• Esme (10/5): - Great location and the apartment was clean and well-equipped. It was lovely to have the outdoor area too. The steps down to the Old Town are pretty brutal but we managed, even with the baby on her stroller!

• Hoogland (10/5): Top locatie om de oude stad te bekijken. - Top locatie om de oude stad te bekijken. Je kunt niet parkeren in de buurt, parkeergarage erg duur. Veel mailtjes gehad van de aanbieder, organisatie is een rommeltje.

• Karin (10/5): - Mooie grote woning, niet hip maar klassiek, volgens ons nieuwe koelkast, vaatwasser en wasmachine. Verder vooral lekker buiten kunnen ontbijten, heerlijke grote buitenruimte. Contact met verhuurder goed en snel. Dus heerlijk genoten op loop afstand van het schitterende oude centrum en strand. Top locatie
• Nor (9/5): Home away from home - comfortable and quiet. - The property feels like home and is very quiet. Utilities for kitchen and the washing machine are excellant. The place is also close to the cable car station. Access to the old town is easy. Nothing
• Dongbeom (6/5): Pleasant - Nice position for approaching to the old town. Airport pick up driver take us to upper position, so we are very hard to the house. .We are unsatisfied deeply.
• Victoria (10/5): Beautiful property with everything you need. - Location of the property was good. It is tucked away up steps however after a few steps up to the main road you can walk downhill to the old town easily. We were a family of 7 with a stroller and managed well during our stay. Location was perfect. The property had everything we needed for a family of 7. Communication with staff was very easy and booking extras like cots, transfers to and from the airport was seamless.
• Janet (9/5): Brilliant location, spacious accommodation, great outside terrace, comfy beds. - Location was superb, it was large and spacious, just a very short walk to the entrance to the Old Town, comfy beds, and all the basics you need. Airy rooms, high ceiling, lovely old style. Missed out of a homely feeling
• Kirsten (8/5): Would absolutely stay again. - Location was excellent - although be prepared for the steps! Terrace was a great place to chill and relax. It was literally five minutes to Ploce gates, also to a swimming spot and probably less to the cable car. The house looks dreadful from the street because the top floors have been abandoned although there are some signs of renovation. Don't be put off. When you are in the holiday flat and on the terrace you have no idea about the rest of the building. Don't be put off! The place was so clean it was sterile. There is no spare bedding and only very soft single pillows provided. There is a washing machine but no washing powder/tablets. There are no toileteries (usually people leave something behind). Be prepared to set up from scratch. The shower is over the bath and there is no shower curtain. It's fine if you are careful. There is an extra toilet which is in the smallest space ever. The door hits the toilet and the toilet lifts from the floor as you squeeze in. None of this is a reason not to stay - it just could have felt a little more homely.
• Victoria (10/5): Great apartment as a base for exploring Dubrovnik. - It was really close to the Old Town and beach (quite a few steps, but completely manageable) and just up the road from the cable car. The courtyard was really nice for eating outside, the beds were really comfortable, and the lounge was large enough for the 5 of us to relax. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom including coffee machine, dishwasher and hair dryer. The lock on the door to the bathroom got jammed and the key stopped working, but there was a spare we could use to open it from the outside. The living room lights were very bright. A reading light, or dimmer switch would have made it slightly more comfortable in the evening.
• Ville (6/5): Great location, facilities and cleanliness need improvement. - Great location. Dishwasher was broken and not fixed during the stay, contrary to promises by the host. Cockroach in the bathroom.
• Angela (7/5): Good - Spacious rooms. Great location... a short walk from Ploce Gate. It is uphill from the old town. Aircon worked well. Clean apartment. Check in didn't go too well. We had organised pickup from the ferry terminal. The transfer was late, due to traffic, but I was able to contact the Hedera Estate office to get an update. We knew in advance that we would have to wait for check in. At the Hedera Estate office we were told that if we wanted to explore the old town a little, we would be called when check in was available. This should have been by 3pm at latest. No call was received, so we walked back to the office for about 3.30. On enquiry we were told check in was now available. However, the transfer car was then not available for a further 10 minutes. When we got to the apartment, the keylock box had no keys in, so the transfer lady had to go to the cleaners to get the keys. We waited on the steps outside the apartment for a further 15 minutes. Although a bit frustrating, the problems were dealt with quickly. The dishwater did not work when we first tried it, but once reported, it was fixed the same day. Bathroom is basic, but functional.

• Emma (9/5): Absolutely loved Dubrovnik!! - Great location!! The property has everything that you would need for your stay. The garden area was an added bonus for dining and letting our children run around. Would definitely recommend. A little dated but not a huge concern. Apartment at the top of some steep steps which wasnt an issue for us (even managed daily with the buggy) but possibly an issue for people with mobility issues.
• Jessica (10/5): loved every minute of our stay amazing - loved the size of the property and the location super comfortable beautiful scenery and near all the shops and beach staff were lovely the oven wasn’t working and there was no toaster but they came and but they came and bought us a toaster! which was so nice also thought it had a proper bbq
