- Jonathan (10/5): - Vienna is an easy city for an American tourist. The property was also way to access, very relaxing with an elegant and efficient design and aesthetic.
- Stefania (4/5): - Illuminazione inesistente sul pianerottolo e alla sera non si vede nulla, il cubicolo dove c'è il WC non ha la ventola e la finestra è così in alto che non serve a niente. In cucina non c'è praticamente nulla: tovaglioli o tovagliette all'americana no, tazzine per caffè no, bottiglietta d'acqua di cortesia no. Le porte interne e il pavimento sono molto cigolanti e la tenda oscurante in sala/camera era tutta cadente da una parte e così alle 5 di mattina eravamo svegliate dalla luce. Assistenza avvisata ma non è intervenuto nessuno!! Veramente molto deludente.
- Adnan (10/5): - This is a very nice apartment in a safe and well-maintained neighborhood. We stayed for five nights with kids, and it was a very pleasant accommodation. There is plenty of space in the apartment. The beds are very comfortable (the pillows could be slightly better). The only thing missing from the kitchen are wine glasses :)

Die Spülmaschine lief über 2 Stunden bei 70 Grad und am Ende waren die Speisereste aus den Töpfen gleichmäßig über das Geschirr verteilt - also nicht nutzbar; Handspülen war angesagt. Geschirr war angemackt, Wasserkocher dampfte an falscher Stelle, man konnte ihn nicht anfassen, keine Teekanne (selbst gekauft) keine Schüsseln, keine Wein und Sektgläser, stupfe Messer zu wenig Besteck,

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The apartment is spacious in every room - bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchen. Kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, pots are provided, enough for a family of 4. There is a supermarket 1min away from the apartment which is very convenient. The double windows keep room warm, although it’s not so sound proof, can still hear outside when cars passing by. The room is marked air conditioned on hotels.com, but there is no air conditioner. There are 2 fans in the apartment, with one broken, the other one shaking but can blow air. The ventilator in toilet room is broken. On the last day, the hours between we got up till check out, wifi stopped working.

Ren og pæn, men også lidt sjusket renoveret - dårlig bruser, opvaskemaskinen mangler knapper, vægstik er løse etc. Alt i alt er komforten dog fin, der er god plads og gode senge. Der er IKKE aircondition, og selvom der er højt til loftet, bliver der varmt om sommeren.
- Hai (6/5): - Location is good to go everywhere and easy to find a parking nearby. But the room is too old and looks not clean enough. And no AC in the unit which is really hot. If you travel in summer, not a good choice.
- Eva-Maria (6/5): - Die Unterkunft war gut, nahe bei der U-Bahn und an einem Sparmarkt. Für einen Kurztrip wunderbar geeignet. Leider gab es keine Lüftung, sodass es auch Nachts unerträglich heiß war, der einzige Ventilator in einem Zimmer hat nicht viel genutzt, um angenehm schlafen zu können. Und wir haben nicht verstanden, warum es 4 Nachttischlampen gibt mit Stromanschluss, obwohl es weit und breit keine Steckdosen gibt. Dann kann man sich die Lampen auch sparen, stehen ja eh nur rum. Vom Standort her kann man das Apartment aber gut weiterempfehlen.

The only positive about it is that rooms are very spacious and location is decent. Never experienced such accommodation before. Strongly not recommend this property to anyone.

- Valérie (6/5): - Lors de la réservation, le site d'expédia présentait plusieurs types d'appartement, nous avons opté pour un appartement standard 1 chambre théoriquement aménagé pour 4 et nous avons eu un studio dans lequel il aurait été impossible de manger à plus de 3. De plus, quand j'ai voulu m'assurer d'obtenir une baignoire (problèmes de dos) comme sur les photos, le site n'a pas voulu m'assurer d'en obtenir une et nous avons également pu constater que le prix de l'hébergement avait fortement diminué d'environ un 1/3 depuis notre réservation de la veille. C'est finalement en passant par la messagerie d'expédia que le problème de la baignoire s'est finalement résolu. Sinon, le studio est très bien mais l'équipement n'est pas renouvelé. Nous avions une cafetière, 5 sous-tasses mais une seule tasse, deux verres à vin mais pas de tire-bouchon, un four mais pas de plat à four, une fenêtre à 3 pans mais seulement deux rideaux occultants, une penderie mais seulement trois cintres et enfin ni tapis de bain ni serviette supplémentaire pour mettre au sol. C'est dommage car en soi l'appartement a un excellent potentiel.

