• Anna (9/5): J'y retournerai. Encore tellement de choses à voir - Le petit-déjeuner était servi dans un bar situé à une centaine de mètres: sympa, ambiance napolitaine du petit café avant le boulot. Très bon contact avec Enzo, notre hôte. Nettoyage régulier de la chambre et de la salle de bain. La ville est bruyante mais c'est Naples. Aussi j'adore!

El frigo Deberían de poner alguna lámpara de noche ( que no cuesta tanto) para evitar tener que tener la luz de la habitación encendida ( que además es fria). Tampoco había mantas y hacía frío ( aunque era mayo). La habitación es básica y sólo dejaron una silla para dos personas.

• carlotta (10/5): - La posizione strategica per raggiungere piedi in breve tempo la maggior parte delle meraviglie della città ti permette di passeggiare tra i vicoli di questa città magica invece di essere costretto ad utilizzare mezzi chiusi e puoi scoprire così delle meravigliose chicche o dei bellissimi scorci che diversamente ti saresti perso. Oltretutto l'host Vincenzo, estremamente gentile e disponibile in qualsiasi momento anche tramite WhatsApp, ha organizzato tutto per permetterti di non perdere nemmeno un minuto per fare check-in o check-out e con un comodissimo deposito bagagli puoi goderti interamente il soggiorno anche nel giorno di arrivo e partenza. Siamo molto felici di aver alloggiato qui e quando torneremo a Napoli sarà per noi un punto di riferimento.

• Fiorella (10/5): Soggiorno piacevole - Posizione vicino Metro L1 , L2, basta solo attraversare la strada. A pochi passi dal Rione Sanità. Un balcone con tavolino e sedie dove ho mangiato la pizza presa in una pizzeria vicina e dove ho fatto colazione prendendola al bar convenzionato. Il proprietario gentile e presente anche se non fisicamente. Cambierei solo i rubinetti del bagno perché molto rovinati… ☺️

• Francesco (2/5): Delusione totale - Ottima posizione centrale, possibilità di muoversi a piedi senza utilizzare i mezzi La stanza era minuscola (7/8mq), si sentiva tutto, nel bagno c'era puzza di muffa e la doccia era aperta con un doccino che aveva la stessa pressione di un idropulitrice, ogni doccia si allagava il bagno se non si usava la porta del bagno stessa come scudo. Abbiamo deciso di fare il check-out con 2 giorni di anticipo dato il disconforto generale, e la tassa di soggiorno per le ultime 2 notti non usufruite in struttura non ci è mai stata restituita, con aggiunta di presa in giro finale da parte del proprietario. Abbiamo prenotato per errore la doppia con letti singoli invece che una matrimoniale, ma ciò non giustifica il fatto che la stanza possa essere così deludente e piccola. Magari le altre stanze sono meglio ma la doppia con letti singoli vivamente sconsigliata.

There was a terrace—maybe facing a noisy street—but we came to experience Naples. I also liked the location; it was convenient because we could easily walk to the city center. It was unusual that the toilet was not in the same room—you had to cross the corridor to get to it. We thought it would be difficult and inconvenient, but it wasn’t that bad.

• Itxaso (5/5): Bien ubicado pero el cuarto no era cómodo. - La ubicación y que incluía desayuno. El dueño respondía rápido. Que no vengan a recibirte. Es un casa separada en varios cuartos y el nuestro era bastante pequeño. A la ducha le faltaba la mitad de la mampara y los colchones asomaban un tanto viejos y sucios. No era muy caro y por eso no lo valoramos del todo mal, pero se oía mucho el ruido de otras habitaciones y pisos y no ha sido muy cómodo en general.

Verkehrslärm wofür der Gastgeber jedoch nichts kann.

