- Joya Joyce (9/5): - The room is spacious, and the bed is quite large and comfortable. We experienced some difficulty communicating with the staff, as some information they provided differed from what we were told by our Grab driver when asking about Hanoi-related information. I stayed in a Family Suite room. The hotel provided standard amenities such as a comb, razor, and other items. However, some of the amenities appeared to have been previously opened, as the packaging was slightly wrinkled and partially opened when we first saw them. The hotel also has quite strict regulations regarding occupancy. Each room is limited to a maximum of two guests, with children aged 5–12 counted as one person. Therefore, families traveling with a child should ensure they book either two rooms or a Family Suite.

- Haiyan (8/5): In general good but need improve the slpeeing condition for clients, hotel is mainly for sleep still - Good location, clean, Japanese toilette, spacious room No double window glass, very noisy during the night, can hear little noise from the street. The bed is hard and every movement is making noise.

It sits a little outside the old quarter but Grab taxis are inexpensive. Surrounded with good shops e.g wine cellar next door and good quality laundry around the corner.

There was a kitchen and a lot of cabinets, but only two glasses, two cups and two teaspons. No pans, knives or plates. Other than that, no complaints. Friendly and helpful people working there.

Breakfast was order (included) and it was delivery to the room. Staff told me that so I dont have to wait for it at the dinning hall. Quality was good, but for those looking for a nice buffet style breakfast, this may disappoint you.
