• Marta (8/5): Bardzo fajne mieszkanie jako punkt startowy do zwiedzania - Super lokalizacja - wszędzie dość blisko (metro, sklep, apteka, restauracje). W budynku winda, a apartament mieści się na 1 piętrze (półpiętrze). Na plus 3 osobne sypialnie (2 x łóżko małżeńskie, 1x jedynka), dwie łazienki (toaleta, prysznic, umywalka, bidet/bidetka) oraz taras. Na wyposażeniu wszystko co potrzebne (zmywarka, ekspres na kapsułki, ręczniki, otwieracz do wina, suszarka do włosów. Żelazko, pralka i mikrofalówka w części wspólnej - poza apartamentem ale bardzo blisko). Mieszkanie czyste, dużo przestrzeni, ładnie urządzone. W kamienicy spokojnie i czysto. Sam proces zameldowania nie był trudny, natomiast kwestia wejścia do apartamentu wymaga wpisania trzech różnych kodów na trzech różnych rodzajach zamków. Dwa kody były znane tydzień przed przyjazdem, niestety do godziny zameldowania nie został nam przesłany unikalny kod do wspólnych drzwi przez co ponad 40 min czekaliśmy pod drzwiami z walizkami, mimo że byliśmy na miejscu po wskazanej godzinie zameldowania. Kontakt z obsługą tylko mailowo lub przez booking, brak kontaktu telefonicznego. Mieszkanie dość ciemne, najjaśniej w pokoju z tarasem, ale wszędzie dość sporo punktów świetlnych. W obiekcie jest wi-fi, jednak bardzo kiepsko działało i nie we wszystkich pomieszczeniach. W jednej z łazienek umywalka się zatykała i wolno woda spływała a w drugiej zepsuta słuchawka od prysznica. Stół wymaga odświeżenia, ponieważ mimo umycia się lepił. Brak jakiejkolwiek półki na kosmetyki pod prysznicami i wieszaków na ręczniki poza kaloryferem. Trochę mało gniazdek w pokojach.

Booking was done for 2 bedrooms and only 1 bedroom was functional the other was blocked false listing on the website 1 The toilet seat was loose 2 The bedroom wardrobe was touching the floor making noise 3 There was noise coming at 2 AM from the adjoining apartment 4 the lighting switch was behind the microwave and not visible to switch ON no indications as well 5 the terrace needs to be maintained as there could be dangerous creatures present 6 temperature is set at 24 so if you come from outside warm weather it is not comfortable for some time no idea if it becomes warm in winters 7 the price paid was 1.5 times the alternatives of similar listing for the same date

В апартаментах три спальни, гостиная с кухней, два туалета и две душевые, имеется свой дворик с беседкой. В непосредственной близости есть несколько ресторанов и пиццерий. До ж/д вокзала 7-10 минут пешком.

• Elena (10/5): Мы обязательно вернемся,спасибо за гостеприимство! - Прекрасная светлая чистая квартира,отзывчивая Елена которая нас заселила,была всегда на связи,в квартире есть все необходимое(много посуды,плита,духовка,стиральная машинка и сушильная,утюг,в каждой комнате кондиционер,две ванные комнаты,чисто,все исправно работает,большая терраса с мебелью!легкий вход,все на кодовых замках,до фонтана Треви рукой подать,мы даже не ожидали что все остальные достопримечательности будут так близко! Ездили только в Ватикан и Колизей,очень жарко было идти пешком.Через дорогу у Джованни можно пообедать,прям в доме кофейня с отличными завтраками,мы очень довольны остались всем! Автобусная остановка с лева,билеты в табачных киосках,муниципальное такси,дешевле Uber,с права за кофейней есть супермаркет,в общем советую 👍🏻 Ничего! Все супер!
• Sergio (7/5): Con un pequeño retoque. Perfecto e Ideal - El alojamiento impresionante y maravilloso. Grande, muy limpio y genial para pasar unos días… en grupo o con la familia. Que la instalacion eléctrica es muy antigua… y nos salto la luz y no hubo forma de subir los fusibles. Aunque lo repararon con la mayor brevedad posible no tuvieron forma humana de dejar todo como estaba al inicio y no nos funciono el servicio de cocina entero y en una de las habitaciones tampoco se pudo enchufar nada.

• Chun-ling (1/5): Really sorry to say that this stay may not be recommended if you are looking for a place that is at least tidy for resti - Nothing… The only advantage is that the location is close to the train station (Rome Termini), about a 15-minute walk. Not even clean at all… The staff can’t even be sure which key belongs to which door, so you have to figure it out yourself ( and he reply’s to you like this directly while we are asking which key is the door of the apartment). Everything is handled so poorly. For this price, you deserve much better during your stay in Rome. NOT RECOMMENDED.

• Magdalena (10/5): Overall a very good experience, would book it again. - It is very comfortable and spacious with great location. As someone with asthma I had no problem staying there. The apartmet has great heating system (we stayed in december) and everything you could possibly need for your stay. It could be just a little bit cleaner.
• Alinav (9/5): Superb - Very nice and spacious appartment situated in a very good location, close to Termini station and turistic interest places. We used the metro just twice in our 4 days visit in Rome because everything is within walking distance. The appartment was good overall. Few more bowls and big mugs could be added to the kitchen and some shelves in one of the bathrooms to place your things.
• Sandeep (10/5): Amazing apartment - Beautiful apartment, situated in a good location. Very close to the main attraction, it had a local shop near by, and an amazing bar for a quick coffee or breakfast. The host was very friendly and welcoming. She was able to accommodate our check- in time. I would recommend it!
• Patrycja (5/5): Enough for short stay but should be better cleaned - The localization was very good. The apartment has a nice terrace and is quite spacious. The person that was giving us keys, didn’t give us the exact apartment number and did not go down to show us were to go,as a result we were waiting around 15 minutes writing messages on WhatsApp and had to pay more for later check in although we were downstairs before midnight. Moreover this person did not know very much about the apartment as “it was not hers”. It was only slightly cleaned. The bed in the small bedroom and in the living room was very uncomfortable. There was missing sheet for the third bed in the living room.
