• wellenn (10/5): - Apartamento agradável, limpo e confortável. Tem um supermercado praticamente ao lado que facilita muito a estadia, e fica próximo ao centro da cidade. Estacionamento fácil logo a porta. A explicação do check-in para encontrar o local é muito bem clara, oq facilita bastante para chegar sem dificuldades Achei que faltou uma frigideira, para frituras de comida, pois só contém duas panelas no alojamento, uma bem grande e uma pequena. Porém deu para passar a semana tranquilamente.

• Julie (8/5): - Well located! Clean! Nice to have a coffee maker and a washing machine! Would have been good to have tips about the city from the staff. Would have been good to have more than one dish cloth for 3 days and have something to dry the clothes. Would have been nice to know that we had to give a deposit of 150€ before we actually booked!

Durante il soggiorno abbiamo richiesto all'host (società che gestisce l'appartamento) un intervento di un tecnico perché la lavatrice si era bloccata, una volta contattato l'host la mattina dopo si è presentato il tecnico ed ha risolto in 10 minuti. Molto efficienti. Purtroppo il bagno era un pò piccolo solo per dare spazio ad una doccia enorme (secondo me hanno fatto bene a fare così). Per il resto due camere grandi ideale per 4 persone. Cucina giusta.

• Alexander (9/5): - Das Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz. Es ist fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Der Check-in erfolgt online. Das Bad ist etwas klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Für vier Personen ist der Wohn-/Küchenbereich etwas klein, aber gut machbar.

• Linda (9/5): Convenient, clean - Very quiet, easy 15 min walk to old town, clean, as described. Check-in was easy, but must be done online. Convenient key box entry, clear instructions. Pet fee is very high (10€ per dog per night) and must be paid separately via a different app. Security deposit must be paid separately via App.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great Place to Stay ! - VERY CLEAN apartment with everything you need to stay with a family of 4 (two adults and two kids). Great location, walking distance to Old Town. Owner provided all de details needed to check in (solo check in). Good Value !

• Laura (9/5): Superb - The apartment has a modern feel and is comfortable for a family. The apartment is well-equipped and clean. The staff is also friendly. The area outside of the apartment is not well lit and you need to go down some stairs to arrive.
• Aneliya (6/5): Nice apartment for a few days in Dubrovnik but we were disturbed by the ants - A nice apartment, you have all the basic equipment - all you need. The bedrooms are nice and spacious. The included private parking place is a big plus (parking in Dubrovnik is difficult and quite expensive). The location is ok, not very close to the Old Town (about 20 min) but there is also a bus nereby. There were ants in the apartment. This was quite disturbing for me and my family. Nice appartment, the living room was quite small and the kitchen is small. The refrigerator is very small too. But finally for a few days vacantion it was fine for us.
