• Mas (1/5): Do not stay here. If you want to wreck your honeymoon and holiday stay here - View and location was great. If you want the front of Klcc then it’s good . For NYE fireworks it’s not suitable as the fireworks are on the other side. The roof top pool allows you to see some fireworks between the buildings but it’s limited. The view across the other areas having the fireworks is partially visible. Did you say Hemes themed.. if Hermes saw this they would sue you for misrepresentation. Paying over $1300 ringgit to get this and I stay slot of accomodations.There was Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom from a leak. Mold In the toilet and shower. Bedsheets were not washed and you could tell they were old. Master bedroom was across from the toilet and bathroom so could smell The dampness over night. There was carpet in the bathroom which was wet and full of Mold. The basin cabinet was chipped. The floors were not mopped and not vacuumed. The lounge had dirt marks over it. When we arrived there was a carpet rolled up balanced against the curtains??!! Tv was not working properly.. kitchen also was not vacuumed even after they came again. No towels provided. The towels that weee eventually provided had holes in them.. On New Year’s Eve my family had no towels so we had to use our old shirts as towels. Towels came in The early morning when we were sleeping.
• Wright (1/5): - The location is great We didn't actually stay. When we arrived we were just given a key and told where to go. When we got to the apartment it was not the Hermes Suite that we had booked. It was a stripped out dirty apartment. We contacted the people managing it and they admitted they had given our apartment to someone else the day before in error. We said we would not accept the apartment, they suggested they would show us another but after 1 hour we contacted Booking.com who contacted the owner and they agreed to refund us. We left and found a better and cheaper apartment in another building. Its a shame because we have stayed here 3 times previously and their own apartments Channel, Dior and Hermes are great apartments that are very nicely decorated and their service is good. However, we would not use them again given what happened this time.

• Jeppe (6/5): Perfekt beliggenhed - men - Lejligheden ligger helt perfekt i centrum ved KLCC. Fantastiske faciliteter og kan især anbefale pool på taget. Nemme parkeringsforhold i bygningen. Rengøringen var mere end mangelfuld. Der var ikke støvet af meget længe. Jordslået vasketøj i vaskemaskinen, ikke skiftet sengetøj og skrald i skraldespand samt der lugtede af kloak. Lejligheden kunne være til topkarakter hvis det ikke var for rengøringen.
• MUNETAKA (2/5): - 先ずは現地で知ったが、ホテルではなかったのでチェックインカウンターが無かった。 ガードマンに案内されて、メールボックスに行ったら、沢山の手紙に埋もれて鍵が置いてあった。その後着いたのが遅かったので、部屋に入って寝ようとしたが、金払え攻撃のメールが深夜の１時過ぎまで続いた。その後仕事だったので、仕事に出かけるとまた数えきれない数の電話で金払え攻撃。まるで借金取り。 景色は48階で綺麗だが、部屋は汚くて、トイレにはトイレットペーパーも無い。シャワーはお湯は出ないし、タオルは無茶苦茶汚い。 ベッドはダニなのか痒くて寝れない。 最終的には大家みたいなのが現れて、カード決済。２度と泊まりたくない最悪の宿。 個人が部屋を日単位で貸してる感じ⁈

• Nicholas (5/5): Great location, but property in need of some love - Great location, close to many amenities and tourist attractions, easy to get around Property needs a lot of work, refurbishment and better cleaning standards. Towels didn’t feel very clean and had stains on them. Everything about the place screamed it’s just an air BnB that’s used to quickly turnover guests. Could be an Amazon place to stay with some love. AC also didn’t work

• Rob (9/5): Superb - The apartment was extremely spacious - lovely decor. Magnificent views of KLCC - especially at night when we arrived. Appreciated washing machine/dryer after using the pool. The agent allowed us to store our baggage for an extra 3 hours which was also appreciated. Could have had hand towels. As agents manage these rooms, there is no central storage facility of luggage after checkout - for those who may have late night flights. Although it was suggested that we could take our luggage and wait by the pool - we were unable to do so.

The every thing was in good The toilet is a bit smelly ( if you were inside the bath room or at the wash basin, there is no smell). • Nash (8/5): Location, the view, and the room top pool just amazing - Location, location, location. Right next to KLCC. The View was amazing Check in was very easy. We had to check in early but the agent let us to leave the bags in the room until the room is ready. Clean, spacious, and the rooftop pool with amazing view. Lobby area was always hot and full of residents checking in and out. Very unorganised. The Hermes Suites agent was very nice and kept us inform of where to meet us which was good.

• Ieqha (10/5): Love much! - The property is exceptionally clean with beautiful decorations. The view of KLCC is superb, as it is right beside you. The bed is incredibly large and comfortable. You will definitely love the toilet, as it exceeds expectations. Moreover, the property is conveniently located within walking distance to KLCC. We are definitely planning to stay here again. The host, Arfan, was extremely nice and even accompanied us in a car to show us the basement parking and the rooms. We truly appreciate his hospitality. Nothing
• Eun (8/5): - Very nice distance but for foreigner , it is hard to contact the hotel person .because it is residential hotel . The other one is nice .

My only negative comment was my initial instructions said to meet at an alternate address for check-in procedure which was incorrect and inconvenient. This information is wrong. • Frederick (10/5): - After arriving late on the first night there was nobody there to let us in, so it started off badly losing the first night of first day. They say that you have to contact them 24 hours before you arrive, If you’re late, however, our flights were delayed two hours, so there’s no way we could’ve known that 24 hours prior, the next day we arrived at the apartment and the apartment is beautiful. The pool is fabulous with an amazing gym. We extended one more night at this apartment, I’d highly recommend staying here, but you have to remember at this apartment, There’s absolutely no water no tea no coffee so you have to arrange all those on your arrival this is one thing they could improve on, just having a few bottles of water in the apartment, after all this is KL it’s a very hot climate. I will stay at this property on my return trip.
• Joaquin (4/5): Bad experience - They will ask via whatsapp for bank transfer of 300MYR before arriving there for check-in. Unacceptable! I had no wifi in the room and the worst of all was that I payed for a scenic view room and I was given a standard room i stead. Their reply was that they dont offer different prices by the type of view. NOT RECOMMENDED

• Noorrisham (4/5): - Poor Aircon. No local TV Channel. The response of Property Manager was poor as we complain few times about aircon but nothing he can assist. No tissue provided.
• Sandra (8/5): - Love the location. Pool was nice. Appartement is large enough. Includes some kitchen basics like few plates and ustencils but i would have liked few more like coffea machine, toaster, a starter soap kit for dishwasher and washing machine. The 2 main negatives for us was a bad smell in the main bathroom, and the AC that stopped working almost every day and we had to call him each time (3 times).
