Rebecca (10/5): Spacious room with ocean views - The location was perfect, it was a very spacious room with full bathroom. No overhead lighting in the room was a downfall as well as no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Otherwise it was fantastic.
Jenna (8/5): Fantastic base for anything you need in Coogee. Would stay again. - Neat, well sized rooms in a great central location. Great in room amenities. Balcony looked over loading dock of the large pub/hotel which was noisy at times.
Ashwin (2/5): - What kind of a 4 star hotel doesn't provide dental kits? Also, the 2 lifts respond to common controls but they are like 2 rooms apart, so it's a little hard to keep track of which lift is responding to your call. Also, the plates in the room were not clean. Attached is a photo of the plate BEFORE we used it. Overall, expected much better from a 4 star hotel but this one didn't even stand up to a 1 star level.

Tracey (9/5): This Hotel was in a great location to enjoy Coogee but also get comfort and quiet - We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of our holiday in Australia and Tasmania. This was the most comfortable bed by a long shot! Room was quiet even though Coogee itself was very busy. Lots of young people in the area in the lead up to New Year and difficult to find places to eat in the evening. Staff at the Hotel were super friendly and helpful. The main Hotel (adjacent) with the eating and bar facilities was very popular and extremely busy in the evenings - impossible to find somewhere to sit so we didn't get to enjoy it.

The staff member at reception was not friendly or helpful. Perhaps I turned up on the wrong day and it was just a one-off. Young lady quite sniffy with me.
