mal, wenn man das Gebäude verlässt, hört man Beschwerden von den anderen Hotelgäste, was den Eindruck bestätigt, dass offensichtlich alle Zimmer ähnliche Probleme haben .

- Mandy (8/5): Ganz in Ordnung, nächstes Mal würden wir das Hotel wieder buchen, jedoch ohne Frühstück, weil es sehr gute Alternativen - Die Lage war perfekt und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend, z.B. Spiegeleier waren kalt und ausgetrocknet, da sie schon zu lange dort lagen, Obst aus der Dose.

- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional visit to Rome - Modern and as described on photos. My room was in the main building which was where my preference to stay. Location was fantastic close short walks to everywhere I wanted to visit. The stair carpet area could be maintained more to for in line with the modern aesthetic
- Sandor (7/5): A lovely weekend in Rome - Location is ideal and after switching the room to a corner on (#5 on any floor), it was very bright and comfortable. Breakfast is very basic. But if you order, they will make for you a great omelet for a little extra charge.

- Callum (1/5): Avoid at all costs. - The location was pretty good. Central to everything in rome. No hot water each day. Shower would not drain. Air-conditioner was noisy. Work happening down stairs, early morning to late at night. Tiling, drills, grinders, the lot. Could also hear the workers phones ringing. Had to wait at reception to be escorted to the room which was at a different location (we could've easily made our iwn way there instead of waiting 45mins). Building is unsecure, we had people walking around at night trying door handles. Automatic glass door from the elevator to the rooms hallway bangs when it closes, and the smallest movement would cause it to open. Walls of rooms have a painting/feature over where a doorway would have been, very thin wall. Can hear exact conversations, snoring, people walking/stomping etc of neighbours. Lots of noise from the street. No sitting area, only one desk chair. Shower head falls down and water sprays everywhere. Floors are water damaged. 2 layers of fake timber flooring. Top layer missing by Shower, to catch the overflowing water from the poor drainage? Balcony was shared with neighbour and tiny. Outer balcony doors don't lock.

- Thomas (6/5): - Die Lage ist wirklich gut, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ausstattung der Räume im Nebenbereich nicht vergleichbar mit denen im Haupthaus (ich war in einem dieser Zimmer). Dusche hat nicht wirklich funktioniert. Matratzen waren auch gefühlt etwas älter. Raum etwas lieblos eingerichtet.

Al llegar nos dicen que nuestra habitación está en otro edificio, no en el mismo hotel,es surrealista, hay que andar unas calles ,y el edificio no tiene ascensor, subí 3 pisos, no tiene servicio ni comedor ni nada,solo 1 escalera y habitaciones... tu pagas las categoria 4 estrellas y te ubican en un sitio inferior, dijeron que era por el tipo de habitación escogida... no entendí nada.Me sentí estafada sitio-precio
