- Rik (8/5): Great and cheap place to stay when exploring Tokyo. Close to the metro station and konbini! - Great clean place to sleep, shower and be on your way to explore Tokyo. The owner was very kind and helpful at our check-in and it went really smooth.
- Weng Fung (1/5): - 非常糟糕的體驗，目前體驗過最差的住宿 Check In當天2點抵達飯店門口，結果門是鎖的完全打不開，也沒工作人員提前告知門鎖密碼，害我在門口等了1小時！Booking一直敲也沒人肯回覆 簡介看起來是自己一整房間很棒，結果連門都沒法鎖！誰都可以進來讓人非常不安心 房間都隔音很差，加上靠近地鐵站 一直能聽到列車的聲音完全沒辦法入睡，床墊跟被子都睡得全身癢，最誇張的是沐浴間晚上10點後還斷水，簡介完全沒提及！吹風機只有一台，房客用完都不會放回原位，洗完頭一直沒辦法使用吹風機 如果想省錢還不如直接住膠囊旅館吧，這間真心不推薦

- Wonderful (10/5): Thank you for your assistance with luggage storage! - The nearest station, Higashi-Shinjuku, is just a seven-minute walk away, and Okubo Station, a ten-minute walk, provides access to the Yamanote Line, making it easy to reach most parts of Tokyo. Seibu-Shinjuku Station, a one-minute walk away, offers direct access to Kawagoe. This hotel offers great value for money in Tokyo. I would like to express my special thanks to the hotel for their assistance with luggage storage. When you’re in a foreign country, the hotel often becomes your home away from home. I am deeply grateful to the hotel staff, especially the gentleman with glasses, for his generous help. Being near the train tracks, it can be a bit noisy, but for young people, this isn’t an issue.

- Sabrunner (10/5): Exceptional - Great place, really near to Shinjuku station. Clean place, event one room for 4 dormitory bed but i stayed one person for 2 nights. its very comfortable place to stay.

- Anton (6/5): Recommend for male budget travelers. - Location was great. Shin Okubo is 1 station away from Shinjuku. Yamanote line and Chuo line connect to all the important places in Tokyo. Price is very attractive for budget travelers. Delivery from Amazon japan arrives on time. There is always a staff member available. There is a Yoshinoya at Shin Okubo station that offers great cheap meals. Air conditioner might not work. Luckily it was winter. Bath is a shower that is only accessible from 8:00 to 22:00. After that, no shower for you. If you are unlucky and your room number is I4 on the second floor, the landlord likes to smoke right in front of your door. You can hear the train passing by every 3 minutes. Bring ear plugs.

- Philipp (1/5): Left the accommodation after the first night. - Unfortunately, the accommodation has no comfort, it is very noisy (both from other guests and the train outside) and it is not that clean. Smoking in the hallway is allowed, so it smells everywhere (including in the rooms). Especially that should be stated by the staff!

When u book here you will be 5 mins walk away or less to Shin-Okubo St. and Shinjuku, Shibuya etc will be very very close by entrance smells cos of guests’ shoes but that’s okay with me
- Joel (5/5): Perfect place to crash for the night - Location. It was perfect! You get what you pay for. Don't expect much from it. I didn't like the cigarettes' smell. Although it says "Do Not Smoke", the hotel owner/manager was smoking in there all the time, so the smell is not pleasant at all.

I wished they had lockers available for keeping personal items safely. I do highly recommend to take a padlock for your luggage or dufflebag to be extra careful!

- Verified traveler (10/5): 在東京的小韓國區體驗在地人一般的生活 - 環境清幽舒適，木製地板很有家的溫馨感。不過床不是很長，不建議身高178cm以上者入住。 距離山手線新大久保站步行10分鐘以內，隔一站就是交通四通八達的新宿，不趕時間的話也可以直接走去新宿搭車。房子雖然離鐵軌很近，但不至於造成噪音干擾。 附近生活機能頗佳，餐廳、超市、便利商店、藥妝店，走路範圍內就有很多選擇。比較特別的是，附近是韓國區，韓式料理店林立，也有很多賣韓貨的店，而且四處播放著K-POP。 房門無法上鎖，床前的個人置物櫃可上鎖，不過要自備鎖頭。
