- Christina (9/5): Tolle Mitarbeiter im Hotel! - Der Aufenthalt entsprach definitiv dem Preisleistungsverhältnis. Das Menu dort ist auch sehr gut. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Meine Tochter konnte auch entspannt schwimmen im Outdoor Pool. Aber ganz besonders war das Personal. Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich!!! Ich bin aus privaten Gründen nach Armenien gereist und habe Hilfe gebraucht…. Und besonders eine Mitarbeiterin im Hotel hat sich so sehr bemüht mir zu helfen!!! Und auch in der Stadt waren die Armenier total zuvorkommend. Im Großen und Ganzen ganz toll gewesen!

Pokoje czyste i zadbane, z wygodnymi łóżkami, które sprzyjają odpoczynkowi po całym dniu zwiedzania. Łazienka dobrze wyposażona – dostępne były szampon, żel pod prysznic oraz szczoteczki do zębów, co jest miłym udogodnieniem. Dużym plusem jest codzienna wymiana ręczników, która podnosi komfort pobytu. Lokalizacja również na plus – hotel znajduje się stosunkowo blisko centrum, a w pobliżu jest metro, co ułatwia poruszanie się po mieście. To solidny wybór dla osób szukających komfortowego, czystego hotelu w dobrej lokalizacji, zarówno na krótki, jak i dłuższy pobyt. Na minus należy jednak zaliczyć brak ekspresu do kawy – dostępna była wyłącznie kawa rozpuszczalna, co dla miłośników dobrej kawy może być rozczarowujące. Tak poza tym ciężko się do czegoś przyczepić.

- Diane (9/5): Excellent rapport qualité prix pour Erevan, je reviendrai - La piscine était incroyable, serviettes de piscine à disposition. Chambre côté rue tres confortable et tres calme. Lit tres confortable aussi. Grande chambre et grande salle de bain Le petit-déjeuner était gratuit (chose bien) mais fade, tout les jours la meme chose. Je n’y suis allée que 2 ou 3x sur une semaine. L’emplacement de l’hotel nécessite des trajets en taxi mais ce n’est pas cher en Arménie donc ca ne m’a pas dérangé. Le « gérant » de l’hotel était trop collant avec mon mari à proposer des activités « pas cher » en Armenie. Nous avons refusé car 3x plus cher qu’avec des organismes locaux. Je n’étais pas à l’aise avec cette personne qui dérangeait constamment.

Завтраки однотипные, выбор не особо богат. Бассейн каждое утро чистят пылесосом, но воду в ней как будто года 2 не меняли.

The rooms are unusually spacious. Everything was good, except for the cleanliness of the room. It could be slightly improved. The distance to the city center is quite long, but we had taken that into account.

- Katz (5/5): יש פוטנציאל טוב למקום. מבאס שזה מה שהרגשנו - את האוכל בלובי בר החדר לא היה נקי. מתוך חמישה ימים ניקו לנו אותו פעמיים וגם זה אחרי שביקשנו לא היה לנו מים חמים במקלחת חוץ מהיום הראשון , ואמרו לנו שזה יטופל או להמתין 10 דק עם ברז מים פתוח עד שהמים החמים יגיעו. ממש התבאסנו, יש למלון הזה פוטנציאל

Rooms very clean and cleaner was in daily. All staff spoke very good English. Outdoor pool is lovely and drink/food service to the pool. Location was great,supermarket right across from the hotel and 15 minute walk to centre. Taxis very quick and reception would order for us. Rooftop for breakfast and restaurant beautiful and amazing views. Reception also helped us order food delivery when we arrived so late. On check out they had a breakfast box ready for us as we missed breakfast that morning. Very reasonable price for the hotel stay, drink and food also. Special mention to Emma at reception, always chatty and asking how our day was. Anything needed to be dropped to the room was brought up in minutes. Air-conditioning very good in the room. A group of us stayed from Ireland and everyone agreed how great the service was and how beautiful the hotel is. No dislikes everything was 10/10

Жили в номерах 305 и 401. Система кондиционирования на троечку. На минимуме достаточно шумно и если хотите добиться 18 градусов то вряд ли получится.

- Volfson (8/5): - Хороший отель ,есть лифт,бар ,ресторан,выбирала по отзывам и расположению тихийцентр..рядом рынок. хорошая зона отдыха у бассейна, Брала номер улучшенный люкс Уборка. Она просто практически отсутствует. Потому что девочки не справляются. Люкс номер ни разу не пылесосили долгое время,во первых уборщица незнает куда его включить,и при заселении ковровое покрытие все в крошках и конфеты возле кровати. По просьбе!!! пришли убрали мусор и добавили полотенца и опять же без уборки пола,пылесос сломался . У нас был последний этаж.над нами ресторан.и каждый вечер в течении всех 4 дней что мы были там проходили свадьбы,дни рождения и другие мероприятия. Но молодцы музыка до 23.но после этого начинается Уборка и двиганье столов до часу ночи. Вообщем то что оплатила люкс не почувствовала улучшенных удобств. И большое пожелание начальству.возьмите во внимание уборку.потому что очень жалко если у вас будет падать уровень, у вас правда хороший отель.удачи

