• Hemetsberger (8/5): Super Apartment für kleine Familie 😊 - Das Apartment war sehr sauber und uns wurde das Gitterbett ohne Aufpreis zur Verfügung gestellt. Am Balkon war jede menge Unkraut zwischen den Fliesen herausgewachsen.

• DIONYSIS (7/5): - Είναι πολύ καθαρό και άνετο για ένα ζευγάρι ,είναι σε τοποθεσία που πολύ κοντά έχει σούπερ και φούρνο και η συγκοινωνία μέτρο,τραμ τρένο για το κέντρο αλλα και από το αεροδρόμιο και πάλι πίσω είναι πανευκολη , Δεν μου άρεσε ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν στο ισόγειο και δεν μου το έλεγε πουθενα όταν το έκλεινα ,με αποτέλεσμα επειδή η πόρτα του δωματίου να μην είναι πολύ καλής ηχομόνωσης να ακούμε το παραμικρό με τα άτομα που μπαίνανε και βγαίνανε ακόμα και σε ώρες κοινής ησυχίας.

Unsere Wohnung im EG hatte leider nur schwachen Lichteinfall. Selbst bei bestem Wetter mit strahlend blauem Himmel blieb es leicht dämmrig im Wohn-/Küchenbereich.

Struttura con arredamento nuovo, molto comodo il check-in online con i codici di accesso e la possibilità di lasciare le valigie prima del check-in o dopo il check-out. Pulizia migliorabile: si notava che le superfici erano state pulite ma c'erano diversi capelli nei cassetti del mobile bagno e soprattutto sul letto.

• Radu Red (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Vienna! - Staff is Friendly and helpful , apartment is spotless and located near the metro station having all amenities included including lift and balcony. Definitely I will come back again!

Il personale che gestisce la struttura da remoto è cordialissimo e rapidissimo nel rispondere a eventuali necessità e/o dubbi. Vivamente consigliato

• ISKRA (9/5): Приятен и удобен престой - От мястото за настаняване своевременно изпратиха всички необходими инструкции по процеса на самонастаняване. Не сме имали никакви проблеми с достъпа до мястото за настаняване. Локацията на апартамента беше много удобна за целите на посещението ни. Разположен е в тих и спокоен квартал. Намира се на 2 минути пеша от връзка с пряк транспорт (s7) от/до летището на Виена (влаковете се чуваха пренебрежимо тихо когато минават) и на 5 минути пеша от метростанция (U3) и трамваен транспорт. В радиус от 3-5 минути пеша има няколко големи хранителни магазина, както и заведения и ресторанти. Достъпът до концертната зала в Gasometer беше изключилетно лесен и удобен (1 станция с метро U3). Самият апартамент беше удобен и чист, с всичко базово за приятен престой. Имам дребна забележка към атмосферата в спалнята - блекаут завесите проспускаха светлина в някои участъци, което компрометира частично приложението им.

Estancia muy agradable, para repetir La ubicación no es lo mejor del apartamento, está alejado del centro si bien es cierto que tienes metro , tren y tranvía a pocos metros para conectar con el centro u otra lugares en 20 - 30 minutos

• ALEXANDROS (10/5): An outstanding choice, with equally outstanding service. - We were absolutely satisfied with our stay. The rooms were very clean, smelled pleasant, and were ideal both for a family like ours and for couples. There was also a strong sense of safety. The location was very convenient, close to both the metro and the tram, and—very importantly—the train to the airport. The city center was about 20 minutes away by public transport. The area was very quiet and safe for the whole family. It was also pleasant for walking and jogging, and there were places nearby to eat. There were also several supermarkets and a pharmacy very close by. The staff was excellent and always readily available to answer any questions we had. The luggage storage was especially useful, as it allowed us to enjoy our last day in the city without carrying our bags, and then return to pick them up before heading to the airport. La pulizia mi ha molto colpita! Poche volte come in questo caso mi è capitato di trovare lenzuola, biancheria da bagno puliti e profumati, e utensili puliti che non necessitava di pulizia prima dell'uso. Nulla, era tutto perfetto

