• Fasanelli (9/5): - Habitación cómoda y confortable. Muy cerca de la estación de tren Napoli Centrale, lo que lo hace muy cómodo para el traslado a y desde Nápoles. A pocos minutos a pie de la zona céntrica. Personal muy amable, nos permitieron el ingreso antes del horario de check in y resolvieron todas nuestras necesidades. Sin que sea algo propio del alojamiento (Nápoles es muy particular), el entorno y el edificio en sí nos son de los mejores, pero todo cambia al ingresar al piso del alojamiento, que está impecable. Esto es una particularidad de la personalidad de Nápoles, por lo que una vez entendido esto, está todo bien.

Bolo čisto,každý deň upratané izba Neapol je dosť špinavé mesto a je to vidieť v uliciach všade. Ale neodradilo ma to si Neapol užiť. Pozor na zlodejov!

• Stefanie (7/5): Gute Lage - Sehr nettes Personal, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und groß, Bett ist sehr bequem. Es war leider sehr kalt im Zimmer - das Klimagerät-Heizung hat leider nicht ausreichend gewärmt. Auch konnte man jeden Lärm von der Straße hören. Das Frühstück war leider etwas enttäuschend, man musste in das gegenüberliegende Kaffee gehen wo man mittels Coupon sich Frühstück holen konnte. Leider gibt es dort keine Sitzgelegenheiten. Auch das Personal kennt sich nicht sehr gut mit den Coupons aus und auch wir wussten nicht genau was in diesem Frühstück genau inkludiert war. Der Kaffee und auch die Croissants waren jedoch sehr gut.

• Krista (10/5): Perfect stay! - This was easily one of the best places we have stayed in Italy it was super clean and the host was very very kind. It was very secure and I felt safe with my small kids. It was right by the train station! Naples is our home and this area has tons of kitte shops and things around it. The free breakfast was super good too!

• Sarah (9/5): Clean room, comfy bed and really friendly/helpful check-in staff. - Clean room, comfy bed, really friendly/helpful check-in staff, walking distance to the main station/metro and main tourist streets. Kitchenette and fridge a nice touch for those on a budget. Breakfast (coffee and a croissant) is served in the coffee-shop downstairs, which works perfectly well. Plenty of decent pizza and pasta places within walking distance, and a couple of mini-marts. Don't be put off by the slight shabbiness of the formally grand entry hall - the B&B itself is pleasant. Just walk up the stairs!
• Mauricio (7/5): Adequado aos meus objetivos de viagem - A localização próxima a estação de trens e de onibus foi um fator importante na escolha da estadia; porque usei estes transportes para deslocamento para Pompéia, Vesúvio e para Sorrento. Um ponto muito positivo foi que o quarto tinha limpeza diária com troca de toalhas., o que é raro neste tipo de hospedagem. O quarto tinha um bom tamanho e os itens básicos. Gostei muito da interação com os proprietários Sergio/Augusto, antes da minha chegada, por trocas de mensagens e de como foi resolvido a questão do check-in a noite. Apesar de eu considerar a localização pratica para meus objetivos de viagem e não ter passado por nenhuma situação de risco, eu não me senti muito seguro andando na região, principalmente a noite. Apesar de não ter tido nenhum problema durante a estadia o fato de não ter ninguém no local durante o dia e principalmente a noite pode ser um problema, principalmente se você não conseguir se comunicar em italiano ou inglês.
• Shay, Australia (9/5): Napoli.B&B - The room was a decent size. Very clean with all amenities needed for short stay. The host, Davide, was wonderful. Very patient and kind with his assistance getting me to the property. Despite the noise in the streets below, it seemed well soundproofed. The bed was large and comfortable. Despite the area, as a solo senior traveller, I felt safe walking around and coming back from local supermarket after dark. The main streets are busy. Nothing with the accommodation and facilities. The area wasn't great, but my choice to stay close to railway station. B&B location is a little hard to find. The € .20 for lift wasn't an issue. It was just needing to remember to have the change handy. It is small but fine with only one person and a single suitcase.

