• Yolanda Harding (10/5): Excellent, will return - Family run hotel, great pizza and the service was excellent! Service is run by two brothers that are so attentive and helpful. Next to a supermarket and a short walk to beach, beach bars and everything you could need. Will definitely return! The pool is small and not heated, but completely understand the reason for it.

• Nils (10/5): Super gelegenes sauberes Hotel - Super nette Gastfamilie die mit Leidenschaft ein zentrales sauberes Hotel führt und stets hilfsbereit ist. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind benachtbart. Der Fön hat leider nicht funktioniert. Es wurde jedoch sofort angeboten dies zu beheben.

• Sara (10/5): Muy bien! - Todo muy bien. La habitación muy grande, cama muy comoda y baño muy limpio. Además limpian las habitaciones a diario. La piscina está genial para relajarte al final del día. El desayuno es bufet y está muy completo, tiene dulce y salado, lo mejor las tortitas y los crepes. Muy céntrico, está situado a 5 minutos de todos los bares y restaurantes.

Colazione sia salata che dolce. Vicinanza a ristoranti e bar. Dover pagare come "extra" della colazione, il cappuccino e il caffè espresso (entrambi buoni). La televisione in camera non riceve canali italiani.

• Florence (4/5): Meh - Good location, nice clean room. We booked a “balcony room” for the duration of our stay but were put in a ground floor room for the first night then had to move. The ground floor rooms have windows / doors facing the pool area, so we had to keep the curtains shut for privacy, which blocked out all the sunlight. There was no apology for this and we found it a bit cheeky when the receptionist then asked us to get cash from an ATM (€7 transaction fee) on our last day to pay a €4.50 minibar tab in cash when they had a working card machine, given how easygoing we had been about being put in the wrong room. The breakfast was also poor- no toaster and milk for cereal was warm; we ate breakfast elsewhere for the duration of our trip. Coffee was not included with breakfast so we paid 400 LEK each morning for them to make us one. The outdoor area is shabby; the pool is made from waterproof fabric with a wooden decking constructed around it and the sun loungers need replacing. There is lots of visible rubble surrounding the decking.

The place is run by a family and they are always available for help. Best part is the breakfast which is very good.

We arrived and the next day they had prepared a list for us of attractions in the area, best beaches to go to and restaurant recommendations etc. The breakfast was also delicious. • Elena (9/5): fantastic for value - Very comfy massive bed, spacious and brand new looking bathroom, parking right in front of the building but enough off the road so no need to worry, very friendly staff Nothing against the hotel at all, very grateful they were actually open, but this is clearly a summer place, it’s a lot of beach clubs that were all closed, it’s actually my preferred way to see beach clubs, without the other beach goers, I’m not a partier, but just something to bear in mind, there’s nothing else to do here but have it as a base for the National park etc, fantastic value for money as said base!

The attention to detail in room service and housekeeping was truly impressive. We had a restful and comfortable stay throughout our visit. Overall, Class Hotel Ksamil provided us with a memorable and relaxing vacation. I can't recommend this hotel enough for its exceptional staff, delicious food, comfortable rooms, and unbeatable view. It's a true gem in Ksamil.

• Kristin (8/5): Nice stay - The room was modern, clean and had a nice size. The staff was friendly and helped carrying the bags. Solid breakfast, many people wrote no coffee is included. When we visited there was instant coffee. Directly next to the hotel is a bus stop, which is perfect to travel to Saranda and Butrint. There are some nice restaurants in walking distance. For the beaches we had to walk a while, because the ones close to the hotel were the expensive ones. Our sink was clogged, but it got repaired pro-acticely with the next room service. Booking shows that card payment is possible - but only with a 3% fee!! If we knew this beforehand we probably wouldn't have booked this hotel. The lock on our door didn't work and we didn't have a 'Do not disturb sign" in our room. So we got disturbed a few times. I never been at a hotel with that many regulations and rule signs (some of them were weird). Our sink didn't have a plug so you had to be careful not to drop stuff in there.

• Gabriela (9/5): Nice stay! - Hotel was very good, room was confortable, balcony was cozy and everything was well as described in the pictures. Breakfast offered a good variety of food (but everyday the same), and everything was very clean. Staff was nice and helpful, specially the manager who suggested us some itineraries and trips in our first day (good tips!). The hotel did not offer neither one bottle of water in our arrival, and the amenities in the room was a bit poor for the type of hotel.

Because of the label of 4*, I expected to find at least some shampoo in the bathroom (there was only soap) and any products in the minibar (there was nothing).

We paid with card, so they took a 3% fee, which is not specified anywhere. If we knew we would have paid in cash.
