Will seriously consider same place for next visit - Very very near to the Bayswater and Queensway tube stations, many halal food eateries and grocery stores nearby Size is very small and suits max of 2 people only which is fine with us. Can be stuffy especially when cooking is involved. We had to open the window most times (thank god its not winter when we were there). The mattress is thick but too soft and does not support the body well. Body aches after a few nights sleeping on the mattress

• Mooy (6/5): - Location is good,close to bayswater station, you can leave your bags if you arrive early. Check in early is £40. Good kitchen. Doesn’t have a lift, the balcony has some construction on so it’s very dusty. Room wasn’t clean properly, had to wear slippers inside. No bed side tables. Toilet bowl is so close to the sink, we have to sit sideways. You get what you pay for, location is very good but the Bayswater station doesn’t have a lift so not recommended for people with big luggages. Laundry facilities is in different buildings, washer is okay but dryer is a waste of money.

• András (4/5): Excellent location, thin ceiling. - The room was overall great, small but had everything except an oven. Everything was close to the apartment, bus, subway, attractions too. I was on the ground floor and the ceiling is so thin that you hear the quests above like they were walking in concrete shoes, it was horrible, so ask in advance to not get a ground floor room or you will suffer. Also the shower didnt have enough pressure as well.

Alloggio molto caldo, aria condizionata non perfettamente funzionante ma il personale è stato molto disponibile e mi ha fornito un ventilatore che ha risolto il problema.

• Pau (7/5): Near the centre and calm - We specially loved the location and all the facilities, such as two tube lines and buses, and even all the restaurants and supermarkets that were very close. The room gets very hot when it's sunny and the air conditioning makes so much noise that's impossible to sleep with it.

• Stéphanie (8/5): Un bon petit appartement, agréable et très bien situé, idéal pour découvrir Londres facilement. - Logement très bien situé, extrêmement central. Deux stations de métro à proximité nous ont permis de rayonner facilement dans toute la ville. Station de bus juste dans la rue également. La proximité de Queensway, avec ses commerces et restaurants ouverts tard, est très pratique. La rue est typiquement londonienne avec une belle architecture victorienne, dans un quartier agréable. Réception ouverte 24h/24, personnel très serviable, service globalement très satisfaisant. Logement et literie propres. Immeuble propre. Le logement est assez petit au regard du prix, qui reste élevé, mais Londres est une ville chère. Les portes de placards sont un peu branlantes. L’appartement est situé au 3ᵉ étage sans ascenseur, avec des escaliers raides : à savoir surtout avec de grosses valises. Cela participe néanmoins au charme « chambre de bonne » de l’immeuble. Les fenêtres sont anciennes et peu isolées, ce qui pourrait être gênant en hiver, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés car la météo était très agréable durant notre séjour.

• Paula (8/5): - Es un complejo de apartamentos turísticos habitual, aunque la limpieza, la atención y la ubicación son muy buenos. Para ser Londres y estar tan cerca de las zonas visitables, la zona es extremadamente tranquila y se duerme muy bien por la noche. Si volviésemos a Londres, seguramente sería a estos apartamentos. El último día nos quedamos sin agua caliente porque el regulador no funcionaba. Seguramente lo hubiesen arreglado al momento, el caso es que teníamos que irnos. Eran muy atentos y serviciales. Lo recomiendo igualmente.

• Anikó (8/5): Nagyon jó helyen lévő kényelmes apartman - Jól felszerelt konyha, kényelmes ágy, nagyon jó a közlekedés, több metróvonal, több busz visz be a làtnivalókhoz. A környék hangulatos, szép házakkal. A Kensington park a közelben van. Nekünk picit keskeny volt az ágy, de nagyon kényelmes volt a matrac. Az ablakon eléggé jött be a hideg, ez télen kellemetlen lehet.

