• Darja (9/5): We stayed in this apartment, when we got married 10 years ago, and it was a pleasure to come back. - The location is fantastic, no need to climb any stairs around the old city to get to it. Super comfy and clean apartment. Breakfast vouchers were also very useful. Great communication, the host team were super quick to respond to any query. Online portal was useful, however, there were a few mistakes on it/wrong information (showed that we had outstanding payments (which we didn't), address of the luggage storage place was wrong, did not reflect the early check in time, we paid extra for). None of these things were deal breakers, but it did result in having to email the host team repeatedly. They also forgot to set the bed up for one of the kids, but they sort it out quite quickly.

• Jason (7/5): Fantastic location, nice apartment - too many stairs! - Great location in the heart of the old Town, clean & spacious loft apartment with modern facilities. Hedera Estate were communicative via WhatsApp. We were fortunate to be able to access the apartment a little earlier than check-in. * The amount of administration involved for a 3 night stay was time consuming & extremely stressful to complete, as we were already travelling. It was very unnecessary, and over the 7 weeks of our holiday, this was the most challenging accommodation. We stayed at multiple other places across six countries with no issues. * The access to the apartment was difficult, as the lock-box was not numbered or named. We only received the access instructions once we arrived at the door of the apartment block, which was not well sign-posted. The key was missing from the lock-box, and we had only just found out we had to climb five flights of stairs to meet a technician to hand over the keys to the apartment. We had to "guess" the apartment door as it wasn't named or numbered clearly. * Lighting could be better when returning at night once accessing the door to the last two flights of stairs leading up to the apartment. We had to turn on our mobile phone torch to navigate the stairs. There was also cigarette smoke in this area from a neighbouring apartment. * We had to remove our own rubbish upon departure and take it to a dumping area a few blocks away. Not convenient when you are also trying to exit with luggage down six flights of stairs in total (including the stairs in the apartment). Would have thought the rubbish would be part of the cleaning process post our stay? * No instructions on how to tune in the TV. I did ask Hedera Estate via WhatsApp but there was no response. * This apartment would not be suitable for the elderly or physically challenged people.
• George (9/5): Wonderful Stay - Unique well equipped apartment. We enjoyed the location and breakfast was great. The cafe owner even made to go boxes for our early days. We were well aware that the apartment was on the top floor with no elevator but did not like the narrow stairway.

• Graham (8/5): Wonderfully restful stay, with plenty to do in the City and surrounding. - Breakfast in the Festival Cafe was a treat. The location is fantastic - right in the heart of the City. Great selection of restaurants. Lokrum Island was a highlight of the stay - beautiful walks. The headroom in the Bedroom was a bit on an issue. Luckily, we knew the "balcony" was going to be small, but others might not have appreciated its only enough room for one chair.

• Vince (8/5): Delightful clean comfortable property ideally situated in the old town. - Well appointed clean and comfortable apartment in the centre of the old town so easy walking distance to all that Dubrovnik has to offer. Very close to several good restaurants. Should they be needed the kitchen area is well stocked with utensils, cutlery glasses etc. We were not pre-advised about the 5 flights of steps up to the entrance door which meant significant hard work when carrying cases. The bedroom is in the apex of the roof area leaving little room for standing up next to the bed.

• Connor (10/5): We had a great 3 night stay right in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik! - We loved feel of living in old city but in an updated and clean place with all the amenities. This did not bother us, however there is no elevator and it’s several flights of stairs to enter the room. If you have a lot of luggage, keep this in mind.

• Tatiana (10/5): - Its in the center of the old city, 50 meters from the main street. Very clean apartment and has everything you need. It has 2 AC, fully equiped kitchend and small balcony. We had a very pleasant stay.
• Lad (5/5): Great location but found the place had eat to many steps to climb. Overall a good stay. - Clean and close to the sites. Plus is was safe as we had double doors to the apartment. To many steps leading to the apartment, 5 floors which was not mentioned in the details. Church bells chime was disturbing so some nights we were woken up. Needs mirrors in the bedroom plus some shelving in the bathroom or bedroom to put belongs on.
• Yolanda (9/5): Perfect location in the centre of Old Town - Perfect location in centre of Old Town. We loved the tiny balcony to see over the roof tops. Great breakfast at local cafe, even catering for Gluten Free! Excellent communication via WhatsApp. Just be aware that there are 5 flights of stairs to get to apartment and the church bells are close by. While this was not a problem at all for us, it might be for some. Old Town has lots of steps, its part of the character.
• Julie (10/5): Exceptional - The location of this apartment is exceptional. There were a lot of stairs but so worth it for the view (no water but lovely rooftops and church bells). The furnishings are well thought out and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and the air conditioners did their job. Would love to stay again.

Great location pleasant staff and adequate breakfast The apartment was in a central location with rooftop views from a small balcony the benefit. The accommodation is excellent. Stylish and large. Bed super comfy. Location is quiet given its bang in the centre of the action. Breakfast is at a cafe 3 mins walk away, which is fine but t's.a very busy cafe Note the balcony is very small, only 1 chair or 2 people standing. It looks small in the photo but it's even smaller in real life
• Spencer (8/5): Very clean modern apartment in excellent location - Fantastic location in the heart of the Old Town. Very modern and clean apartment. It is a loft apartment with a lot of stairs. The bedroom has very low sloping ceilings with exposed beams that mean you have to crouch to move around the bedroom. The balcony is tiny, literally just big enough for one person. Ok to dry your towels but not to sit as a couple to have a drink and enjoy the city views.
• Lucy (9/5): Beautiful accomodation in perfect location - The apartment is located in the centre of old town, in the perfect spot to be able to easily access everything from the shops, cafes, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and was bright. The apartment is fitted with air conditioning, which is needed during the summer months. The team organised a pick up transfer for us from the airport, and met us at the gates to show us to check in and our room - exceptional service. It was great that the apartment had a washing machine, especially for those who are travelling for a long time like us. I would definitely be choosing this apartment again to stay. I absolutely loved Dubrovnik! The roof is quite low in the bedroom; this didn’t bother me but those who are super tall and think this may bother them - you can kind of tell from the photos.
• Colin (8/5): Decent clean apartment in heart of the Old Town - Very cosy, clean apartment in a prime location in the Old Town. Air conditioning was good, and the small balcony was a nice feature. Good facilities, although not a lot of storage space (and remember to bring your own toiletries). Also, note the apartment is up four flights of stairs, so be prepared if you have a large suitcase! Service was good and the complimentary breakfast at nearby Cafe Festival was excellent. Checkin/checkout was easy, and there is a reception area to leave your bags if you arrive early / are leaving for the airport late. Overall very happy with our stay, thank you.

• Harri (9/5): Harlai - Built with good taste. No tear and wear. Balcony is small, but nice with view over the red brick roofs. Located In the center of the old town. Loft is not good for tall people. The floor creaks. The church bells may get annoying.
