• ΕΡΜΙΟΝΗ20 (10/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άμεσα προσβάσιμο από όλα τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Πολύ καθαρό και αν και δίπλα σε πολυσύχναστο μέρος ήταν ήσυχα. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσω.

• Christos Gerolemou (1/5): Horrible Host from Hell - Being a very frequent visitor to this area, all my usual places were fully booked so I tried this place due to its perfect LOCATION which is right next to the metro station. There are no other positive points or nice things worth mentioning for this property, this is where the list stops! There are too many things wrong about this property which is really old and dated, all the FACILITIES are from decades ago. The toilet and shower however, are renovated to a decent standard. For a few nights of stay I usually do not care very much, as long as the property is clean which was also not the case so in terms of CLEANLINESS the property needs more work. I requested for a double bed but I had 2 single beds posing as one bed under a double bed sheet. There was no chance to sleep in the center of a double bed as any normal person would do, because the 2 single beds would split up. In terms of COMFORT I give the lowest rating available simply because I was scammed and lied to. What really made this experience marked as terrible is the very rude HOST I had to deal with. She was very hostile against me and unpleasant to deal with since day one. Through her peasant and ongoing negative bad energy, I felt very unwelcome as she also has a temper and aggressive behavior. For all of the above reasons but especially due to a horrible host, in spite of the property's ideal location, its not enough to make me wanting to return back for another stay. There is not VALUE for the money I have spent to this property. If I had the option to cancel and receive my prepayment back, I would surely select any other place nearby.

• Mariam (9/5): - 1. Прекрасное местоположение. Ни разу не воспользовались транспортом, все в пешей доступности 2. Отличный хозяин, ни каких проблем не возникло, все понятно объяснил, на все вопросы ответил 3. В квартире были базовые продукты: сахар, соль, чай, хлеб 4. Много кафе по близости. Также есть супермаркет в 5 минутах (возможно их больше, но мы нашли один и ходили только в него) 1. Не было одноразовых тапочек, не смертельно, но было бы приятно их иметь 2. В декабре довольно холодно в квартире, нужно брать теплые вещи. Мы подумали, что отопления хватит и ошиблись, было холодно в квартире( 3. Кондиционеры переодически начинали сильно шуметь 4. На одном из матрасов были сильные катышки, не смертельно, но если сделать чехол на матрас, то будет намного приятнее * Ни один из пунктов не испортил нам отдых :)

• Vasiliki (9/5): - Ένα άνετο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα. Η διαχειριστρια ανταποκριθεί άμεσα στην επικοινωνία. Κι ας καθυστέρησα λίγο στο check out. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ. Ότι δεν είχα ένα εσπρέσο το πρωί όπως στα υπόλοιπα καταλυματα. Κατά τα άλλα όλα ήταν υπέροχα.

• Alessandra (9/5): Un breve week end ateniese - L'appartamento è davanti alla fermata Singrou Fix e questo lo rende comodissimo per gli spostamenti, a dieci minuti a piedi dall'Akropoli e a pochi metri di distanza dalla fermata dei bus che portano sulla costa. La struttura è al piano terra , silenziosa e pulita, ben equipaggiata di tutto, phon per capelli,che forno a microonde, utensili. Wi fi ottimo, bagno spazioso e tutto ben curato. Self Check in pratico e veloce, buona comunicazione con l'host L'appartamento è al piano terra e senza vista quindi risulta un pò buio. Va bene per soggiorni brevi. Suggerirei inoltre di fornire la casa di uno specchio, sarebbe comodo

• Jurjen (8/5): Perfect small house where 2-3 persons can stay - Excellent location, next to metro station, walking distance from Acropolis.. Good apartment for 2-3 persons. Small, basic kitchen, but useful.

Nice choice if you travel by car - there's underground parking at the subway station, you can leave your car there and so your business in the center easy. Sharpen or renew the knives.

• Karen (8/5): Great location, comfy living area and spacious bedroom and bathroom. - The location was great and having separate small living room and bedroom was helpful for rest. The apartment weas really quiet even though it was in a busy location. The location was walking distance to sites and very handy to public transport for beaches or sites out of the centre. The fridge, bathroom and washing machine were good size and clean. The kitchen cupboards were old and falling apart and the cutlery was dirty and not enough of it. There was a small in the apartment from when we first opened the door but we kept the candles burning for the whole time we stayed, which helped.
• Hibret (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and extremely well located if you want to visit Athens. We spent 6 days with my sons. This place is a gem ! The metro station is literally 20 meters, it is situated in a pedestrian only road with small bars and cafes with zero noise pollution, there is a taxi station if you want to take one to go to the beach etc (taxi prices were similar or slightly lower than what I would pay on Uber ) ! The owner was available to give a prompt reply to my question on WhatsApp. The apartment is at an elevated ground floor away from all disturbances.
• Francesco (10/5): A pleasant staying in Athens - The apartment is located very near to the Acropolis on a lovely street full of bars and restaurants (there is also a small kiosk open 24h). The apartment is clean and the host was always available to support for possible quires. It is an amazing accommodation for couples, highly recommended. Nothing to complain about.
• Sathesh (9/5): Neat and clean. - Apartment was big enough for a family with living room and bedroom with a small kitchen. Had enough vessels for cooking but it’s little old. Metro station just outside the building easy accessible to beach by bus and metro or walk to Acropolis.

• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - We had a lovely stay. It is a spacious and well equipped flat. It is away from the street with very little noise. The metro and tram is literally outside the front door.

Contact person was super responsive with my questions! A little noisy at times so bring your ear plugs, but that is the norm seems like when traveling.

• Maarten (8/5): Hygiene, good location and a good bed is all you need and this apartment excels at it - Very clean and great location. Also very quiet considering it’s in the middle of the city close to a large road. Small rooms so the airconditioning cooled the rooms very quick. The kitchen was very basic and the appliances were old but to be fair, we never wanted to use it because there is a lot of nice restaurants in walking distance.

• Martinantalya (10/5): Cosy appartment, perfect location - Very cosy appartment with a warm Greek atmosphere, spotless clean, very well equipped. You will find all the little things that make you feel at home. The flat is situated just 10 meters from the exit of a Metro station, in a pedestrian zone with tavernas, restaurants, shops, cafeterias etc. Acropolis is a 10-minute-walk away. Very good air condition and WiFi. Everything was perfect.
