- Picado (8/5): Familias que desean hospedarse con menores de edad(0meses a 3años) observar política de alimento - Su ubicación y que todas las instalaciones están limpias Lo que no me gustó fue que el hotel tiene una política de no poder sacar alimentos del restaurante en mi caso llevaba un niño de un año el cual por su edad no les gusta estar mucho tiempo sentado observando ingerir alimentos por lo que decidí llevarme en mi taza personal de plástico las frutas pero el Señor Juan groseramente me indico que si no sabia leer y no me permitió sacar mis frutas por lo que me tuve que retirar con mi plato personal vacío sugiero que existan platos de cartón plástico etc que no dejen sacar la vajilla pero los alimentos si porque se supone que los q visitamos el hotel vamos de relajamiento a disfrutar y no ha pasar hambre obviamente si es un hotel todo incluido ..

Shower had limited place to set things and curtain hung outside threshold. The safe was NOT AFFIXED to anything, making it possible to be taken easily. Beach area is extremely small.

On est au Mexique et pas une fois on a eu le Guacamole, très dommage… C’est un hôtel pour se reposer, la ville est loin. Vous devez avoir une voiture avec vous. Le soir pas grand chose à faire à l’hôtel, niveau animation.

Tiene actividades todos los dias tanto en piscina como en zona de restaurante, la limpieza la realizan todos los dias y muy serviciales los trabajadores.... que la limpieza la realizan muy temprano...
- Gaire (8/5): Bien pour le prix - Le personnel est agréable. Les deux piscines sont bien, une en extérieur et une intérieure mais avec toit ouvert. Il y'a 4 restaurants, un à la piscine qui sert des hot-dogs et des hamburgers de 12h à 17h. Un restaurant de sushi ouvert certains midi. Un restaurant italien ouvert certains midi et soir. Le dernier restaurant est un buffet à volonté ouvert matin, midi et soir tout les jours. Service de boissons en continu à la piscine. Les cocktails sont un peu trop servis avec de la glace. Le barman met tout dans un blender et le cocktail se transforme en granité. C'est un peu gênant quand on demande par exemple un daikiri. Les chambres commencent un peu à vieillir, mais rien de grave pour le moment. Comme c'est du all inclusive, certaines personnes abusent et s'alcoolisent trop. Nous avons constaté des jeunes filles ivres qui se tenaient aux murs pour marcher. Le soir vers 4h du matin, elles couraient dans les couloirs en hurlant.

- MARCELO (3/5): Disappointing Service and Poor Management - I would not recommend staying at this hotel due to several management and service issues that overshadowed our vacation. Beach & Pool Facilities: The beach experience was frustrating as there were very few umbrellas available for guests. Additionally, the pool bar closes at 5:00 PM, despite the pool remaining open until 8:00 PM. It makes little sense to have the pool accessible without any drink or snack service for three of the most relaxing hours of the evening. Dining & Reservations: The breakfast was only mediocre (average at best). While the hotel offers two specialty restaurants in addition to the main buffet, they only operate on alternating days. The reservation system is extremely inconvenient; you can only book in person at the front desk at 8:30 AM. If you are headed out on an excursion or tour, it is impossible to secure a table, leaving you with no options.Furthermore, if you are expecting to experience authentic Mexican food, this is definitely not the place for it. Staff & Service: The most disappointing part of the stay was the staff. From the front desk to the waiters and the dining reservation coordinators, the service was consistently rude and dismissive. We felt like an inconvenience rather than guests. Final Verdict: Between the rigid reservation rules, early bar closures, and the unfriendly staff, the value for money simply isn't there. I will not be returning.

- Isis E. (8/5): Hotel bonito a buen precio. - Las instalaciones están bien, el hotel es comodo, limpio, bien ubicado y buen precio. Su playa es pequeña pero se puede nadar con mucha tranquilidad al ser bahía no hay casi olas. Las almohadas del hotel son bastante duras. Las opciones de comida, si bien las opciones que hay tienen un sazón decente, las opciones eran limitadas. Pero por la relación calidad precio, es buena.

Sie hat mir ein grosses Problem sehr unkompliziert gelöst und mir dadurch einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub beschert. DANKE VIELMALS! Ebenfalls sehr erwähnenswert ist Luis beim Empfang, der immer sehr freundlich hilfreiche Tipps/Infomationen vermittelt hat. Toll angerichtetes Speise-Buffet, wo man tagsüber und bis 22.30 Uhr abends essen konnte. Separat existiert eine Pizzeria mit exzellenten italienischen Speisen. Etwas zuviel Abendunterhaltung und laute Musik am Abend. Zimmertüren sind leider nicht isoliert/dicht. Dadurch ist es auch laut in den Zimmern.

