- Orlando (10/5): Ottima struttura - Posizione imbattibile e massimo comfort! Soggiorno perfetto al Caos Calmo. La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica a due passi dalla stazione Tiburtina, rendendo gli spostamenti con metro e treni incredibilmente facili. Nonostante la zona sia molto dinamica e servita, le camere offrono una tranquillità e un silenzio assoluti. Ambienti moderni, puliti e curati. Tornerò sicuramente! Piccolo appunto ceh si può fare, sono i led messi a terra che si accendono con fotocellule, di notte si accendevano qualche volta, dando leggermente fastidio.

- Clarisse (5/5): - Nous sommes arrivés dans l’hôtel. Qui est situé dans un immeuble au 6eme étage. La dame qui nous a accueilli était très gentille. Elle nous a donné tout le nécessaire pour notre séjour. En prenant notre douche nous avons vu que la salle de bain n’était pas en bonne état (moisissures,scotch a la place des joints de la douche, pommeau de douche dysfonctionnel). Nous avons contacté le propriétaire. Il a été compréhensif et nous a proposé une autre chambre qui était en bonne état. Le lendemain la première chambre que nous avons eu a été nettoyé et réparé. Mais nous sommes quand même resté dans la seconde chambre. L’hôtel est situé à 10min à pied de la gare ce qui était très pratique.

- alma (7/5): Bonne chambre d’hôtel pour le prix mais assez bruyant et peu pratique - Bon personnel agréable et arrangeant, chambre propre bon rapport qualité/prix Douche peu pratique, l’eau coule sur le rideau car seul le plafonnier fonctionne c’est dommage. Pas mal de bruit dans les rues la nuit. Et les murs sont assez fins donc on entend pas mal les gens à côté.
- ZHENCAI (5/5): Bad experience! - Convenient location. 1, very difficult to get hot water, gave to took cold water shower. 2, I communicated with him in English. But the host only spoke Italian. He asked me to use translator to communicate with him in his language. Even said to me, if you come to Italy and Rome, you should speak Italian. This is very rude! If you don’t prefer to speak English, you should have made it very clear in your booking.com introduction. 3, the host also asked me to cancel my booking if I didn’t communicate in his language! But that was after the payment already processed and free cancellation date was over! Why did he ask me to cancel the booking? 4, usually I always receive detailed check in information in advance or on the arrival date. But i didn’t receive any information from the host. I sent a couple of messages to the host at about 7:02pm, which is one and half hour before my estimated arrival time through booking.com and WhatsApp, I didn’t receive any reply! I had to contact booking.com customer service for advice. only after I requested to the host again in Italian then he replied and it was already 8:02pm! I travel around the world since 1988, I have to say this is the first and worst host in term of communication!

- Martina (10/5): Bellissimo! - Potessi mettere 11 lo metterei! Dalla stanza, alla signora che ci ha accolti, al proprietario! Il bagno è bellissimo e la vasca meravigliosa! Inoltre, gode di un terrazzino che permette una privacy non c’è male! A due passi dalla stazione tiburtina! Consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

- Alerale (5/5): Al di sotto delle aspettative - La vicinanza della stazione Tiburtina e la signora molto gentile che ci ha accolto. Soggiorno purtroppo al di sotto delle aspettative. Abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi con la doccia e la disponibilità di acqua calda, uniti a una colazione decisamente misera. Mentre la signora che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile e disponibile, non si può dire lo stesso del proprietario, che è risultato poco professionale nello scambio dei messaggi. Peccato, perché l'accoglienza iniziale era stata buona, ma i disservizi e l'atteggiamento della gestione hanno rovinato l'esperienza.

Forse la doccia potrebbe essere rivista togliendo la colonna idromassaggio e mettendola semplice nel muro in fondo. Capisco però il lavoro che c'è da fare quindi va bene così.
