• AZRA (4/5): Never again - The price included breakfast but there was no breakfast . Only first morning they offered 1 piece of croissant, next mornings nothing and no staff around . Also there was no body shampoo or soap They need to refund.

• heerema (3/5): - The bedroom was ok, everything else (bathroom, communal space, staff, location) was pretty terrible and certainly not worth the price. Really not worth the price at all, for being outside the city centre, it feels like you’re in a student accommodation with the staff (Who work there) walking around in their pyjamas and leaving their phone and alcohol in the public areas.
• Luca (2/5): Non ci tornerei neanche gratis - La posizione La quadrupla ha un bagno senza bidet, strettissimo , non funzionale. Doccia con acqua a pressione bassissima, che fa acqua da tutte le parti. Il lavandino e’ stretto e non funzionale. Scarsa manutenzione Stanza e bagno nel periodo invernali non sono riscaldati a sufficienza dal riscaldamento condominiale e la pompa di calore fa finta di funzionare. La colazione minimal, con servizio e pulizia che lasciano a desiderare.

• Xinyu (9/5): In total, it is good. - The room is very clean, and the owner is very nice. The location is convenient and quiet. I can have a good sleep. The water in the bathroom is really hard to adjust to a good temperature. Too hot or too cold. The suitable temperature of water only keeps for 10 seconds.
• k.a.t. (7/5): - Sehr gute Lage, Verkehr zum Zentrum und Sehenswürdigkeiten prima. Wohnung schön renoviert, Bett bequem, Klima im Zimmer vorhanden. Frühstück: 5 Tage lang nur Schoko -Croissant... könnte jeden Tag in einem anderen Geschmack sein... Dusche: kein normales, ständiges Wassertemperatur, entweder zu heiß oder eiskalt... Haarwäsche bei langen Haaren unmöglich... Wohnung: besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmer, woraus 2 vermietet sind, in der 3. wohnt der Inhaber. Also mit Fremden in den anderen 2 Zimmer zusammen ist nicht so angenehm, Küche auch gemeinsam. Sauberkeit: alles schön, modern eingerichtet, aber nicht ordentlich geputzt, nur oberflächlich.

• TomaszOlsztyn (6/5): Mieszane wrażenia - Największym plusem "lokalu" jest jego lokalizacja - bezpośrednio przy stacji metra Colli Albani. Celowo piszę lokalu, ponieważ tak naprawdę jest to mieszkanie składające się z trzech pomieszczeń mieszkalnych. W jednym z nich mieszka gospodarz. Właściciel jest osobą spokojną, miłą. Sam pokój (4 osobowy) był wykończony w dobrym standardzie, zdjęcia z portalu oddają rzetelnie informację. Z kuchni korzysta zarówno gospodarz jak i goście. Nie miałem do tej pory doświadczenia z tzw. B&B. Niestety było kilka rzeczy. Pokój był oferowany jako "ze śniadaniami" - niestety jest to pojęcie bardzo mylące, ponieważ śniadanie ograniczało się do 1 szt pączka z cukrem i kawy robionej z kapsułki a niestety zależało mi na tym żeby od rana nie szukać kanapek na mieście. Niestety ma się to nijak do ofert "ze śniadaniami". Dodatkowo na przy zameldowaniu zostałem zaskoczony informacją, że muszę zapłacić podatek miejski w wysokości 120 euro (za 4 osoby) - o takim podatku nie było mowy przy rezerwacji więc albo jest to działanie właściciela, albo nieprecyzyjne ofertowanie przez booking. Ponadto nie wiem czy jest to przypadłość tylko tego lokalu, czy generalnie miasta, ale np ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem, jak również możliwość ustawienia odpowiedniej temperatury, była bardzo uciążliwa. W mieszkaniu dawało się wyczuć zapach papierosów.

