• Wendy (9/5): Amazing!! - Amazing location and lovely spacious apartment. Full kitchen, laundry, comfortable bed, large bathroom with bathtub and the best balcony for people watching. So many switches for lights & automatic blinds. Hot water wasn’t great when I wanted to take a bath.

Estaba todo muy bien comunicado para la llegada y entrar. Todo fue muy bien, es cierto que se gasto el agua caliente y tuvimos que esperar a que se calentará el depósito de nuevo. Llamamos y fueron muy amables.

• Lucia (10/5): Beautiful Apartment in a fantastic location - Fantastic location. Metro station right outside. Less than a 5 minute walk to Las Ramblas. Beautiful apartment. Wonderful tall ceilings and spacious. Super clean. Very comfortable bed. All facilities were provided, including a nespresso coffee machine. It even has a small terrace outside with seating. Nothing. As it is so central there is a lot of traffic noise but this didnt bother us.

• Anıl Mutlu (10/5): - The location is incredible. The Pg. de Gracia metro station is 4 meters from the door. A 24-hour supermarket is 4 meters away, and Aldi is 4 meters away from that. If you go uphill, you'll reach Pg. de Gracia; if you go downhill, La Rambla begins. The house was warm and modern and The kitchen was fully equipped. One of the most sensible house in Barcelona. We experienced the coldest weather possible in Barcelona. The air conditioning worked perfectly in the evening, but it wasn't working in the morning, and the house could be cold. We had a hot water problem the first night, but it was resolved quickly. We also couldn't get the jacuzzi motor to start. The double bed was very comfortable. But the one in the living room was equally uncomfortable.

• Tadashi (8/5): 給湯設備のアクシデントに見舞われたが、床面積が広く、ロケーションは最高でした。 - ロケーションは素晴らしいです。バルコニーからの眺めも最高です。 マジックキーというスマホアプリで開錠するシステムがまったく働かず、結局、運営会社のオフィスに赴いてフィジカルなキーで施錠・開錠するハメになった点。運が悪かったのだと思いますが、ビルディングのボイラーが故障して、お湯がまったくもって出なかったため、結局他のホテルに移動するハメになった点。パソコンを拡げて作業するデスクが無い点。結局ダイニングテーブルを壁際の電源近くに寄せて使用していた。

Ancak, bulunduğu kavşakta araç trafiği hiç bitmiyor ve biraz gürültülü, balkonda oturamazsınız. Ev, tam donanımlı fakat eşyalar biraz yıpranmış yenilenmeye ihityaç duyuyor. Kiralama şirketi ilgili, uygulama üzerinden hizmetler sorunsuz çalışıyor. Binada bagaj odası yok, 11:00 checkout sonrası bagajları 500 m ilerideki ofise saat 19:00 a kadar koyabiliyorsunuz.

• Tze (5/5): Average Experience - The location is excellent. The balcony is a plus point. Prompt response. 1. The bed is not hard enough 2. Experience multiple power tripped. Likely due to dryer running. 3. Hard to turn on some of the ceiling lights. No label what switch for to control which lights or blind. 4. Outdated TV set with no Netflix, back to 90s. 5. Keyless access is cool, but the application is slow 6. Need some minor repair on the cabinets. The edge are coming out or can’t close fully.

Very comfortable with all the mod cons. The entrance instructions were not super clear and the entry access is by an app on smart phone and it didn’t work! However, physical keys were available from Uma’s office down the road and we went and got those and then no problems!

The girls slept on a murphy bed in the living room. At this price point, would have been great to have a cold bottle of water or extra coffee pods to elevate the experience.

• Rayapalli (10/5): 5 STARS - I had an amazing 4-night stay at Uma Suites Passeig de Gràcia 16 in Barcelona. The house was impeccably clean and spotless, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The location is perfect for tourists, with several popular attractions nearby, such as Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, and the vibrant Plaça de Catalunya. The suite is conveniently situated opposite a metro station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. Additionally, it's close to a variety of shops and restaurants, offering plenty of options for dining and shopping. One of the highlights was the west-facing balcony, which allowed plenty of sunlight to flood into the room. A special mention to the gentleman at the reception who was very helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend Uma Suites Passeig de Gràcia 16 for its cleanliness, prime location, and excellent service. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again! However, due to the nearby road and ongoing construction work, some dirt can accumulate on the floor if the balcony door is left open for too long. Providing shower mats and floor mats would be a helpful addition to manage this.

• Michelle (10/5): Overall a great place, spacious and a great location! - The location was perfect. All the places we wanted to visit were walkable or the metro entrance was across the street. The view of the street and buildings was nice, although not as pretty as the pictures due to construction on every corner and no water in the fountain due to a water shortage, still fun to sit and watch the chaos of the city! The bed was very firm and needs new pillows!

The apartment was spotless and the balcony was fantastic. Not forgetting the spa bath- great after a tiring day of walking Some basics like coffee and salt and pepper would be nice in the kitchen. And a dustpan and brush.
