- Midori (8/5): 来年のコンサート＠カーネギーのため予約しました！ - カーネギーホールの裏口に面していて、日中は閉じていたが、終演後(10時過ぎ)に裏口が開けられ、徒歩10mでホテルに到着！ 今回と同じ一流ソリストたちの六重奏コンサートが来年4月に開催と決まったので予約した。ロケーションは完璧 ホテルの朝食という程ではない。隣りの席の人が「バターはどこ？」と訊いたら、トースター下の引き出しから出してきて、よく見たらそれぞれ"Butter" "Yogurt"と書かれた札が掛けてあって、トースターの下が冷蔵庫になってました。見つけないで！と言ってるようで笑ってしまいました。 強いて言えば、チェックアウトは誰かいるから24時間OKと言ってたのに、早朝4時のフロントには誰もおらず、”Excuse me!!"と3分くらい叫んだら出てきた。

- dave (10/5): Best small hotel we have ever stayed in in a city centre - such friendly and welcoming staff, shout out to Elijah who made our arrival so good. All staff were wonderful, location only 5 minutes walk from Times Sq and Central park, underground station next to hotel A towelling robe in bedroom was really thoughtful, excellent shower, and very comfortable bed and we didn't hear any noise at all. At 5pm you are offered complimentary wine/snacks - what a fantastic idea Breakfast included fresh fruit, always a plus for us breakfast area is small but we always found a spare table

The beverages supplied were excellent, but the cheese was less than it should have been and the breakfast was on the pathetic side. Do, or don't do, there no try. If you offer a breakfast, offer a decent breakfast, especially for the room rates, but that being said, I would stay again. I just would just have fewer expectations.

Hotellihuoneen hintaan kuului ilmainen aamiainen. Se oli yllättävän hyvä, vaikka siihen kuului vain kahvia/teetä, mehua, bageleita, croissantteja, muffinsseja, munakasta, jugurttia ja pikapuuroa ja hedelmiä. Kahvit ja mehut sekä pienet snacksit olivat tarjolla myös päivällä ja iltapäivällä oli pieni viini ja juustohetki. Plussaa siitä, että ei ollut pelkkiä kertakäyttöastioita. Sijainti erinomainen lähellä Central Parkia ja metroa. Carnegie Hall kadun toisella puolella ja esim. MoMa ja Broadwayn teatterit kävelymatkan päässä. Samoin Times Square, Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Bryant Park ja New York Public Library n. kilometrin säteellä. Huoneemme ikkunasta ei ollut minkäänlaista maisemaa, vain viereisen rakennuksen seinä, mutta meitä se ei haitannut, koska se samalla takasi myös 100%:n yksityisyyden. Ilmastointi oli kovaääninen, mutta totuimme siihenkin yllättävän nopeasti.

Being only a couple blocks from Central Park was great. We spent several days just exploring the park. The rooms are small, however it did have a king size bed and we really didn’t spend much time in the room.

Like most NYC hotel rooms, the room was small but very well appointed, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. The wine and cheese hour was lovely, and the breakfast was good and convenient. The hotel is in a great location. We will definitely return!

Prime location with a fair value! The room was newly renovated ( sleek; modern amenities : i.,e rain shower) and nicely decorated. Plenty room for storage despite the size. Ideal for maximum 2 people. If you are a solo traveler; couple or with a friend, it is worth a stay! Wish the hotel had a coffee shop and/or restaurant ( although it did offer a continental breakfast included in the room rate). Breakfast items were ok ( not enough healthy choices). But overall a great stay!

Extremely convenient location for not only accessing the concert hall, but also for exploring Times Square and the rest of Ne York City. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The walls were slightly thin and the room itself was a bit small, but still very cozy and clean. Breakfast was the only letdown for me personally.

A good hotel is clean, quiet, safe, priced well. A great hotel has little touches of excellence like a great shower, exceptional staff, happy hour and breakfast and a great location. This is a great hotel.

Had tickets to the 100th Anniversary celebration Grand Ole Opry show and simply had to walk across the street to attend. Room was quiet, and the hotel room was immaculate. Bed very comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We also parked right next door at the MGM garage which was very convenient. Highly recommend.

The location was great - a short walk to interesting areas and attractions. Of course, if you're there for a night at Carnegie Hall, the location is GREAT. The breakfast is poor fare to say the least. The breakfast "hall" (more like just a small space at the end of the lobby corridor) was very cramped and small and the breakfast on offer was completely without variety and extremely basic. It was more like what I would expect to find in my bag on a camping trip. Luckily, the surrounding area is rich in good diners and cafes offering breakfast and brunch. Also, the hotel has no bar or a nice lounge to chill in at the end of a long day of city-strolling.

The lobby is small but complimentary breakfast and happy hour are very nicely done. The rooms are small but very efficiently laid out. Many hotels have small and very slow elevators; GH’s elevators are spacious and quick which really makes a difference. You can’t beat the location or the price

This room was spotless! We stayed for 4 nights, and after a long day of sightseeing, we were so happy to come "home" to Carnegie and enjoy all of their FREE offerings. I was a bit skeptical because it was very affordable. I was sure there had to be a catch. Nope! No hidden fees, free snacks, wine and coffee. I highly recommend this hotel!

Happy hour ended a little earlier than we had remembered and the manager was most gracious and gave us a generous pour. Breakfast is very good with plenty of options! We look forward to staying here the next time we come for a concert. Everything was fine.

I attribute this to a lot of factors, but at the top of the list is Delia, the Heart & Soul at Reception! You can’t beat location, which is walking distance to Broadway shows, Lincoln Center, and Central Park. Housekeeping is amazing and kind; beds are tightly made, and forensics wouldn’t be able to find a hair on the floor! I love their Rituals body products, which are very nourishing. I’d revisit in a heartbeat!

The front desk staff was so friendly and thorough explaining all we’d need to know to have a great stay. The rooms were clean and updated. Continental breakfast was more than adequate. Location was perfect. We’ll definitely stay here again.
- Trail713737 (10/5): Sweet Boutique Hotel great location - While the rooms are small they are very utilitarian and tastefully done. Great shower. Staff were all except pleasant and the happy hour and breakfast a nice touch and adequate.

- Caitriona (10/5): Fabulous couldn’t fault the hotel at all - Friendly and very welcoming staff, especially Deliah. Everything was perfect, spotless rooms, cleaned daily, super fast elevators, warm rooms (we were there during the winter storm). Comfortable bed and pillows. I loved how during the day you could just come and grab a snack, hot chocolate (or coffee or tea), juice and refill your water bottles, which was all completely. Breakfast was good with cereals, cheese omelet, bread, bagels, pastries and muffins. Having to leave.

- Urs (9/5): Sehr gutes, kleineres Hotel an bester Lage. - Moderne, saubere Zimmer, gute Infrastruktur und freundliches Personal. Nichts.
- Donna (9/5): Would definitely return - Room is newly decorated and bathroom is totally fresh and new. Room is small but comfortable. Location is perfect. Breakfast is simple but generous in its offerings.