• Svetlana (10/5): Definitely worth it! - Location, atmosphere, hospitable host. Everything was perfect. We are impressed by this cosy b&b. The location is in a calm little street in Rome and it is very close to the metro station Colli Albani (about 3 minutes walking), which is very convenient. 14 minutes in the underground and you are in the very heart of the city – The Spanish Steps/Spagna. The breakfast is infinite and could be adjusted to your liking, if you ask the host, Giorgio. The host himself is amazing. He speaks fluent English and is a very well-spirited guy. He is always available in the b&b or by phone and is ready to help you all the time. Every morning we had some lovely Italian coffee. The amount of coffee we consumed is enormous, but Giorgio didn't mind at all. Nice and caring fellow! The overall cleanliness is very good. The bathrooms are a little bit small, but that doesn't make the place less enjoyable. The bed is comfy, to our taste. In conclusion, we would like to say we are very grateful to Giorgio and his mom for our pleasant stay in Rome. Thank you so much, we will come again.
• Hp (4/5): I really regretted stayed there, it was disappointing. Maybe good for some people but not for family - The room itself was good and it was close to the metro. This B&B is actually a flat in a big industrial block, with 2 bedrooms where you get the key for one (with a simple bedroom lock). I didnt feel safe to stay with my children there, you could here people moving outside your door, but was actually afraid to go out if it wasnt quite. The house smelled cigarette. Also there was another closed door from where we could hear voices and loud tv, i guess the owner stayed there? but again, it was strange and scary. The flat was close to the metro, but we decided to take a longer way, just to feel safer. The description mentioned that toiletries were included, which was actually a very small pack of showergel/shampoo which wasnt enough for one shower, and they only gave us 1 for all 3 nights that we stayed there. Also, there was supposed to be breakfast. There was a kitchen (not clean!!!) with coffee, toast bread and marmelades, and that was all. And every morning they would bring one croissant from the next door convenience store, that we wouldnt eat.

• Katarzyna (10/5): Exceptional - Great place with helpful owner, very clean room, great location, just 1 minute to the metro Colli Albani. About breakfast: just tell what do you want to eat and fridge will be full every day. Location very close to all attraction, near supermarkets, restaurants. Very good price for such a high standart. Everything was perfect.
• Cam (8/5): Great location with good access to the city center - The room is in a great location with access to the tube to quickly go to the city centre. As it is on the third floor and not facing the road, it is also quiet at night so you can get a good sleep without the noise of the streets. The host made us find fresh pastries every morning which was great and both the room and bathroom were very clean. We also had our set of keys which meant we could come and go at our leisure. The room was just the right size for a 2 night stay as we didn't want to unpack much. It came with aircon which was much needed with the heat. Some minor improvements, the mattress was incredibly firm which not everyone will enjoy, and the water temperature in the shower kept changing from hot to cold without reason, but luckily the weather was very hot so a cold shower wasn't a huge deal.

• Simona (9/5): Superb - Everything was great, the host was very accommodating. The accommodation was near to the subway and bus stop so no problem there... Overall, I have positive impressions from my stay. Plus we were able to leave our backpacks here on the last day and pick them up in the evening, thank you again! However, there are a few little things that could have been better. The bathroom door doesn't close very well, so you don't have much privacy. The pillows are absurdly high - I preferred to sleep without them, although it was not so comfortable. Arriving at the accommodation can come as a bit of a shock as it is located in a residential building - this caused a bit of confusion. But overall a nice stay!

He customized the breakfast to our needs. We asked for ham, salami cheese, croissant, yogurt, juice and not only croissant as in other reviews. All was prepred in the morning on the table. They left info over whatsaap. They showed to us how prepare delicious Italian coffee. We enjoyed the apartment very much. The room is beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The bed is a pleasure to relax in. To keep it short, we are happy that we found this b&b and during our next visit to Rome, we will definitely stay there again. • German (10/5): Exceptional - Malenki is a real gem among b&b apartments. А cosy little place with a welcoming atmosphere. Giorgio, the owner of this apartment, was always very attentive, hospitable and helpful. He customized the breakfast to our needs (there is no time limit for the breakfast, by the way), made delicious Italian coffee for us in the morning, told us a bunch of interesting things about Italy and even helped to restore the operating system on our laptop after a critical failure! The guy is very nice and it's him who made our trip to Rome really memorable. We enjoyed the apartment very much. The room is beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The bed is a pleasure to relax in. Giorgio keeps the apartments perfectly clean, so we never had any issues with that, too. To keep it short, we are happy that we found this b&b and during our next visit to Rome, we will definitely stay there again.