• Viktoriia (10/5): Гаргі апартаменти для відпочинку у Відні. - Чудові апартаменти! Все що треба для комфортного проживання є. Розташування гарне, поруч метро(пряма гілка до центру), магазини, ресторанчики, парковка, парк. В апартаментах чисто, ліжка зручні, пральня на першому поверсі, сушилка. Є кімната відпочинку з кавою, кімната зберігання речей. На питання реагують відразу. Все сподобалось, наступного разу зупинимось знов тут!
• Monica (7/5): Good enough but needs more caring - The apartment is big enough for a family, well heated, clean towels, and pretty spacious given the other options. Iron, ironing board, coffee machine with complementary capsules, dishwasher, and that's about it what's included. 5 minutes to the underground and tram, 20 minutes to city center, shops close by ( lidl, billa, penny), parking garage at 10 minute walk at 9 euros/day or on the street. We had ants around the living room floor, probably coming from the balcony. The balcony is not well maintained, with grass and little trees growing from the tiles. No soap in the dispenser by the sink. Another unpleasant fact is the smell! I don't know if it was from other tourists or from residents, but I couldn't open the windows to let some clean air inside because a heavy smell of weed (or some kind of cigars, not traditional ones) that was overwhelming. The same smell we felt when we checked in the first afternoon. We couldn't access the lounge.

• Anja H76 (7/5): - Die Lage ist gut. In wenigen Minuten ist man an der U-Bahn Station und von dort aus lommt man schnell überall hin. Auch das kontaktlose einchecken passt. Das Apartment sah anders aus als auf den Buchungsfotos. Das Schlafzimmer wirkte etwas leer da an der einen Wand nur ein großer Schrank stand. Montag morgen um 8 uhr wurde im Haus oder wo auch immer gebohrt. Eine Info wäre schön gewesen.

Mutfakta küçük bi sıvı yağ olsa güzel olurdu, odadaki abajurların tozunu ben aldım. Yatak kenarları çok tozluydu.eşim hastalandı ilk geldiğimiz gün erken girmek istedik, normal giriş saatimiz geldiğinde mesaj yazdılar gelebilirsiniz diye. Bir daha gelirsem burada kalmam net.

• Andrea (4/5): - Das Appartment ist Top ausgestattet. Alles was man für den Alltag braucht. Die Balkone sowie Schlafzimmerfenster vom Appartment gehen teilweise in den Hinterhof, dort ist zur Zeit eine Baustelle die extrem lärmt. Auch ist der Ausblick dadurch nicht so schön. Die Wohngegend entsprach leider auch nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen.

The temperature was sometimes a bit hot for our liking, but was definitely nice after a long day with lots of walking and sightseeing. The furnitures were nice too. The lounge area for restocking is also a nice feature. We got soap for not only handwashing, but for showering too...which made our skin very dry, so it was a lucky coincidence we brought our own with us. There were no coffee cups at all (only mugs), but we found unwashed plates and glasses in the drawers...and the couch was full of unidentifiable white spots. The big grey blanket, hidden in the wardrobe also had them. Next time please hire someone better for cleaning, who doesn't just sweep the floor and wash the sheets. We were disappointed because the reviews said it's some luxury-like place...in reality, it was very far from that.

• Tracy (10/5): Absolutely brilliant - It was so easy to get to the apartment from the airport. The location is fantastic, great shops and bars close by. The apartment itself is perfect, the bed is so comfortable and it was so quiet. Absolutely brilliant. There is nothing to dislike.

• VASOS VARELLAS (3/5): ZERO communication until the last moment !!!!! - After zero communication with them nothing was feel good !!! We had the worst experience regarding contactless booking . After we booked .... Jimmy's apartments replied by sending us a message through which we had to register online in order to complete our check in procedure. The link for months did not work at all !!!! Days before checking in we tried to contact them many times with messages , emails even by calling them , giving them our details to call us back but it was ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE !!!! The only reply we had was to follow the link which again and again didn't work. A FEW HOURS PRIOR TO CHECK IN we did not receive any further information except from the useless link. Of course they have been paid in full and of course they said if we didn't manage to register online (by the useless link )they wouldn't send us the key code to enter the apartment. Imagine how it must have felt to travel to a foreign country, to be on a plane and not being sure IF ME AND MY FAMILY HAD SOMEWHERE TO STAY !!!!! This is the most unprofessional, faceless , insensitive and unemotional behavior I have ever seen in my life . Luckily for us they did sent us the precious link and we manage to have the key code just before the check in time ..... The problem is not just the link .... What was really unfair was that I was trying to communicate with someone , and this someone did not respect that they took money from me, they did not respect that I tried to contact them and most of all they just didn’t care at all about their customers until the very last MOMENT!!!!
• Jeta (9/5): Great apartment, great location - The location was very good, near metro station with good connection to the center. The area was quiet and the apartment was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom could be a little cleaner, and the drawers next to the bed had some dust.