I will n - Cleanliness Lack of sunning umbrellas, some were broken. Food was ok. There is more authentic food than tourist type foods. Don’t trust the guys selling excursions on catamaran. They say stuff that you want to hear for the sale. Get them to write it down on the receipt or a piece of paper..and get their name for reference… The toilet wasn’t flushing properly, there was no hot water for a shower, water pressure wasn’t good. The pool table was old and set on an uneven floor. The balls barely bounced on side cushions. No chalk.

Buffet pdj varié Les buffets midi et soir, on se lasse vite. Ma première chambre était côté route, hyper bruyant et il y avait une odeur de remontées d'égouts difficilement supportable. J'ai attendu un peu mais j'ai fini par aller voir la reception en exposant gentiment le souci. Ils m'ont proposé une autre chambre, même catégorie mais vue piscine et c'était bien mieux.

Rand kohe lähedal, tuba asus kohe basseini juures. Poodidesse liikusime bussiga, olenemata peatusest, maksma läks 24 pesot kahele. Tagasi liikusime igakord Uberiga, nii oli lihtsam. Toas käis koristus igapäev, toodi kõiki jooke ka igapäev. Toit on vaheldusrikas, omletid on imemaitsvad. Tekiilaga soovitan olla ettevaatlik, oleneb kogusest muidugi, pärast ei mäleta kuidas tuppa saite. Veetsime seal abikaasaga oma mesinädalad ja mõlemale meeldis kõik, polegi midagi mida oleks muuta soovinud või mis oleks teisiti.

- c96da5edef5771acfb5df9f620a8931e (3/5): Very disappointing - There was only 2 restaurants, one you had to be up at 8am to stand in line and book and were only space for 80 people over 2 sessions, the other was a small Buffett always packed and very limited choice. The beach is absolutely tiny and full of birds attacking you. The pools look nice but the water is not cleaned and would not go in. As for drinks they ran out of almost everything. I certainly would not recommended and there are far better places to stay such as the Sens Oasis.

The food was excellent with a great variety of options, and the staff truly stood out- very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. However, it’s important to note that there is very little entertainment for children, which might be a downside for families traveling with kids. The beach is also quite small, and for those who enjoy swimming, it may feel limiting as there isn’t much space to swim comfortably. That said, despite these points, we still had a good stay and enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

- Steve (4/5): Nowhere to escape - The staff, they were genuinely friendly and helpful. The breakfast, everything (apart from bacon) from fresh fruit to a full cooked. Never went away hungry. The location, easy access to bus stops, on the beach and close to Cancun centre. The room, spotless and cleaned well every day. THE MUSIC. The entertainments manager has got it horribly wrong. He thinks the majority of the guests are 18-30 year olds. Whereas the young families with small children and the 40+ oldies comprise about 80% of the clientele He plays drum and bass music around the pool from 08.30 -18.30, ( On our last day as a special treat the music fired up at 07.30 despite the fact there was nobody around the pool). It is so loud it is like being in a nightclub ( I do not exaggerate). It is so high volume you cant even lay on the beach to escape it. Unfortunately the jetty on the right side of the beach is the arrival and departure point for day trips to Isla Mujeres. They also play similar music at high volume interspersed with phrases by the tour guide like " Come on mother fuckers, we are all having a good time"....sophisticated ! The Cancun Beach entertainments manager could, and should shield his guests from this , he does not. At night the same manager plays music inside for your entertainment. It is no longer drum and bass, but it is still very, very loud. ( Difficult to hold a conversation level). The only respite we found was to go and sit outside in the dark. I did ask to have the music turned down, I wasn't very successful. The argument goes, "people like music round the pool, people like to dance. I always play music like this" Perhaps the hotel should look at its repeat bookings statistics ? We wont be back,. If you like inescapable very loud drum and bass, this is the holiday for you. If you like the sound of the waves and a little background music in the evening, avoid this hotel like the plague.

- Todd (8/5): I’d go again. - I liked the smaller size of the property and I loved the staff. Food was good but would have appreciated some more local types of foods. We got a 3 bedroom suite and it was the weirdest chopped up room with hardly any beach view at all.