• AGUSTINA (5/5): No volvería a contratar el servicio. - La zona es excelente, cerca del Hyde Park y tenés conexión por metro. Podés dejar las valijas y luego ir a recorrer en caso que necesites por el check in. El departamento es extremadamente chico, es más una habitación con cocina y baño. No tiene ascensor, por lo que considero importante aclararlo por si tenés valijas pesadas. No estaba equipado en general, sólo tenía una olla por lo que debías cocinar todo por separado. Faltaba una sartén o algo que te permita utilizar las dos hornallas al mismo tiempo. En general, está bien si viajás solo/a. En pareja o con amigos, se hace tediosa la estadía por el poco espacio. No hay lugar para abrir las valijas ni tampoco espacio para caminar. Es caro para lo que ofrecen.

• LORENA (10/5): Estancia cómoda y tranquila con familia - Comodidad del alojamiento con lo indispensable (menaje, secador, toallas, utensilios de aseo,...) y cercania de servicios (supermercados, metro, estaciones, souvenirs, restaurantes, ..)y lugares de interés (Hide Park).

• Florencia (7/5): Excellent location in a great neibourghood - In general, great value for money. Queensway & Bayswater stations (Central and Circle line, respectively) were around the corner. The Circle line connects you with Victoria, Euston, Paddington, all major train stations. It's a block away from Kensington Gardens/Bayswater road, where you could easily get on the 94 and be in Soho (Regent St.) or Oxford and Picadilly Circus in 30' if you wanted to avoid the tube; and walking distance from Portobello Road. Lots of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, bistros, etchnic food restaurants (even fast food chains if you are into that) on Queensway (literally around the corner). The building was nice. We always stay in this area, as it's very posh and quiet/residential, yet you can be downtown in less than 30' and have everything you need nearby. The apartment was small but had a beautiful balcony. It fit a double bed, which was very comfortable (matress, duvet and pillows), a closet, a small table and two chairs, a 22 inch flat screen TV, and a well equipped kitchenette, with an oven (we didn't use it), 2 burners, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, and a fridge of course. We had a big plate, small plate, bowl, mug and cutlery per person, plus a pan and a saucepan plus utensils (spatula, big spoon, bottle and can opener etc), more than enough to make a good breakfast, warm up some store-bought food or leftovers, or even make yourself a light meal. It also featured a small ironing table and and iron. The radiators in the bathroom and main area worked nicely. The shower area was small but the water pressure was lovely and the temperature nice (it was pretty cold outside!) There weren't any nightstands with bedside lamps, or at least a small light fixture on the wall next to the bed, in case you needed a subtle light source to read or if you woke up in the middle of the night and had to walk to the bathroom. We didn't use the oven but did use the burners, and they weren't working properly/burning too strong. Probably in need to get replaced or fixed. Took a while —about 15' for water to boil an egg or for a pan to get hot enough to make scrambled eggs or omelettes. The toaster, on the other hand, burned too much, so we had to be careful. The smoke sensors went off twice because of bread we put on the toaster that got a little burned on the edges and emitted a tiny bit of smoke. There was also just one socket near the bed which was inconvenient. As for building maintenance, when we got there the sink was clogged; we let them know and they fixed it on the same day, to our surprise. Cleaning service however didn't go as well. I was told they'd come clean the apartment once every two days, but we had to request it after seeing that they didn't show up after two nights. That day we had to ask (which would be 3 nights in) they told us that the maids were fully booked already, that they would clean it the next day (meaning 4 nights in), but that they would provide fresh towels and more toilet paper, which was fine, it's what we needed the most. However, when we got back that night they hadn't brought any, so I had to go accross the street to the reception building, and ask again before being able to shower after a whole day out. Fortunately they had staff bring us towels 5' after I went to the desk. We had to ask again for toilet paper.

