Great location, friendly staff, and clean, comfortable rooms! The train station was a few min walk away, there was a convenience store on the 1st floor of the hotel, and the breakfast buffet was amazing! I will definitely stay again. Arigato gozaimasu!

- Mihaela (2/5): - The staff at the reception is not useful. We paid for breakfast included through Expedia for the 3 of us included our 6 year old kid and they argued that the breakfast was paid for adults only and we should pay again for our kid. After a good 10 minutes argument about the Expedia booking, the receptionist finally agreed to provide us the coupons which we paid for for the kid breakfast. Anything we asked for during our stay - the staff at the reception showed no interest to help. The hotel rooms are very small, there is visible dust on the furniture. The hotel carpets are very old and dusty, we felt stuffed the entire time we were there. The hotel is old, dated, the rooms are very small given the price. For the price, a hotel closer to downtown Tokyo might be better. We do not recommend this hotel.
- Chin A (8/5): - 도쿄 여행중 디즈니 방문하는 날에 이틀 묵었습니다. 좁은 길이 복잡한 일본이라 찾기 쉽고 전철역에서 가까운곳으로 찾았습니다. 위치는 전철역에서 2분거리입니다. 2층 플랫폼에서 봐고 찾을수있을만큼 가까이 있어 첫 여행길이라도 아무리 길을 못찾는 길치라도 금방 찾을수있습니다. 어린이 손님 서비스팩이 알차고 좋습니다. 현관 로비에 다른 아멘티티와 함께 노란 주머니안에 아이 전용 슬리퍼 칫솔 비누등등이 있어서 딸아이가 유용하게 사용했습니다. 프론트에서 어린이 잠옷도 빌릴수있습니다. 흰색의 깔끔한 단추달린 원피스 스타일입니다. 전철 나오는 길에 패밀리마트가 있어서 편리합니다. 건물 1층에도 편의점이 있어요. 전자렌지 세탁기 얼음 기계는 9층에 있고 커피기계는 2층 로비에 있어요. 디즈니까지는 교통비가 성인 170엔. 어린이 80엔 입니다. 전철역 옆에 있는만 아주 조용합니다. 호텔 선택에 도움이 되길바라며 즐거운 도쿄여행 되세요.

- Hoe Wee (10/5): - Situated outside Shin-Kiba metro station which is an interchange of 3 metro lines. It is outskirts of the busy city area, which is quiet and peaceful. One of the hotels that i felt most worth it. The hotel location is convenient to places like Disney/Odaiba/Toyosu/Lalaport. Hotel service and amenities are great, with a convenient store below. We had a great stay for a family of 5 (3 adults 2 children) with 2 rooms and daily breakfast . Pay per use washing machines are available which is good for us. Recommended. Thumbs up!

The hotel was super quiet and really close to the station. The convenience store is just downstairs and they make their own bread in the morning for super nice treats.

- Amber (10/5): - The hotel itself was amazing. I stayed here for two nights when I first arrived in Tokyo, and went to Disney Sea. I did end up taking the taxi from the airport which is rather expensive to avoid a long train ride. The location is super convenient once you are there since it is right next to the train station, but there isn't really much in the hotels area, so you have to take the train to get to places you want or restaurants. The rooms were also extremely quiet and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
- Yuqing (8/5): Good hotel with one critical flaw - Have to pay extra $1200 yen tax upon check-in due to recent tax law changes. This was not disclosed during booking. Although this isn't a lot of money but it is still surprising that hotel did not simply cover this fee for people who booked before the tax law took affect. I was too tired to argue about this because we were traveling all day already and simply want to rest. They do take Suica/IC card for payment which is good. Hotel location is good since it is just short walk to the Shinkiba train station with many local train lines ending or passing thru. Not too many restaurants or shops in the vicinity but there is a FamilyMart and a Fastfood place that are both open 24 hours which is life-saver because the new year time and every other shop is closed. The downside to this hotel is the laundry room. They only have two combo washing and dryer machines. Two machines for the entire hotel to use is just inadequate, since a complete washing and drying cycle is 200+ minutes! We have to wait like after midnight to even have a chance to use the machines. I mean every other hotels/Inn we went to for our trip have at least 8 machines with separate washing and dryer units. What was the logic behind this on having only 2 Combo machines for a hotel with that many rooms? What's worse is that the dryer function doesn't even work very well and we end up have to air dry our clothes in the room vent.