• Amy (9/5): - The staff are amazing kind and welcoming. If you are looking for a traditional hotel experience, this is not the place. If you want to experience the heart of n Naples, then you've come to the right place. It is located very close to Napoli Centrale and not terribly far from the ferry and cruise ship terminals. Cafe Moreno is across the street for take away coffees and spirits. The pictures are very well shot but be prepared for a quiet, comfortable and non hotel experience. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk to the train station, the buses to the airport, actually easy access to all attractions and restaurants! Probably no easy access to the elevator, but not a deal breaker.

It is located above the storefront so it can get a tad loud at night but if you want to be in the city, thats what you get. I loved my stay & the bed was very comfy! Oh yeah, thank you for letting me get my key early & drop my bag off, lifesavers.
• Popi (10/5): Exceptional - We spent two days in Naples and stayed at Smeraldo Suite – such a great experience! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and fresh towels were provided every day. Our host, Augusto, was incredibly welcoming and gave us great tips on what to see and do in the area. When we checked out but had a late flight, he kindly arranged a locker for our luggage so we could enjoy the rest of our day stress-free. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the metro, train station, and airport buses. Highly recommend this place, not only for the comfort and location, but especially for Augusto’s warm and helpful hospitality
• Anthony (9/5): Gem near train station - Staff were very friendly, welcoming, and had great communication. Room was good and bed was comfortable. Luggage storage was a bonus! Lift in building costs 0.20.
• Denise (6/5): Good as a pit stop, safe place for luggage, private shower and bed, newer interiors - Updated interiors, better than other places in surrounding areas, clean bedsheet, towel smelled like vinegar, but I know some cleaning items do have vinegar in them. There is a fridge stocked with water bottles. There are cups, teabags, and sugar. There is a safe in the wall, there’s a balcony, but the view is not the best, you get what you pay for. The manager speaks good English, and is accommodating. The location is very close to the train station. It is accessible and there are a variety of food options nearby. Also, the area is highly diverse in terms of culture and ethnicity,which can be interesting on many levels. The streets going to the suite feels unsafe. We got followed by a male from McDonald’s going to the main entrance and it appears like he is asking for money or something. I suggest to avoid walking alone at night. The surrounding area is also full of trash and homeless people, but I guess that is just how that side of Naples is. There are lots of tourists during the day and a bustling street. If you’re a light sleeper try to bring earplugs as the noise from the streets can still be heard from the suite. the lift going to your suite is ancient and asking for 20cents per trip. The hallways are not new feel sketchy but maybe that’s normal in budget hotels. The bathroom is generally clean but may need more deep cleaning on every nook and cranny, especially that the wall panels have waved patterns and the bottom of the shower’s glass door has some mildew and maybe soap scum. It still feels clean though and better than other budget accommodations nearby.

• Juan (5/5): You can look for better options for the price. - Easy to access from the airport and the Naples train station. It was not as expected. It looked different in the pictures. It needed some work done in the room.

• Rory (7/5): 3 day stay in Naples - The room was well kitted and clean, done in a modern and tasteful manner. The Host was informative and quick to respond to messages. The property is conveniently located to the Napoli Central Train Station. The property is located in an area which doesn't feel safe to walk about in. I understand the structure is old, however more attention should be given to the maintenance of the lift. As there is no assistance with luggage, it's challenging to get up and down the stairs when travelling with full suitcases.

We find the place easily. it is very close to the central train station (5 minutes) so very practical to go to Pompeï, Ercolano or in the historical center by foot or by metro. The room is quite big and very clean. we enjoy our stay in this place and in Napoli.
• Nathaly (9/5): It was a comfortable overnight stay. - It is easy to find and to get to from Naples Central station. The instructions were good and easy to follow. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and with good temperature (AC) with the windows closed. I slept very well and felt safe in the building and coming in to and out of it. The room smelled and looked clean and it was spacious. I would have preferred to have a softer flat sheet and cleaner smelling bed cover and towels.

Host was amazing, happy to help with anything what I asked for and give some tips to explore Naples easier. Location is perfect, fiew steps to main train station and all main places to visit. Also is just 10min walk to pizzeria with Michelin star since 2012. Delicious snacks in the room and so yummy breakfast in the cafe next to hotel. Everything was perfect and if we visit Napoli again we definitely will stay in this place😊
