Dubrovnik is a fantastic place to visit. - We liked the accessibility to the old town (15 min by foot) as well as Jakobs Beach (also 15 min by foot) We felt the garden area as lovely as it was could have had a bit more love and attention.

• Narcissa (5/5): Could have been better! - You could not close one of the bedroom doors due to the bed was in the way. The a/c was broken in one room and it was very hot in the summer. When asked to fix it they said use a fan. It was not fixed! We almost missed our flight because the transfer house ordered was sent to the wrong address so we had to order 2 Ubers!
• Jessica (9/5): Great place for a family. We enjoyed our stay immensely. - The location was great. Right near the sea access. AC was located throughout the house so it was nice and cool. The staff were very helpful and prompt with getting back to me.
• Preston (3/5): Adequate at best. - Air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms was not fixed prior to our stay. Temperature was almost 95°. This had been noted by the prior group. They had contacted the owners prior to our stay and told him that the AC unit did not work. We were basically told that the mechanics would not come and fix the AC unit. They simply brought fans. The refrigerator worked poorly. The freezer section did not work any better than the refrigerator. The outdoor picture suggested a very nice area to sit. In fact, it was fairly shabby.

• Kaley (10/5): Exceptional - The best part of this stay is the location. The outdoor patio is amazing, really close to an oceanside access and the old town.
• Suzana (9/5): Quiet and relaxing, yet close to the beach and the old town - Location, the house itself, very practical with two bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor, and a kitchen, a livingroom and a toilet on the entrance floor. Nice terrace. The garden should be maintained better. It could be perfect with couple of lemon/orange trees instead of high grass and weed. It only provides a perfect home for tiger mosquitoes and unfortunatelly there were plenty of them around the house. So make sure to bring mosquito spray with you!
