I particularly wish to commend Marion at the reception desk. My room was very comfortable and immaculate. Breakfast was very good - I am vegan and there were choices available to me for breakfast. Check in is 3pm - unfortunately it was nearer 4pm before my allocated room became available. It would have been good to see a Vegan dish on the bar food menu.

For a busy hotel the staff took notice of our special occasion on the booking and kindly upgraded our room. Their was a handwritten birthday card in our room and a slate of truffles and dipped strawberries. This was a very thoughtful and personalised gesture. The parking is ideal just across from the hotel and is discounted for guests. We are returning guests to this hotel and always enjoy our stay here.

Staff was nice, and especially waiter in bar name Roger, who was delight to talk to. I would rate this experience even more stars if I can. And LOCATION…wow. If you want to explore Dublin’s centre, it’s perfectly located.

• G926MQpeterk (10/5): Worthy of it's four Stars. - This Hotel is fabulous, very plush and elegant. The area is quiet, a real bonus in Dublin. The rooms are as described and the finish, superb. The bed, pillows and linen are opulent. One of the best beds I have slept in in! The breakfast buffet is extensive and the restaurant food was impressive and most enjoyable, our waiter Frank was jovial and friendly and Roger the barman has a lovely kind nature. The Hotel, I believe recently refurbished, really is impressive and made our stay in Dublin all the more special. Overall our stay at Brookes was a lovely, lovely experience. It's in a great location with bars, restaurants and shops literally on the door step and the famous Temple Bar and other major attractions are all easy accessible from the hotel. I shall return.

The room was quiet, immaculate and well-furnished, and the towels were the best I've had in a hotel - large and plush. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted from this location - GPO, Customs House, Trinity College, Leinster House, Dublin Castle, cathedrals, museums, parks, etc. There are lots of restaurants and great shops just steps from the hotel. Our only regret was not staying there longer.

• hsingc2018 (10/5): Truly pleasant and memorable. - My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for three days, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Christina, who kindly gave us some of my favorite brown soda bread with a big smile after we mentioned that most bakeries were closed because of Easter Sunday. It was such a warm and thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable.

From the moment we pulled up, the hotel felt inviting—beautiful flowers at the entrance, a warm glow from the lobby, and staff who greeted us as if we were longtime friends. The location couldn’t be more perfect. We walked everywhere—our tour bus pickups, restaurants, shops, and all the sights in Dublin were just steps away. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every single person went above and beyond to make our holiday special. Christina and Danielle were consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in how our day was going. A young man at the front desk (I wish we had caught his name!) helped us with directions and even offered creative ideas for shopping when we mentioned what we were looking for. Their kindness made us feel completely at home. Our room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The linens and pillows were some of the best we’ve ever had in a hotel, the towels were wonderfully fluffy, and the robes and slippers were such a thoughtful touch. They even provided containers of water everyday to keep us hydrated. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every single morning of our seven‑night stay and never once tired of it. The selection was excellent—something for every taste and dietary need. The restaurant and bar were equally impressive, with great food, delicious cocktails, and even live music on Saturday that made the evening feel special. Brooks Hotel is a true boutique gem with customer service that stands out in every way. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Tucked away just off the bustling city centre, the setting feels calm and refined while still being right in the heart of Dublin. I loved the vibe of the bar, and the cinema downstairs was such a fun, unique touch. The room was a bit noisy at times, but that’s expected for such a central spot. The service really stood out though—room service was quick, and they replied instantly through the app all the questions. Also made things easier for me and my boyfriend since we didn’t have to argue over who should call 😆 - Overall we enjoyed our stay

Room was spotless with a really comfortable bed and powerful shower. Really felt like a little bit of luxury. Perfectly located to walk all over Dublin. We couldn’t fault the hotel and would love to stay again some time. 5 🌟
• Odyssey02919785350 (10/5): Excellent - Excellent hotel with quick service. My girlfriend and I had a weekday break at Brooks and absolutely loved it. The staff were lovely, and they even have a virtual assistant in the room. We didn’t have to call anyone—I just typed a message and they sorted everything within a minute. The steak at the restaurant was also excellent. My girlfriend will definitely be talking about this on her podcast!!
