Thomas (9/5): Top - Massive Bausweise und dadurch eine gute Schallisolierung. Als es gebaut wurde war es für die damaligen Verhältnisse bestimmt eine Luxus-Unterkunft. Ich war im 7. Stock und hatte meines Wissens nach keine Wohnung über mir, daher war es angenehm still. Personal und Zimmerservice war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder. Die Hygiene im Bad könnte etwas besser sein. Ansonsten top 👍🏻.

Matthew (9/5): Superb - This was a very clean and comfortable experience. This is not your tourist location, this is a quiet and more authenticate piece of Hanoi. The apartment was very spacious and included everything I needed to cook. Nearby there was a Winmart and plenty of cheap Vietnamese restaurants to choose from. Good laundry services. The cleaning staff were always great fun and were very respectful. During my stay I had two issues. Broken shower head and a mischarge on my credit card. Both issues were addressed quickly and professionally. The staff actually cared to resolve any problems you may incur.

Ebrualex (7/5): A nice apartment if you need to do your laundry during your long stay in Vietnam - The size of the rooms were really nice. We had everything we need in the rooms including iron, washing machine and the dryer as we needed to wash our clothes, this was a good needed addition for us. The stuff did not speak english well, it was hard to communicate with them. The place was really dirty when we arrived, especially the walls on the bathroom is covered with mold fungus. The second day, the bathroom was cleaned a bit, but still it was quite dirty, such a shame for a 4 star hotel! Unless you start the aircos it is hard to get any form of ventilation in the rooms even when the windows open.

Parin (7/5): nice comfortable stay - we checked in and found that the 3 bed apartment had 1 bathroom as common and 1 inside a bedroom. we would have preffered both bathrooms inside respective bedrooms. we requested a change to 3 x single bed aprarts instead of 1 x 3bed apart. our request was fullfilled although we had to pay the difference. overall the stay was pleasant. breakfast had sufficient veg options.
