• Marie (5/5): Ellers likte vi leiligheten og stedet. - Sengene var ukomfortable. Den ene hadde veldig hard madrass, den andre myk og ujevn. Måtte bruke madrassen i ekstrasenga fra stua oppå den harde madrassen og den som lå på stua måtte ligge i bue.

• Nicole (5/5): Disappointing - The location of the apartment was great. Bidet leaking on bathroom floor. Sewer smell in ensuite bathroom. Very dark and dingy. Uncomfortable sofa bed. Two locations with the same name meant we got lost on check-in.
• Linda (5/5): My son and his family stayed there. My husband and I could not make the trip for health issues. Contact was good and so - Location and spacious The bed mattresses and springs were awful. This is the reason we would not book again.

• Robert (6/5): Be prepared for mosquitoes - A good sized apartment in walking distance of all the sites we wanted to see. Fairly well kitted out with kitchen facilities and washing machine. The area was overrun by mosquitoes and despite keeping windows shut and using insecticide and repellent, we were bitten quite badly at night. We used a quilt from the linen cupboard, and in addition to mosquitoes we believe we were also attacked by bed bugs which could only have come from the quilt.

• Fernando (8/5): Absolutely great, very recommended - One of the best hosts I have ever had. Fabio is simply amazing and went above and beyond to help when we had a last minute issue. This makes a total difference when you are away. Very good comms as well before and during the stay. The location is one of the best in Venice, with short walks to the main spots and to the boat stops. Big rooms, 2 bathrooms, good space, good air conditioning. The sofa bed in the living room is not very comfortable for adults (as most of the sofa beds). For kids it should be fine. The main bathroom has a bathtub but has no anti slip mat to prevent accidents, it can be dangerous. Apartment is in great shape, but a few minor tiles broken in the floor could at some point become an issue if people walk barefoot
• Amanda (9/5): Great value, great communication with some minor inconveniences - The location was perfect to explore! The apartment size was perfect for our family of 5. Washing machine was good. AC worked great! The communication was wonderful with Elena. We were provided with directions and lots of helpful information and recommendations. Bed was not that comfortable and there is no TV in the master bedroom. Some cracked tiles too. Bring your own coffee for the expresso stovetop! They came into the room while we were out to get the lockbox and complained that the AC and the lights were not shut off. You have to take your trash! Bring a portable clothesline if you’re doing laundry.

• Omar (7/5): Good location.. needs work. - Location was amazing. Large apartment with good facilities. Host is very nice and helpful.You have to take the trash out yourself at certain times in the morning.. which is odd.. because you are already paying a cleaning fee.. the main bedroom has a good bed.. but the second bedroom has an uncomfortable fold out bed.. and then there's also an uncomfortable sofa bed (not unexpected) in the living room . The main bathroom shower is useless because there is no where to hang the hand shower. If the owner could resolve the bedding and shower.. and just have the cleaning crew take out the garbage that would be great. Oh and the garbage is a huge deal because they remind you alot about it.

• Ariana (10/5): This was a great stay and exceeded my expectations! - I loved the setup of the apartment! It was so nice and spacious. The host was extremely friendly and even offered recommendations on how to get to different places and some of her favorite restaurants! The location was great and close to everything.
