• Armelle (6/5): Un hôtel très bien situé, mais aux prestations de services insuffisantes - Excellent emplacement dans NYC. Espace café / thé et eau filtrée, très pratique le matin et pour remplir la gourde. Possibilité d'avoir un check-out offert jusqu'à midi selon les disponibilités. Personnel très peu aimable, qui prend vraiment les clients pour des imbéciles. Le temps d'attente à la réception est surréaliste (plus de 40 min pour faire le check-in et 20 min pour le check-out). Lobby et parties communes sales. Chambre à la propreté douteuse et aux meubles très fatigués. Lits et matelas qui s'effondrent tellement ils sont vieux... Très bruyant, même au 10ème étage, en raison d'une caserne de pompier à proximité. Mais c'est NYC, c'est bruyant partout !

• Stacey (9/5): It was a nice hotel with a great location. - The location was great. The hotel was beautiful. The sheets were scratchy/itchy. The TV not having the ability to let me log into my TV apps was disappointing.
• Magdalena (8/5): Nice location hotel - We liked the location very much, walking distance from Time Square, Central Park, etc. We also used a little kitchenette in a room as we had to prepare some baby food. It was also nice to be able to drink coffee and tea in the morning. Still a bit noisy from the street. The ventilation system is also loud, so we preferred to turn it off for the night.

Our last day we waited over 10 minutes on the 11th floor and neither elevator ever stopped on our floor. We had to carry our bags down the stairs. We were never told about the drinking water refill area on bottom floor - found out by chance from another guest on the last day. It would have been helpful to know!

E para sair de manhã demorava bastante. Poderia ter talheres, pratos e copos de vidro no quarto, já que tinha frigobar e microondas, e assim poderíamos fazer pequenas refeições no quarto.
• Yair (8/5): Good hotel - Excellent value for money - central location - The staff was friendly and efficient. They also decided to upgrade our reservation for free and let us know upon arrival. We got a very comfy and large room on the tenth floor. It was very clean and the beds were excellent. The room didn't have any facilities for making a cup of tea or coffee. After 2 days my wife just approched the staff at the front desk and asked for a kettle which they immediatley supplied, but with no glasses, tea spoons, coffee or tea bags. We managed by ourselves and it was ok, but really this was the only "bad" experience. Quite surprising really, as this is the first hotel ever that we have been to which didn't have the option to make coffee and tea in the room.

We also loved the morning coffee and granola bars - great boost before heading out for theater and sight-seeing! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Finally, the location was perfect for our needs. We found great restaurants and bars nearby, and it was a quick walk to various theaters. The elevators were a little slow, especially with one not working. It's an older hotel, so it's understandable that they needed to do some maintenance and updating.

• U4383NDjessicap (8/5): Great location, good facilities, would stay again - Hotel location was perfect and so close to Times Square. Rooms were decent enough, probably a bit tired and not very sound proof (we were on the 10th floor) but that’s what you get for staying in a very busy city! Also we only used the room as a pit stop. Facilities in the hotel were great and they also had somewhere to fill your water bottles which was essential for the long days of walking. Some of the lifts were out of action so we did find it a long wait sometimes. Luckily we were able to traverse the stairs, but I can imagine the lift situation would be difficult for people with mobility issues. Staff were helpful, especially the doormen. Overall I would recommend Belvedere. It isn’t a luxury hotel but it’s great if you just need somewhere to lay your head!

They also happily stored my luggage for f - The Belvedere Hotel is in a perfect location for going to a Broadway show. Everything is so close, theatres, restaurants and excitement! The only drawback was the elevators! One was broken, but they let us use the freight elevators, so it worked out!

• antonio (8/5): Super séjour à conseiller vivement surtout en famille - Emplacement incroyable à 2 rue de Times squares, hôtel très confortable avec des chambres spacieuses et une salle de bain bien équipée. Le personnel très attentif et bonus nous avions réservé sans le petit déjeuné mais il était possible de prendre un café/thé/chocolat à une machine qui était à disposition. Content de mon choix!

• Raquel (5/5): - La ubicación es excelente. Perfecto para empezar el día el café/ tė/ cacao y barritas de muesly que te ofrecen todas las mañanas en el lobby. Autoservicio. El primer día tuvimos problema con la tele y frío y enseguida mandaron al técnico para solucionarlo. Necesita , por lo menos en la habitación que estuvimos, renovar muebles, baño y colchones. No correspondía con las fotos de la web, que aunque se ve mobiliario clásico, pero nuestra habitación no estaba como las fotos. La bañera resbalaba mucho y tuvimos que poner cada día una toalla para asegurar de no caernos. Los colchones se hundían hacia el centro. Estábamos una cuarta planta y con esas ventanas se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle. El tiempo de espera de los ascensores demasiado largo.
• Florencia (9/5): Cómodo, bien ubicado, limpio. Recomendable - La ubicación es ideal, pleno Times Square, a metros del subte. Nuestra habitación era doble, teníamos 2 camas grandes, muy cómodas. El cuarto es muy amplio y limpio. Cuenta con un placard con estantes y perchero, secador de pelo, batas y plancha de ropa. El baño es amplio y cómodo, la presión de la ducha siempre fue buena y el agua caliente. De 7am a 10am sirven café de máquina, te y chocolate caliente con barritas de cereal, hay lugar espacioso para desayunar ahí mismo. El personal siempre fue muy amable y con buena predisposición. Tanto al check in como al check out nos guardaron las valijas. Me encantó el hotel está muy bien por ser un 3 estrellas es genial. Cómodo y bien ubicado, cerca de todo caminando Los ascensores, mucha veces tardaban en venir y cuando lo hacían a veces llenos de gente

• DeepC (7/5): - Location Size Cleanliness We were woken up after 10 at night from sleep with the person at the desk asking us to come down and pay our security deposit. When i sleepily said I'll do it the next morning, they deactivated our card, which we found out the next morning as we came back with our morning coffee! Probably the person was having a bad day. Another negative thing was that room service didn't replenish soaps.
• Guy (9/5): Very clean, great location - Many international guests, many languages spoken in elevator- I’m American from Iowa, but I enjoy meeting and talking with people from other places
• Alon (8/5): - Excellent location in the very heart of Hells Kitchen, minutes from Times Square. Staff very friendly and helpful, very spacious room, free morning coffee in lobby. Elevators were a problem. Too few, too slow. Gym was much too basic, not of reasonable level/equipment for a proper workout.
• Christine (7/5): - Location was great. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to explore. Lifts were very slow.
• Scipione (7/5): Will stay again - We liked that it was off the beaten path a bit and yet close to the theater district. I lov e to walk in NY, and other areas are not far, Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick's, Columbus Circle and Central Park. No complaints here.

• Jonathon Kitchens (10/5): Great midtown value - For midtown Manhattan the rooms are really quite big! Very friendly staff that was helpful in accomodating my request for a room away from the elevator. Definitely will go back. I really have no complaints. For the price this is an amazing value. I will definitely stay again.