Faccio davvero fatica a trovarne altrii. CERCHERO DI ESSERE OBIETTIVA: Periodo soggiorno 25- 28 dicembre 2025 IN GENERALE: il Beb è adatto soltanto a persone con enorme spirito di adattabilità. - per raggiungere il posto si deve mettere in atto una sorta di caccia al tesoro dentro una specie di labirinto. - in 4 giorni la camera non è mai stata pulita. - non abbiamo mai visto l’host. - BAGNO: stretto e ci si muove con difficoltà, non ci sono sufficienti spazi per appoggiare le cose. Il wc ha problemi di scarico e a volte si intasa o l’acqua va richiamata più volte. Nel lavandino l’acqua dello scarico scende a fatica. La doccia non ha una parte della porta scorrevole (perché rotta) per ciò si allaga tutto ogni volta. - L’asse del wc è mobile, si sposta quando ti siedi. CAMERA -Si suggerisce di non scegliere mai camera doppia perché appare come nelle foto allegate (uno sgabuzzino stretto/una cella di frate). - Le lenzuola sotto non hanno l’elastico agli angoli e il lenzuolo va dove vuole, è scomodo anche rimettere tutto a posto considerati gli spazi ridotti. - Non c’è coprimaterasso e il materasso risulta un po' ruvido, se si è sensibili si sente. - Il condizionatore/riscaldamento, è esattamente sopra la testa di chi dorme (si vede nella foto) - Lo spazio per vestiti è piccolo e aperto. - Se dopo la lunga giornata si desidera un po' di relax, non si trova posto, l’unica soluzione è sdraiarsi (anche se si storna alle 21). A no anzi, c’è un unico sgabello, ma è sporco. - manca una luce piccola per la sera/notte. SUGGERIMENTI ATTUABILI VELOCEMENTE: mettere fotografie sincere e aggiornate per non ingannare gli ospiti – farsi vedere ad inizio soggiorno – inserire ripiani nel bagno – pulire la camera almeno una volta ogni due giorni o far trovare strumenti per pulire – mettere lenzuola con angoli – mettere coprimaterassi – trovare il modo di inserire 2 abat-jour o illuminazioni notturne - Serve manutenzione

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank auch an die Putzdame für die tägliche Sauberkeit und an den Besitzer. • Gerda (6/5): - The street and house was nice. Nice breakfast. Great communication with the staff Mould everywhere in the bathroom. Shower glass missing, all the water was on the floor. The walls were dirty. Covering blankets were dirty and with holes.
• Brenda (7/5): Good stay. - The property was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom is private but outside the bedroom. Very inconvenient when having to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

• Eduard (3/5): Strange and bad hotel - There are only a couple of good things regarding this hotel. 1. Location is very close to the metro station 2. The Wi-Fi is good. The rest is bad. I travel a lot for work, but this is one of the strangest hotels I've ever seen. 1. In the double room, the beds aren't next to each other, but one behind the other, so the second person in the room can smell the first person's feet. 2. Each bed has electrical outlets, but for some reason they're not at the beginning or end, but right in the middle (see photos). It's unclear how to use these outlets or what to plug into them unless you put your smartphone to sleep with you. 3. For some reason, a blue light in the bathroom is constantly on and can't be turned off. 4. The strangest thing is that there's only one light switch in the room, and it's right by the entrance. There's no light or switch near the beds. At night, the room is completely dark. If you need to go to the bathroom, you have to get up and walk to the entrance in complete darkness. You turn on the lights in the entire room before you can see anything. To get back to bed, you have to do it all in reverse. I've never seen anything more stupid in my life. Besides, it's dangerous! 5. A similar situation occurs when leaving the hotel. After closing your door, you find yourself in a hallway in complete darkness. Then you have to feel your way to the entrance, and only then can you turn on the light. How to navigate the hallway in complete darkness—I don't know. 6. As for breakfast, it's not at the hotel, but at a nearby café, and consists of a cup of coffee and one croissant. There's nothing else. 7. The walls of the room are dirty.
• Marilla (10/5): Meraviglioso e confortevole - Camera spaziosa, ben pulita e bagno grande. Posizione strategica, si raggiunge il centro comodamente a piedi ed è a soli 30 min a piedi dalla stazione dei treni. Noi abbiamo viaggiato con la nostra bimba di 1 anni e ci hanno fornito il lettino. Comodo l’ascensore e il cuscino del letto ci ha fatto sognare. Un po’ di traffico durante la notte ma tutto sommato è plausibile come in ogni città

• Robert (7/5): Fine, some minor issues. - Room clean, quiet and felt safe. Good shower. We were in room 4 and some of this review possibly very specific to that room. Breakfast voucher for a pastry (sweet or savoury) and drink (coffee or, good, juice) was helpful but not a breakfast for, at least, British guests - not a problem, just a warning. Location fairly good for visits to old city. Shower cubicle only had a half screen so water gets onto floor. WiFi was good in part of the room but non existent in the rest. Sockets next to the beds but on wrong side so irritating for overnight charging. Bathroom walls wet due to condensation after shower so make sure good ventilation BUT only windows open onto inner courtyard floor so mostly kept blinds down which does not help.

• Serena Maura (10/5): - Posizione struttura centrale, camera e bagno moderni con pulizia impeccabile. Balconcino privato con vista sulla piazza. Personale molto accogliente, che ci ha accompagnato in ogni momento, dalle istruzioni per l’arrivo alla partenza.

• William (10/5): - Liked that it was in a real, non touristy neighborhood but still close enough to the attractions. Only minor inconvenience was having only one outlet usable for phone chargers, kettle, refrigerator etc. And only one key for both of us which also was required for turning on the power, a problem if one of us wanted to go out while the other stayed in the room.