- Kouichirou (10/5): めちゃくちゃイイね！ - 子供連れにオススメ。子供用のアメニティも用意されているし、洗面台やトイレで使える用に踏み台もありました。 何と言っても便利だったのがテレビでYouTubeが見れる事。 大人用のアメニティもフロント前に充実。女性用のメイク落とし、化粧水、乳液も雪肌精で、男性用の髭剃りも４枚刃のいいやつでした。 一階にコンビニもあり、エレベーターもタッチキーで二階のフロントに止まらず直接宿泊階まで行けるのが便利です。

The single room is perfectly sized for a petit girl’s travel :> Please be aware that all the hotels are not super spatial.
- MOTOMI (8/5): - Good size room. The quality of their amenities is very good! Enjoyed using Sekkisei brand skin care and face masks. Dining selection around the hotel is limited but find more options at few stations away by train.
- SANAE (8/5): - ホテルは駅も近く綺麗でした。 シャワーヘッドもリファを使用したり ドライヤーもダイソンだったりでテンションが上がりました。 ベッドがかためだったので私には合いませんでした。また利用したいです。
- Hui Ping (10/5): - 自助check in,要輸入英文地址，建議先備好。 早餐簡單美味，為了去迪士尼而定的，因為一早要去海洋，飯店門口就有計程車等候亭，很方便。 房間很乾淨，每天都會整理房間，備品是雪肌精，該有的都有。 去銀座有樂町都是直達，方便。 窗台是小孩的遊戲區，大愛。

- Brendan (10/5): - The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant when called upon, and were respectful of privacy when they were not. The property was very clean, rooms accommodating and comfortable with AC, smart TV, and full feature Toto bidet. Location was perfect with easy access to the Yurakucho and Keiyou lines, while still being removed enough from high traffic areas to be nice and quiet in the evenings - if you are comfortable with Tokyo metro, this is a very short trip away from Ginza, Akihabara, Ikebukuro, Shibuya and other popular areas of the city. Having a Yamazaki on the first floor was convenient for those late nights where you just wanted something small to eat before going to bed, or something quick on the way out, although there is also a Family Mart a short walk away at the station. Room access is key card driven, but if you can set up a JR account, they do offer smart phone key integration (you will still need a key card to "turn on" your room, however). My only, and incredibly minor, "improvement" point for the staff would be keeping a consistent sizing of provided nightwear - on some days, I received items that were too small (possibly an opportunity to ask sizing with reservation or check-in?)....but as noted, this is incredibly minor and did not deter from the stay at all. I look forward to booking a reservation with this location again - この旅行のおもてなし、本当に有難う御座いました！

- Verified traveler (10/5): 次もここに泊まりたいと思いました！ - 清潔感あふれるお部屋でした。 隣の部屋の音は全く聞こえず、ダイソンのドライヤーや質の良いアメニティ、寝具やタオル類の嫌な匂いは全く無く、ダイソンの空気清浄機も静かで、コンパクトながら快適に過ごせました！ 朝食のバイキングも美味しかったです！

- Deborah (10/5): - Cannot fault this Hotel and have stayed3 times so far. 2 minute walk to ShinKiba Station and has a convenience store on one side and restaurant for breakfast on the other. The rooms are larger than the average Japanese Hotel and are clean, comfortable and have lots of little thoughtful extras to make your stay even better. Definitely recommend!

- SHIGEHISA (10/5): とても広い部屋で快適でした - 予約時よりグレードアップしていただけたようで、とても広い部屋で快適でした。 洗面は広く、備付けドライヤーがダイソンだったのに驚きました。 全体的に清潔かつ簡潔でありながら、必要な物が揃っていてとても気持ち良く快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

- Nathan (10/5): - Good size and modern room, next to a train station with several lines. Good for staying to go to theme parks, ginza area or bullet train from Tokyo station. Check in was simple and friendly. The hotel only has two washing machines which is a battle to get, if you can get it. Enough food are available options nearby.
- Harumi (8/5): - 街、(といっても駅から徒歩ですぐなのだが)に人が程よく少なく、静かでよい。 お部屋は清潔、設備が新しいので、気持ちよくステイできた 窓から東京タワー🗼も見えて、眺めでも楽しめた。 1階レストランがハッピーアワーすぎるとおつまみがオーダーできないのが残念。長居するつもりはなかったが、サクッと飲みたかった。 代わりにオーダーしたグリーンカレーも美味しかったけど… とても心地よかったので、月一くらいで滞在したいです。

- Paul (8/5): - A really fantastic hotel with great location, convenient to both Disney and most portions of Tokyo. My only complaint is the bed. Wow. So hard. Made it difficult to sleep. Loved the selection of bath amenities at the front desk and the conbini downstairs.
- Robin (10/5): Booked the wrong spot - I booked the wrong branch of this hotel ( I was supposed to book a more centrally located branch) but I got this instead. It’s out there, but near a subway station and actually turned out to be pretty convenient. If you’re looking for something central to Tokyo this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for something that can be a little further out, yet still convenient- this is your place.
- PRASIT (10/5): - second time stay at this hotel . Staffs hospitality was really good and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable . The best thjng is onsen in your own room baghtub.
