- Robert (7/5): Es wäre empfehlenswert mehr in den Unterhalt zu legen, denn das Appartement ist nett und liegt gut. - Die Lage haben wir uns gut ausgesucht. Mit dem Appartement waren wir selbstständig unterwegs. An vielen Orten müsste gereinigt werden z. B Kleiderschranktablare, unter Teppich in der Küche beim Sofa, in einigen Schränken der Küche. Ebenso würde es an vielen Orten Reparaturen brauchen z. B. Stuhl und Tisch schaukelt, zweite Sonnenblende im Schlafzimmer fehlt,; vielleicht könnten auch alte Kleber an der Wand entfernt werden oder Bohrlöcher überstrichen werden.

- Jean (8/5): - Perfectly located, in a quiet spot, but close to everything at the same time. A few streets away from the growling crowds, so that's a big plus. Super clean and confortable, the bed was nice and comfy. Minor details : there was no shampoo and very little soap and toilet paper... Also, must be the season, but the Venice mosquitos had a feast. Globally, we highly recommend.

- Nadine (5/5): The apartment was clean and centrally located. - Location was great. It was a short walk from the train station and found it no problem. Great area for restaurants, and grocery store in piazza. Gondola rides just steps away. The view from the bedroom is amazing. The kitchen was well equipped. Great area for exploring the city, Start the day with a cafe and end the day with a gelato, both just around the corner. It was odd that we were asked to ensure the unit was clean and ready for other guests when we left including removal of the limited refuse from our two night stay. The courtyard area is incredibly small and is located in the communal front entry, next to a residents from door as well as the garbage. It was dark and not comfortable. It was not inviting with no place to sit and relax. Stairs to the apartment are not for the faint of heart.

- Griesbacher-holzer (10/5): Nice apartment, very well located. - The apartment is small but nice. It is in an old venetian house so everything is as espected. It is very well located, next to the train station and not far from the canal grande. Highly recommended!! The warm water was a little problematic. The Bed for the kids is in the same room as the kitchen. You have to fold it to a sofa wenn you want to eat. The apartment is quite small, but ok for a family with 2 younger kids.
