• Mary (3/5): Not worth half the money. - Reception was demanding to the point of being belligerent. The door had been kicked in and the door frame not repaired. Therefore despite locking the door it was not secure.

I am not a complainer but this deserves everything Iv pointed out. - Location I didn’t like anything . 2 flights of stairs to climb with a heavy suitcase(should have mentioned in ad) bed extremely uncomfortable, pillows flat as pancake. Shower room in the kitchen with 2 very steep steps to climb into the tiny shower room. No place to hang washing . The facilities advertised are very incorrect, no washing machine. Microwave very low down close to the floor. Very noisy neighbours . No comfortable chair to sit on . My daughter and I checked out a day early . Host/agent kept us waiting 40mins on the pavement in the sun . I booked this accommodation in error last year. I put 2024 instead of 2023 and the host would not refund me even though it was minutes after booking with the wrong year. The pictures look so lovely but it’s nothing like the pics . It’s way overpriced .
• Jon (8/5): All in all a good stay, would book it again! - Location was perfect in our opinion. 800m to get to the city center boarder, 500m more and you’re in the middle of the city center. There are multiple small coffee shops within 1-2min walk and several lovely restaurants for when you want to get away from the big city noise. Owners are quick to respond and had a friendly tone. The cleaning could be better, there were no trace of former residents but the dusting and cleaning of pillows, sofa cushions could have been much better. The ac filter and fan in the bathroom had not been cleaned in a long time. Information from the owner could be a bit clearer; how to dispose of garbage, what to do at the day of check out etc. Checkout was at 10am and we were told that the cleaning service would arrive at 10am which made us a bit uncomfortable and “forced” us out 15min earlier just to be on the safe side.
• Mette (8/5): - Fint, der var hvad vi skulle bruge, sengene kunne være bedre, men de var ok. Hurtigt svar fra udlejer da vi havde et spørgsmål til overnatningen. Flink ung mand der viste os rundt i lejligheden.
• Julie (6/5): Florence stay - We stayed for 2 nights and whilst the initial communication was excellent from Yorick. After check in, we were given a number to call if there was problem - which there was with the internet - a message was sent on 1st day and 4 days later we have received no further response from them, not even to apologise for the inconvenience. The floors were dirty, that you needed to wear shoes at all times. There was no extra linen available to cover extra pillows. For those with any mobility issues, this apartment was on the 2nd floor (4 flights of stairs) and no lift available. The bathroom is also located up a narrow flight of stairs, directly off the kitchen - with no hand rail. The location was good with places to see close-by and plenty of eateries. It is a 15 mins walk to the main station over cobbled pathways. Overall it is a basic stay for a low rate, but for me I would stay elsewhere next time.
• Rima (5/5): Very disappointing, only good thing was wifi. - WIFI & it was 15 min from train station Very uncomfortable beds, there was no wardrobe, air conditioning with annoying sounds, the door with a lock seemed very unsafe, there were no facilities that were listed in the description & staff pretended that the facilities listed were amenities & lying they are right. The stairs to the shower/ toilet near the kitchen was very uncomfortable. In case you want to stay more than one night - I would not recommend this place.
• Kaitlyn (4/5): - My partner and I travelled 8 hours on a bus to Florence, and we were stuck waiting on the street for over an hour to get let into our apartment. Not a very good experience pretty disappointed. I followed the exact instructions for check in messaging the WhatsApp number of my arrival time, and the reception claims he didn’t receive my message but he ended up communicating with me on the same chat I initially messaged so he clearly got it but didn’t check.
• Ashley (8/5): Great location! - Great location, clean & and easy to find. This place listed a washing machine however there was none. I was told to reach out to support however there was nothing that could be done or a refund for the extra we paid to clean our clothes. While this may seem like a small thing we have travelled for 4 months and planned on ways to save costs and more efficient. This was a big let down for us.
• Verified traveler (2/5): No recommended for those who need a comfort stay. - If anyone is sensitive bed bugs or insects bites. Do not choose this property. The place is old and run down. The photos shown on the website look new but actually look like 20 years old property. 2 of us who just check in experience insect bites and itchy on the skin after sitting on the sofa. I use the mosquito repellent not helping much. Owner provided repellent coil which mean they knew they have bugs & insects problem. They do not have 24 hours service counter to solve our problem. Service staff only meet us and pass the key then left the place. We only communicate through WhatsApp. Since it was later when we check 8n after 7pm. I would to 2 contact telephone via WhatsApp but no reply till next morning 9am. We leave the place immediately after 1 hours as both of us develop rashes on our neck, arms. We decided to check out immediately to find another hotel. We request to cancel 2nd day booking but the management ask us to show the bug to them. It is ridiculous to request us to go to sit and get beaten then find the bugs. Hotel.com service staff also never reply our request for cancellation. I have no issue after moving to another 3 star rated hotel nearby.
• Annette (10/5): - Great place for a few nights or even longer. Everything we needed for our use and a quick walk everywhere!