• roberto (8/5): Esperienza positiva, tutto sommato riprenoterei li. - Staff accogliente e disponibile, anche per il check-in in tarda notte. Ottima posizione in un quartiere bellissimo e molto tranquillo. Monolocale funzionale e ben organizzato, a pochi passi dalle fermate di Bayswater e Queensway. All’arrivo viene richiesta una cauzione, probabilmente legata anche alla gestione dei rumori, il che porta a dover mantenere particolare attenzione al silenzio. La dotazione degli utensili da cucina è piuttosto limitata, con solo una padella molto piccola e una pentola. Inoltre, le pareti e le finestre sono sottili, quindi l’insonorizzazione non è delle migliori.

Il nostro appartamento era nel sottostrada e questo ha portato due conseguenze: 1) Troppo caldo e poca aria, 2) Troppo rumore dalla strada e dagli appartamenti vicini.

• Lucía (7/5): El apartamento como tal estaba muy bien por ese precio y la zona - La ubicación es buenísima, está en una calle muy bonita además de que la calle de al aldo está llena de sitios para comer y comprar Las paredes eran demasiado finas porque se escuchaba todo lo de la habitación de al lado, la verdad es que molestaba bastante a la hora de dormir. También en la ducha solo está el grifo alto, así que si no quieres lavarte el pelo es bastante molesto porque te mojas toda. Además es bastante pequeña la ducha.

La stanza è piccolissima ma se si usa come base per dormire è un'ottima soluzione. È presente la cucina ma mancano gli essenziali per cucinare, aggiungerei almeno olio, sale e dei tovaglioli

Es una zona residencial y en la calle paralela hay supermercados, tiendas y restaurantes, paradas de d bus y metro justo al lado. La calle da sensación de tranquilidad y seguridad. El apartamento estaba a pie de calle, se oía mucho la puerta de la entrada y las pisadas de arriba. Las cortinas no tapan la luz y por la mañana te despiertas por la luz. Falta menaje y productos de limpieza como una simple bayeta.

• Jorge (8/5): Relación calidad-precio insuperable en Londres - La relación calidad-precio es insuperable para Londres y la ubicación es increíble, pegado a Hyde park y dos paradas de metro muy muy cerca. Y habitación sin moqueta... La edificación es bastante vieja pero la habtación, aunque un poco deteriorada, cumple con su función y el aseo y cocina muy bien, con lo básico.

No habia una repisa en todo el apartamento donde apoyar algo, solo la encimera de la cocina. Mampara y armario del baño no abrían ni cerraban correctamente. 3 er piso sin ascensor.

Abbiamo chiesto di pulire la camera il terzo giorno e ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani. Cucina funzionante e utensili presenti. Quartiere tranquillo, metro/fermate bus e supermercati vicini. Non abbiamo sentito i vicini, ma abbiamo sentito gli ospiti del piano di sopra. Materasso del letto scomodo e scarico della doccia non perfettamente funzionante: l'acqua stagnava un po' dopo ogni doccia.

Nous sommes arrivés tard et il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans les deux logements que nous avions réservés. Nous avons du appeler la réception plusieurs fois pour qu'ils viennent constater et finalement nous changer de logements. Dans le second logement, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas ni dans la chambre ni dans la salle de bain et il manquait des lumières. De plus, lorsque nous dormions dans la chambre, des techniciens sont rentrés sans notre autorisation malgré notre signification orale "NON", ils sont rentrés et ont pris des photos du logement alors qu'une personne était dans le lit.

• Maria Dolores (9/5): Muy recomendable - Nuestra estancia en el apartamento fue genial. La zona es muy tranquila y segura, además esta muy bien conectada. El personal fue muy amable y atento, estuvieron en todo momento disponibles para solucionar cualquier problema. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, es espacioso, buena limpieza y equipamiento. Tardaron menos de 24h en devolvernos la fianza. Totalmente recomendable.

• Ellie (3/5): Would not stay again - The location was close to Hyde park Was literally like a uni building with rooms. In fact I have seen nicer uni accommodation
