- Aliexpress (6/5): - В целом расположение очень хорошее. Недалеко от метро. Буквально метров 15 от выхода из него. Выходов конечно много. Но самый дальний ближе всего к дому. Дом красивый. В общем пространстве чисто. Оставили нам конфетки и сухарики с джемом. И ещё бисквитные сладости. По одной штуке. А ещё две бутылки с водой в холодильнике. Вешалок достаточно. Подушки были комфортные для нас. Минусов гораздо больше. И это очень сильно омрачило наше проживание. К сожалению, моему мужу вообще не понравилось проживание здесь. Маленькая душная комната. Дверь в ванной не закрывалась. Возле бочка слива плесень. Чайник в накипе. В холодильнике отсутствует полочка. Вентеляционная решетка в пыли. На постельном белье было пару пятен. Но думаю это те пятна которые невозможно вывести. А так постельное было чистое. Но это ничего по сравнению с тем что нас ждали ночью. Стены не то что бы из картона, я б сказала из фольги. Такая слышимость что можно было разобрать каждое слов. В случае если мы бы понимали итальянский. Была одна пара девушек в первый вечер. Ничего не стеснялись, ни стонов ни воплей ни хренового вокала. В последний день нашего проживания люди как в проходной двор. Приходили уходили по несколько раз. Ночью. В общем для длительного проживания вообще не рекомендую это место

- montserrat (5/5): NO LO RECOMIENDO - viaje de familia, 4 personas, la habitación que nos dieron era muy justa, una cama doble, un sofa cama y una cama supletoria, todo muy junto y justo, el baño correcto, no se puede considerar un hotel, no hay nadie en la recepcion, todo el trato por WhatsApp, es un piso con habitaciones, asi lo puedo definir. El desayuno, fatal, te dan unos vales para ir a una pastelería, cafeteria, con un cafè o capuchino o agua y un croissant, y sin hablar el idioma y no entendernos me toco pagar suplemento, lo de desayuno incluido es un decir... nunca me habia encontrado con un desayuno incluido con estas codiciones, del precio de booking se añaden 60€ de tasas... en fin no repetiremos... habitacion pequeña para 4 peersonas adultas, sin espacio para moverte y dejar las cosas, no es hotel, es un piso con habitaciones, sin personal que te atienda personalmente, ubiacion normal, desayuno fatal, es en otro edificio, te dan un vale y escojer nada y menos, y como no te entiendas bien lo que pidas te hace pagar suplemento, yo el primer dia 9€ tube que pagar... en fin.... no volveremos

- Erik (9/5): - Schoon en naast de metro. Ontbijt was bij een bakkertje om de hoek. 1 koffie en 1 broodje was inbegrepen. Dit was wel wat karig.
- Tami Leinaweaver (6/5): - Cleanliness. Parking was close by. The kitchen area that you share had 4 or 5 air fresheners going. I'm allergic to that and sneezed a good bit of the stay. I had to make a mad dash to get to the bedroom or the exit door. The parking garage door would not open for the longest time.
- Luigi (9/5): Consigliato - Host molto cordiale e disponibile. Posizione ottima, in una bella zona residenziale. La struttura è molto vicina alla metro e servita dai principali bus verso il centro. Disponibilità ad usare servizi come macchinetta del caffè o forno a microonde. Colazione discreta presso un bar vicino.
- Katarzyna (6/5): Pobyt w porządku na max 2 noce - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko metra, autobusów, dużo restauracji, sklepów i drogerii. Wygodne łóżko. Wydawało się być czysto, ale pod prysznicem było sporo kamienia, podłoga nie była dobrze odkurzona i umyta. Było sporo niestartego kurzu np. Na ramie łóżka. Prysznic był w pokoju i nie był odpowiednio zabezpieczony, przez co woda wylewała się na zewnątrz. Ręczniki wymagają wymiany, dużo ręczników miało dziury albo plamy. Nie ma sensu brać śniadania, bo jest droższe niż kupiłoby się samemu (śniadanie to tylko croissant i kawa w lokalu obok)

