- greg (4/5): Disappointed - We had booked a smoking room. We appreciate the smell in smoking rooms lingers however I strongly recommend they inspect and clean their a/c filters more often and wash their drapes more often.

- Wanting (8/5): - 房間算大，三人房和二人房空間都很足夠，房間裡面有淨水機可以直接飲用，很貼心幫我們安排在同樓層，行李入住前後都可以寄放，門口有地鐵站，走路不到10分鐘有中峇魯市場、great world購物中心 地鐵回飯店的通道很多KTV和酒店，洗衣服曬在房間不容易乾，不知道是不是新加坡空氣比較潮濕

- Suzanne (9/5): Comfortable enjoyable stay - Beautiful older style hotel. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The buffet restaurant offers extensive breakfast options which we enjoyed. In room dining has a good range and the meals were delicious and arrived quickly. MRT Havelock station super close. The pool was a welcome addition on a hot day & there was a dryer available to dry our wet swimwear before we left. We used the luggage storage before and after our stay & it was great The checkin process takes a surprisingly long time.

Le coin piscine est calme et bien fait. Le personnel a fait son possible face aux différents problèmes rencontrés. Nous sommes arrivé dans une chambre extrêmement humide. Les draps du lit en étaient même mouillé. Mais les employés nous ont mis un déshumidificateur qui a changé la donne. Le dernier jour les ascenseurs étaient tous en panne. Heureusement l'accueil a su intervenir pour nous aider avec nos valises. Nous avons eu une chambre au 16eme étage. Là où des travaux avaient lieu à la sortie des ascenseurs. Il n'était pas pratique d'accéder aux boutons et la zone en face des ascenseurs étaient restreintes.

- Sacha (7/5): The stay did not really meet our expectations. - The lifts were fast, so there was never a long wait. The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient. The hotel room had a musty smell upon arrival, which made the stay less comfortable. Cleanliness could definitely be improved, as used teacups were placed back without being properly cleaned. In the breakfast area, the staff appeared tired and overworked, which affected the atmosphere. The breakfast offered enough choice, but it was nothing special. The bread in particular was of very poor quality. Overall, the experience was disappointing and below expectations.

- Zhang (8/5): Overall the stay at holiday inn was very good and comfortable we really enjoyed it. - Location was quite central to a few places we visited which was useful for us, getting around on the subway system from Havelock was super easy. Staff at the hotel were always polite, friendly and helpful. Anything we needed the staff were very anntetive and always happy to help. Hotel was very clean, calm relaxing and overall a nice place to stay. The bathroom needed some modernisation although looking a bit tired and in need of an upgrade the bathroom was fully functional and working fine.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the experience feel fresh and welcoming. As requested, we were given side-by-side rooms, which was perfect for our family and added to the convenience of our stay. The view from the room was beautiful since we have requested room at higher floor. Overall, the combination of comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful room arrangements made this a memorable and satisfying stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both relaxation and attention to detail. One area that could be improved is the breakfast spread. For the amount charged, I expected a wider variety and better quality options. Enhancing this aspect would elevate the overall experience and make the stay feel more in line with the value offered.
- 64grac (2/5): BREAKFAST BUFFET EXPERIENCE IN HOLIDAY INN ATRIUM - Dear Management of Holiday Inn Atrium SG Hotel, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service my family and I experienced during breakfast at your buffet restaurant. While dining, I politely asked one of your servers named HOON if a nearby table could be cleared, as the previous guests had already finished. However, the server refused to clear the table. As we are a family of four, we had to settle for a smaller table meant for two. Shortly after, the same server approached me and said something I could not clearly understand. I respectfully asked them to stop as we were in the middle of eating. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the server walked away and gave me an unpleasant look. This interaction made me very uncomfortable. I was so disappointed that I stood up, left my meal unfinished, and reported the incident to your restaurant manager. Unfortunately, the experience had already affected my appetite and overall mood, and I had to leave the restaurant while my family stayed behind. I also noticed that several staff members were not welcoming and rarely smiled, which contributed to the negative atmosphere. This was a very disappointing experience for me and my family. I strongly believe that food service staff should be courteous, approachable, and respectful to guests at all times. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your service standards to ensure better experiences for future guests. If you could do something about this, maybe in the future We could consider, staying here again.
- Jochen (9/5): Tolles Hotel in guter Lage - Die Lage war sehr gut. Die MRT-Station ist direkt am Hotel. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Das Frühstück war vielfältig. Das Personal war höflich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist zum Abkühlen in Ordnung. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.

It was so nice at the end of the day to come home to such a clean room and beautifully made bed. And it was a pleasure interacting with her via notes and when I saw her in the corridor. Where the service, food, snack and drinks are really nice. The personell there really takes care of you. I often come to Singapore and always stays in this hotel.

Staff always nice and attentive and the hotel location is great for our needs being close to the river which offers up more bars and restaurants. Hotel bar is a nice place to relax and unwind after a day out. Buffet breakfast caters for all.

He also prepared special cocktails that suited Korean tastes, which we truly enjoyed. - CCHSingapore (10/5): Good Job, IHG - This is a classic case of not judging a book by its cover. The hotel did not look that interesting from the outside. In fact, it looked dodgy to me, to be honest. Merely a short walk from the subway station, I walked through a dated-looking shopping mall to get into the hotel. The arrival process was swift and in no time, I was on my way to the room. I was surprised by how large the room is, a rarity these days where space is a challenge. Aside from not having bathrobes, the room had everything else a guest may need for a comfortable stay. I had a good night’s sleep on a very comfortable bed. IHG, always a reliable hospitality brand, did a wonderful job when they took over the managing of this hotel.
- Joseph (10/5): Memorable for a number of reasons both positive and negative. - Very comfortable hotel with friendly staff and just alongside the metro station Havelock. We had trouble checking in with four attempts at using our visa debit and visa credit cards unsuccessful, according to the hotel. We discovered shortly afterwards that four lots of payments had come out of our joint bank account totalling almost S$10,000. The hotel assured us that three of those payments are in the process of being refunded but nothing has arrived back into our accounts after 10 days so far. I'm still optimistic though that all will be refunded. It all created unnecessary and unwanted stress at the start of our holiday.

I was informed during check-in that because of my member status that I was upgraded and that I would enjoy late checkout, which I felt thankful for. However, on check-out day, I was informed by counter staff, Zoe, that there was no late check-out, insisting that there was no such arrangement. She ultimately arranged late check-out for me. How did this establishment make me feel? Gratitude to confusion and a loss of confidence in what I felt was a pretty good hotel.

Waitress in resteraunt was rude and asked us to get “something quick” and proceeded to take 20 minutes to bring out what she described as “a microwaved” cake. Okay service overall, but not fabulous. The room was clean, and the noise level was great, slept well. Ammunities were okay, something you would expect from your typical holiday inn/ travelodge, pool was nice. Value for money was good.

- John (10/5): - Smooth check in on arrival with friendly staff. We booked a room with an extra bed so didn't have any extras to pay. The room had everything you would need and was spacious with good air con and a small fridge. Breakfast was amazing with a large variety of foods to satisfy everyone. The MRT station is right next door which connects you to all of the sights of Singapore. On check out day we were able to keep our room on for a few hours and they also took care of our luggage and allowed us use of the pool, sunbeds and shower facilities. Would highly recommend this hotel and if we do ever return to Singapore would not hesitate to book again. Personal preference but the bed was a little too hard for my liking, but after all day sightseeing we were too tired to care in the end.
