• Kevin (7/5): Birthday - Grazioso appartamento a Neuperlach, circa 20/30 minuti di metro dal centro di Monaco. La stanza disponeva di un piccolo angolo cottura per poter cucinare inoltre c'era frigo, bollitore, macchina caffè ecc! Olio aceto sale presenti! Dotato di un divano e un letto matrimoniale grande. Piccolo bagno con doccia. Illuminazione camera buona, finestre apribili. Parcheggio gratuito in strada. Nel complesso è andato tutto bene. Solo alcune precisazioni: L'asciugacapelli rotto in bagno lo toglierei e lascerei quello funzionante sotto il lavandino. Aggiungerei una spugnetta quelle gialle e verdi per lavare le stoviglie. Almeno un appoggia trolley in stanza dovrebbe esserci, altrimenti lo si ha sempre in mezzo ai piedi!

• Gabriele (9/5): Für vier Nächte eine empfehlenswerte Bleibe - Das Appartement war sehr geräumig, sehr sauber, sogar für Kaffee und Tee war gesorgt. Zum Innenhof gelegen, deshalb besonders ruhig, der Zugang mit Nummerncode problemlos. Angenehm auch die Nähe gelegene U-Bahn Station, man kommt ohne Umsteigen zu müssen zum Odeonsplatz. Das einzige, was mir weniger gefiel, war die Beleuchtungssituation. Die Stehlampe gab nicht ausreichend Licht zum Lesen und über dem Esstisch war keine Lampe angebracht, sodass abends eine heimelige Atmosphäre nicht entstehen könnte.

• Glenn (9/5): - Nice modern apartment, equipped with kitchen and spacious bathroom. Close to Neuparlach Shopping Centre. Bathroom had no shower curtains so water went everywhere. Sofa bed was a bit too soft and blanket was a bit too hot for the season I stayed. Location-wise it is a bit far from Munich city centre, although its close to the U5 line which gets you there in around 20 minutes

• Maiglid (7/5): Good stay in Munich! - Close to métro Station, everything was clean, well furnished. The room was not prepared for three people, we tried to open the sofa and it was broken. We contacted customer service and changed room.

We went around the blocks to find the room as there was no clear signage outside. the rooms with a terrace and suits without terrace are in the different building.

• Robin (3/5): Sehr laute Unterkunft für Partypublikum - Das Zimmer an sich war ganz nett eingerichtet, auch wenn die Dusche sehr eng war. Bin nach einer Nacht vorzeitig umgezogen, weil an Schlafen nicht zu denken war! Ich bin kein lärmempfindlicher Mensch, aber in dem Zimmer hört man alles. Vorallem, wenn das "Hotel" von Langzeitbewohnern belegt ist, die bis spät in die Nacht laut Musik hören. Alles super hellhörig, die Türen knallen im Minutentakt laut zu - wirklich kein schöner Ort zum Schlafen. Da kein Personal vor Ort ist, hätte ich selber an den verschiedenen Zimmer klopfen müssen um die Leute darauf anzusprechen oder die Polizei rufen. Das Zimmer an sich war nett, leider sinnlos wenn das Hauptziel einer Übernachtung (Schlafen) nicht möglich ist.

• Andrea (6/5): Esperienza da non ripetere - Vicina a un comodo centro commerciale e non lontano dalla metro Difficoltà nella comunicazione; e’ stato più volte richiesto il codice di accesso alla camera per problemi di ricezione cellulare e sempre si ha avuto una risposta in automatico nonostante avessi scaricato la loro app. Difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio Rubinetto del avendo guasto già all’arrivo, chiamata assistenza che ha detto di fare un video e inviarlo; e’ stato fatto immediatamente ma in tre giornate trascorse lì non si è visto nessuno. Anche la luce del cucinino non funzionava e la macchina per il caffè era mal funzionante. Viaggio molto e spesso a Monaco, sia in hotel che appartamenti, questa ad oggi è stata la peggiore esperienza e spero l’ultima

• JOSE MARIA (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena para moverte por Múnich. La habitación estába muy limpia. El acceso es muy cómodo a través de código. Las indicaciones eran muy exactas. La relación calidad precio es adecuada. El personal de limpieza muy amable y profesional. El tamaño de la habitación es aceptable Solo limpian una vez a la semana y no hay elementos para limpiar nosotros (fregona, escoba). No tiene parking. Hicieron un test del sistema de seguridad antiincendios un día que nosotros no podíamos estar y nos avisaron el día anterior diciéndonos que si no podíamos estar que no dejáramos nada de valor en la habitación, por lo que r te dimos que no asumían responsabilidad sobre la actuación del personal que realizaba la inspección. Colchón demasiado blando y edredón corto.

• Annette (10/5): - Sehr ruhig, obwohl man direkt an der Straße wohnt hört man gar nichts. Es war alles Super. Kleinigkeit wie Backpapier wären noch toll gewesen aber ansonsten alles prima.
• Kirsten (6/5): Längst nicht so schön wie auf den Fotos - Es war sauber und der Schriftverkehr war super nett. Gute Ausstattung der Küchenzeile. Bequemer Check-in. Die Duschtür schloss nicht gut und das ganze Bad stand nach dem Duschen unter Wasser. Es gab zu wenige Handtücher zum Aufputzen. Außerdem ist die Dusche extrem klein. Das Schlimmste; Mitten in der Nacht klingelte die Türglocke und einige betrunkene Männer donnerten an meine Tür und grölten herum. Sehr unangenehm. Das Zimmer war längst nicht so schön wie auf den Fotos.

• alex976tnt (8/5): Fair, well connected and comfortable. - The room makes the most out of the small footprint it has. It does nail the basics and the view is also decent. The value is also fair, getting what you’re paying for. The toaster made one of the room’s breaker pop and the entire kitchen corner stopped working, as the electricity got cut off. Fortunately, the room has multiple breakers, therefore the other parts were still working after the occurrence (namely the bathroom, the bedside appliaces ecc.). Though the staff solved it after a day or so.

• Katie (8/5): Good value for money - The basics amneities were there and in good shape. Everything was clean, the internet worked nicely, a few coffee capsules and teabags were given as well. Basically, everything we needed to use was provided. We considered it a good value for money. The location wasn't as convenient but it was close to the ubahn station. Also we weren't aware there wasn't any cleaning service because we would have loved to have a change of fresh towels. The cutlery were a bit dirty but nothing a little dishwashing detergent can't get rid of.

• Ilaria (7/5): - Posizione abbastanza comoda e parcheggi liberi sempre disponibili Non dovrebbero chiamare "suite" una semplice camera matrimoniale con bagno senza bidet Dovrebbero avere operatori sul posto per eventuali esigenze immediate, noi avevamo dei vicini di stanza rumorosissimi, ascoltavano la musica a volume altissimo anche di notte , ma non potevamo farlo presente a nessuno. Consiglio di far trovare nella stanza anche un po di detersivo per piatti

Klantenservice heeft dit samen met ons proberen op te lossen en ons daar a een extra kamer aangeboden zodat wij alsnog gebruik konden maken van de koelkast Mooi appartement