- Ripsi (7/5): Für 4 Sterne holen etwa schlecht. - Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Restaurant befindet sich im 8 stock und hat Terrasse mit sehr schöner Überblick auf Yerevan. Ein Hingucker. Sauberkeit und Service im Restaurant war gut. Im Badezimmer die Duschkabine war voll verkalkt. Macht Eindruck, dass es Lande Zeit nicht geputzt wurde. Sauberkeit im Badezimmer kann ich nicht loben. Sehr schlecht. Nachdem ich reklamiert habe, sie haben mir andere Zimmer angeboten. Die war genau so schmutzig.

- Khashayar (8/5): - Poolen och personalen. Alla är hjälpsamma o vänliga samt talar bra engelska. Priset i bar o restaurangen är lite väl saftig men vid poolen vill man gärna ta en o två drinkar förstås!

- Galina (9/5): - Excellent room, clean and comfortable. Location is a walking distance to the city center, easily doable without a taxi. I didn't have breakfast as I have to leave at night already to the airport. Pool was excellent - very refreshing during a hot summer day
- В. (4/5): - Место расположения отеля в черте города Грязно: пыль в шкафу, волосы с пылью в туалете. Постельное белье очень потрепано, из разных комплектов. Халаты тоже застиранные, наощупь заношенные. Стены грязные. У бассейна не хватает мест, некоторые шезлонги сломаны.

- travelwoman26 (4/5): Not for families - Super loud party on floor 8, which is 7 for real so ppl on floor 6 like me just get ppl dancing on my head. No considération for families. It’s a 38 Rooms hotel, they could have put us somewhere else from the first night since I booked 3 months ahead. They offered to change our room at 21:00 the last night, we leave hotel in 8 h. Kids are asleep with white noise! Worst family hotel experience in 6 years !

- Roam16906452683 (10/5): Great service and a great value for the money - I did not have expectations from this space since it was the place some of my colleagues had booked. Then I arrived there to discover the Armenian hospitality right from the beginning at the reception. They were all very kind and useful when asking questions. Emma and Robert within their shifts were helping a lot a pity I stayed only one night. The hotel is clean, spacious and with a great pool and nice view from the roof bar. The rooms are tidy, and with everytjing you would need. I really enjoyed my stay and fully recommend it.

- Maxim (10/5): - Great hotel! The staff is exceptional, very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We also received a free upgrade to a luxe room and spent a perfect time.
- Sophie (10/5): Hotel et personnels parfait pour sejour haute gamme à Erevan - le personnel est extrement gentil et aux petits soins. La chambre est spacieuse et la litterie très confortable. Etablissement propre . Petit déjeuner copieux et j'ai ou demadé chaques matin mes oeufs et ma maman son omelette ! très appréciable. L'hotel m'a organisé grace un chauffeur ( Gev) un périple de 2 jours pour découvrir le meilleur des paysages et de la culture armenienne... Incroyable ! Et enfin la piscine est super !

- Чобанян (10/5): - Мы во второй раз в этом отеле и хочу сказать одно: в первый раз мы не были особо впечатлены, но в этот раз были приятно удивлены. Здесь произошло столько позитивных изменений! Девушки на ресепшене рассказали нам, что недавно сменилось руководство и персонал, и теперь они прилагают большие усилия, чтобы обеспечить комфорт для гостей — мы это действительно почувствовали и очень благодарны. Начиная с тёплого приёма на ресепшене, чистоты в номерах и у бассейна, качественного обслуживания, и заканчивая вкусными и разнообразными завтраками в ресторане и доброжелательным отношением персонала. Одним словом — рекомендую на 100%! Всё отлично👍. Мне всё понравилось. Всем советую.
- Sergey (8/5): - Перонал внимательный! Поселили в 12-00! Разрешили продить бесплатно выезд на час! Бассейн отличный, но ооочень холодный! Прекрасный видовой ресторан на крыше! Халатов в номерах нет! Обувных ложек нет! Одеяла нет, только простынь!

Администраторы и работники в отеле очень приветливые и заботливые. Хотя отель расположен близко к достопримечательностям, мне не совсем понравился квартал вокруг

- Anna (10/5): - Отель понравился. Находиться в пеший доступности от центра. Чисто. Хороший бассейн, окруженный цветущими розами. Очень внимательный персонал. Ресторан находиться на 8 этаже откуда открывается великолепный вид на гору Арарат. Это был приятный бонус каждое утро. Всем рекомендую. Если еще приедем в Армению, то обязательно остановимся в этом отеле. Нет

- fereshtehe2025 (10/5): Experiences - We stayed at the konyak Hotel for three nights and everything was great. The pool and the hotel rooms were very clean. The staff were very polite and friendly, especially Emma.It has an average breakfast but in a very beautiful setting. I suggest.