La zona è tranquilla anche rientrando la sera tardi e comunque avere il portone che si apre solo su combinazione da una sicurezza in più. - J C (8/5): - Beautiful spacious apartment, perfect for our family gathering. Easy to get into the old city quickly on the Ubahn. Very comfortable beds, although we had to wedge one of the bedroom doors shut as it wouldn't latch properly. Kitchen could be better equipped - most obvious being no wine glasses. We got some disposable ones from the supermarket which is just over the road - very handy!
- Francisco (8/5): - The property itself was great! A very safe location and convenient too! Lots of supermarkets nearby and places to eat. The apartment was beautiful inside and the building itself. The style of the apartment was functional, minimal, and amazing! My family and I especially loved the beds. Not only were they comfortable but the white sheets and duvets were a great touch! The only thing is was communication with the property managers/hosts. We tried communicating some issues we found with the washing machine and some other things but they either took too long to get back or not at all. The issues, while we were there, were not solved- so we did it ourselves. Besides this we fully recommend this property!!

- Verified traveler (4/5): Too noisy / needs repairs - The apartment was at the ground level of a large building, facing a very busy street with non-stop noise from cars/trucks passing literally by our heads all night. It was also across a commercial "garage". We couldn't keep the windows open for cooler air (no air conditioning or portable fan despite the online descriptions stating it had one) due to noise, cigarette smoke, and safety concerns (ground level). There is a laundry machine but no dryer (or drying rack, again false description). We requested a drying rack which was delivered the same day but we ended up wasting precious vacation time at this point merely waiting for the delivery (since there was no "safe or combination lock box" in the apartment for valuables). Hot water ran out when two people needed to shower consecutively. This was due to the thermostat (unreachable) being set to barely "warm" temperatures. So we took cold showers. There was a huge disgusting chunk of hair blocking the shower drain. The faucet in the kitchen was wobbly/broken. Online descriptions stated that the room had a full size refrigerator. It had a mini refrigerator. There was only one bath towel/person for 3 days of stay with no "hand" towels. There was only one soap for dishwasher/laundry. We were told extra towels would cost us 5 Euros each (despite having paid a hefty nightly rate). The mirror in the bathroom was placed so high nobody could use it. Most of the above could have been remedied beforehand but were not-which is unfortunate.
- Diana (8/5): - Beautiful old building with modern amenities. Family loved the lamps with charging stations; great for 5 people with one electrical adapter.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great value for money!! - The apartment was perfect for the four of us. Kitchen and bathroom was equipped with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. There are constructions in the building but during our stay they were interrupted for the Christmas holidays. The building is very charming, though, and I'll surely consider going back in the future. Location is perfect: five minutes walking from a cheap parking garage and from the metro station. Right in front of a very good supermarket.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good: lots of space, nicely equipped kitchen with laundry facilities, relatively close to the city, grocery store across the street. Bad: no convenient parking, other tenants smoked in the stairwell and the smoke seeped under and around the door (which isn't sealed very well) into our quarters, small capacity water heater (take very fast showers!)
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall, I was satisfied with the room. However, it was disconcerting to be in the midst of a construction site. Not a great effect. Also, the window coverings don't actually cover the windows.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The apartment was good, but there was contruction in process and they didn’t told us. It was scary arriving at night because everything was dark and the front gate always open.
- Adan (4/5): Read this before booking - The flat is fine ,spacious however we were shocked that the building is under construction, dust everywhere and builders start hammering at 7 am. The agency should wait to offer the flats until the construction is finished.
- Franky (4/5): - The kitchen is very good with stove and oven which I was unexorcted happy with. Washing machine also a bonus to wash my clothes. But no wifi inhouse was not convenient. The drainage at shower tub was blocked. No hair dryer for ladies. Most of other flats are under innovation, qiite noisy in day time. Location is very accessible to bus stop and underground.
