• Caroline (8/5): Correct - L’emplacement est parfait, la salle de bain est propre le reste de l’appartement est moderne il mériterait un petit rafraîchissement mais c’est très correct. Le mitigeur de température de douche dysfonctionne. Par ailleurs nous avons eu une coupure d’électricité de tout le quartier tout une journée mais cet événement reste exceptionnel je pense.

• Vittorio (8/5): - Struttura carina, pulita, nel quartiere di Cannaregio, abbastanza facile da raggiungere. Dalla stazione dista circa 25 minuti a piedi. Appartamento abbastanza silenzioso, non molto luminoso, ma buon punto di partenza per girare Venezia 2-3 giorni. Vi è un angolo cottura e una stanza divisa in due da un armadio dove da un lato ci sono un divano letto ed un tavolo e dall’altro un letto matrimoniale Divano letto non comodissimo, il materasso è un po’ sottile Sarebbe comoda una macchinetta del caffè con le cialde per farsi una colazione nell’appartamento
• Rebecca (5/5): Super localisation avec plein de bistrots autour. - Très bonne localisation. Appartement simple et fonctionnel. La personne responsable de nous laisser les clés et de répondre à nos questions n'a pas été à la hauteur du tout, nous laissant notamment dehors un soir car le boîtier à code ne fonctionnait pas et qu'il avait oublié de nous laisser une clé. Heureusement que nous avons pu compter sur d'aimables voisins!

• Mariarosaria (10/5): Soggiorno piacevole a Venezia - L'appartamento è ubicato in una zona tranquilla ma centrale e ciò ci ha permesso di raggiungere , in pochi minuti e a piedi,i luoghi più iconici di Venezia.É inoltre luminoso e provvisto di ogni confort oltre ad essere pulitissimo. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'accoglienza di Alvise che è stato paziente e gentile nel fornirci tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il soggiorno.Sicuramente ci torneremo!!☺️
• Josep (8/5): Arredamento moderno e accogliente. Buona situazuone. - Struttura accogliente e pulita. Non c’era niente di benvenuto, ne acqua, non c’era neanche un po di caffè. I barattoli erano lí, ma tutti vuoti.

It was clean, secure, and late check-in was accomm - The property was located on a nice place where its easy to travel around Venice. The property was clean and well secured. Late check in were provided. Additionally, basic amenities such as tea/coffee, and sugar were not provided upon check-in, which would have made the stay even more convenient. No soap/shower gel was not provided. Iron box provided was leaking.

• Pizzi (7/5): Lugar cómodo para dos personas en un lugar tranquilo de Venecia. - Lugar tranquilo, alejado a pocos metros del centro. No es un lugar cómodo para una familia de matrimonio y dos chicos. Me hicieron llevar la basura a varias cuadras del hospedaje, segun ellos por la legislación de Venecia.

• Victoria (8/5): Everything was good. The general thing to not about Venice is that walking around to get to your hotel with suitcases is - Near everything. Modern and clean. Beds comfortable. Tv remote was broken. We left two jackets and notified host within 30 minutes of departure and we never heard back.
