- Jonathan (6/5): Average at best - Bed was very comfortable but no shower gel, soap or shampoo was frustrating. More communication needed around the location and how to get through the first door. No hairdryer another annoyance. Better than most budget hotels in the area but room for improvement
- Roxana (2/5): - Super stressed to get in and pay the deposit plus the ceiling in the bedroom has a leak, as the company is asking for a deposit, now I would like to have me deposit back ASAP plus a compensation as it was raining heavy last night and I felt drops on my face and I suffered a stressful night just thinking that the ruff could fall at any time I have photos and video if required to proof my statement regards Roxana Garcia Guzman