- Lisa (5/5): Problematic - The place was clean and good for a short stay. We checked in late and were assured keys would be left out for us, but they weren't we had to spend all night in the kitchenette. They said they would refund us for the first night, they never refunded us.
- Patrick (8/5): Gute Lage für einen Besuch im Zentrum - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah an der Metro, was natürlich ein Pluspunkt ist. Dadurch ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sodass man alles gut verstauen konnte. Zudem ist es mordern eingerichtet, mit den typisch südländischen Fehlern. Es gab gratis Kaffee, welcheb man sich jeden Tag ziehen konnte. Auch die Kommunikation zur Gastgeberin funktionierte einwandfrei und man konnte rein und raus wie man selbst wollte. In der Nähe gab es ein gutes Frühstückscafé namens Pompi, wo man sehr gute Backwaren und Kaffee bekommt. Natürlich auch andere Sachen. Auch umliegende Geschäfte wie Supermärkte oder Essensglegebheiten Ware vorhanden. Leider war es sehr hellhörig. Unter der Tür war ein großer Spalt, wodurch man alle anderen Gäste (3 Zimmer) beim reinkommen in die Unterkunft hören konnte. Auch wenn jemand unten der Türöffner drückte für die Unterkünfte, ertönte dieser auch oben. Dies empfanden wir als störend. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut. Wir persönlich schlafen eigentlich mot offenen Fenster, aber dies war aufgrund der Lautstärke der Straße nicht möglich (Autos, Müllabfuhr etc.). Was uns persönlich negativ in Erinnerung geblieben war, war das durch die Unterkunft gebuchte Taxi. Auf den vereinbarten Preis kamen plötzlich am Ende noch 10% Steuern, was so eigentlich nicht ist. Alle anderen Anbieter sind günstiger und man bezahlt wirklich nur den vereinbarten Preis.

- Patricia (10/5): No frills comfort and cleanliness - Very clean and neat - perfect location in relation to where my daughter is living. The staff I encountered was friendly and helpful (via WhatsApp and the cleaning lady). Self check in was easy - though a little intimidating for a first-time visitor to Rome (I didn’t expect there to be other businesses in the building!) Two minor complaints - I asked them to arrange my transport from the airport to the guest house and the driver never showed up. And the two flight walk up with luggage (on a hot night) was unwelcome after a long travel day. A/C in the room didn’t work first night, but once they got it going, it was perfect. Once I was settled in and got over that hurdle, no complaints.

- Fortunatina (9/5): non vedo l'ora di tornare! - Viaggio di lavoro, due persone, una notte. Camera nuovissima, non molto grande ma ben arredata e pulita. Bagno nuovo con doccia molto spaziosa (aumenterei gli appoggi per i saponi e gli asciugamani ). Posizione eccezionale! zona tranquilla e vivibilissima, poco trafficata (rispetto al caos del centro) ma allo stesso tempo molto comoda e vicinissima alla Metro A (50 mt) stazione Re di Roma, a sole 2 fermate dalla Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano e con la quale abbiamo raggiunto facilmente San Pietro e il centro monumentale della città. Nonostante un piccolo errore (2 letti separati invece di 1 matrimoniale, richiesta disattesa ma che in realtà era stata da me modificata successivamente alla prenotazione) l'host si è dimostrata molto gentile e premurosa, oltre che precisissima nelle sue indicazioni, arrivate tutte tramite messaggio. Anche i ristoranti nei dintorni da lei suggeriti sono stati pienamente al di sopra delle nostre aspettative: molto frequentati da gente del luogo, servono ottimo cibo a prezzi più che onesti. Ci siamo ripromessi di tornare con la famiglia!

- Viviana (10/5): - Siamo spesso a Roma e per motivi familiari e soggiorniamo sempre in questo posto. La posizione per noi è molto comoda, ma in generale essendo di fronte a alla stazione della metro lo è per chi voglia esplorare la città senza auto. C'è possibilità di parcheggio sia in quello della struttura sia in un uno proprio accanto. Posto pulito e accogliente!
- Anaïs (9/5): Je recommande ! - Emplacement parfait (à deux pas du métro et quartier vivant), joli appartement avec une propreté impeccable, check-in au top avec des instructions claires et précises 👌 J’aurais aimé être prévenue du passage de la femme de ménage dans ma chambre pendant le séjour et pouvoir décliner le service. La chambre est mal insonorisée j’ai eu des difficultés à m’endormir malheureusement..

Top per la posizione, a due passi dalla metro e ha un comodissimo parcheggio sotterraneo H24 a dieci metri !!! (Ca. 20 € x una giornata ) È il mio punto riferimento per Roma ora !! Grazie
